Abstract

Industrial growth is characterized by the ability to progress in the field of production both in the type of industry, increasing the quality and volume of production activities. Machine is one of the factors of production which determines the smoothness of a production process. In order for the production process to run efficiently, a certain part of the company that is needed to support the maintenance and repair of the machine is called Maintenance Engineering. PT. Segwerk Ind is a multinational company engaged in printing inks for the packaging industry with imported raw materials such as dyes, varnish. The problem of how to maintain the condition of the machine so that it is always prime when production activities take place, Trouble machines are indeed one of the factors that can make a company go bankrupt, such as the production process is hampered, a long machine down time, so that customers will replace their suppliers because they do not want to risk business they are stunted. Therefore, for the success factor of a company's production process, it is required to have appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance activities as well as the problem of lack of competent human resources, therefore we need tools that can solve these problems. The results displayed by making expert system software show that the ink machine problem solving can be known based on the historical machine so that the downtime faced by PT. Segwerk Ind can be pressed as little as possible against machines in the ink industry such as ink printing machines.

Abstract

INTISARIPada era zaman modern saat ini, laporan keuangan yang terperinci merupakan sebuah persyaratan yang digunakan untuk melihat kemajuan dari suatu unit kerja apakah dapat bertahan di masa depan atau menuju kebangkrutan. Keuangan merupakan salah satu hal utama yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap unit kerja untuk dapat berkembang dan melaksanakan kegiatannya agar dapat diawasi dan juga dipertanggung jawabkan setiap tindakan atau kegiatan yang dilakukan. Hal ini tidak hanya berlaku bagi perusahaan atau unit yang mencari keuntungan bisnis akan tetapi komunitas atau suatu organisasi masyarakat juga harus memiliki laporan keuangan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan karena segala kegiatan yang akan dilakukan pasti akan membutuhkan dana, sehingga keluar masuknya uang harus dapat dicatat dengan baik dan detail serta pada akhirnya akan dapat dibentuk menjadi laporan keuangan yang akan digunakan untuk melihat kesehatan keuangan dari komunitas tersebut. Komunitas Pemuda Batak Bersatu (PBB) Jakarta Barat, merupakan salah satu komunitas terbesar yang ada di Jakarta Barat yang saat ini dirasa belum maksimal untuk pembuatan dan pengembangan laporan keuangan untuk komunitas tersebut. Dikarenakan permasalahan tersebut maka komunitas akan melakukan pengembangan ilmu bagi setiap anggota untuk dapat mempelajari dan melakukan analisa pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana terkait dengan arus kas masuk keluarnya uang pada setiap kegiatan yang nantinya akan menjadi suatu tanggung jawab komunitas kepada masyarakat, sehingga pemanfaatan sistem pembuatan keuangan akan dimaksimalkan bagi komunitas agar dapat menghasilkan laporan yang baik dan juga dapat menjadi standar bagi komunitas kedepannya dalam melakukan pelaporan tanggung jawab kegiatan.Kata kunci—Laporan Keuangan, Komunitas, Sistem, Analisa                                  ABSTRACTIn this modern era, detail of financial statement is a term can be used to see the progress of a company that can be survived or not in the future and to see how many percentage that company is going to be down. Financial be a main key that needed by working unit to be growing and do activity so the activity could be monitored and make responsibility in every action and activity has been done. this is not only valid for company to pursue profit in business but also community and society organization must have financial statemest so they can give responsible for every activity will be goind always need fund, with financial statement every money that going in and out can be noted well detailed and finally can be created of financial statement to see good or bad financial in that community. Community of Pemuda Batak Bersatu (PBB) Jakarta Barat is one of the largest community in West Jakarta which feel not maximum yet to create financial statement and developed to that community, because of that problem community want to develop their knowledge for every member to learn and do analyst how to make simple financial statement including cash flow for in and out of fund for every activity finished. Abstract

Science and Technology can be utilized in improving performance in an organization or company. During the COVID 19 Pandemic, BAZNAS Kabupaten Tangerang was encouraged to create a media as a facility for philanthropists in delivering zakat and infaknya, due to many limitations to be done directly as before.  An application to receive and distribute zakat through android-based devices in the palm of the hand is the solution of the problem that can help BAZNAS Kabupaten Tangerang to be able to continue carrying out its activities.  The result of this research is designing and building android-based applications in BAZNAS kabupaten Tangerang that are expected to be able to serve the community, store and share information to the community. Supported by articles, news, information documents, and discussion forums as a forum to increase trust and foster religious and religious values in the community.

Abstract

Implementation of Expert System Diagnosis of motorcycle engine damage is a solution of motorcycle service at AHASS 00955 Mitra Perdana, Expert System is a system that is related to the knowledge possessed by experts and technology users to solve a problem. This article, discusses the design of decision-making applications that have an important role in the process of diagnosing motor engine damage. Because the system is currently running the user only hands over the motorcycle to the technician. The use of computer-based artificial intelligence can be a solution to problems in structured decision making. The design of this expert system is designed using the forward tracking inference method and is designed in the form of a website to facilitate users in using it.

Abstract

Pemerintah ingin melakukan perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang pintar, cerdas, kreatif, inovatif memiliki akhlak baik, serta moral dan etika yang baik pula. Tidak hanya itu, dunia komputer dengan sistem – sistemnya ikut mendampingi perubahan yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dalam berbagai bidang termasuk lembaga pendidikan. Tetapi kenyataanya masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional khususnya didaerah terpencil yaitu masih menggunakan formulir untuk mendaftar sekolah. Oleh karena itu, sekolah memerlukan pengembangan sistem guna untuk menseleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru agar dalam proses penerimaannya mendapati anak didik yang pintar lagi baik perilakunya. Metode pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Aplication Development Model yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. Sistem aplikasi program dan database akan menunjang kecepatan pengolahan data sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menghasilkan suatu informasi yang lebih efektif dan efesien dalam membantu dan memudahkan proses sistem pendaftaran.

Abstract

Abstract— Knowledge Management system is an organization of knowledge that is owned by individuals in an organization. With Knowledge Management, an individual's knowledge will become an organization's knowledge so that it is beneficial for an organization. With the many Knowledge Management systems that have been implemented in several organizations in Indonesia, the researchers want to evaluate the implementation of Knowledge Management systems in the learning process by e-learning in public high schools. The background of this study is to analyze the evaluation of learning outcomes in e-learning as a medium in the learning process in public high schools. In this study, using the model applied by Tiwana regarding the implementation of knowledge management by referring to the evaluation phase based on the measurement of performance evaluation. The research method used is quantitative evaluative with purposive sampling technique.

Abstract

Buaran sports field, is a multifunctional sports venue for volleyball, futsal, badminton and basketball fields, currently the field is always used every day there is never a vacancy. The sports field rental business is one of the business fields that is quite developed, knowing this the management must have new breakthroughs so that customers do not move to other places. Managers are faced with the challenge of how they can improve services and provide the information needed to customers. The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve services to users related to field rental information, namely by designing a web-based field rental information system with the Waterfall method where data collection will be carried out. observation and interviews as analytical tools. From the results of the study it was concluded that an integrated information system with customers can be accessed 24 hours and is also expected to assist officers in managing financial transactions and can reduce errors in the data collection process, and there will be no more misinformation and reporting will be easier because the data is already stored. in database

Abstract

Abstract - Purchase (purchase order) is one of the basic functions of a trade.The need for information is also felt by PT. Intradita Prosimpex in purchasing system, PT. Intradita Prosimpex still uses manual recording starting from offering price from supplier of goods request from purchasing department to supplier, recording receipt of goods from supplier to warehouse. The process will take longer time compared to using a computerized system. To support the smooth purchase of goods on the system needs to be made information systems that can provide comfort to the purchase process, so that accurate information is generated in a timely manner and data processing can run more effectively. In the development of this system, the authors use waterfall development metedology with strategy in analysis and system design, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in modeling system. With Proposed Purchasing Information System is expected to provide convenience in data processing on the purchasing section in PT. Intradita Prosimpex which includes the input process, transactions, penemrimaan goods and print reports. Key word: Purchase, PO, Waterfall, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) Abstrak – Pembelian (purchase order) merupakan salah satu fungsi dasar dari sebuah perdagangan. Kebutuhan akan pentingnya informasi juga dirasakan oleh PT. Intradita Prosimpex dalam melakukan sistem pembelian, PT. Intradita Prosimpex masih menggunakan pencatatan manual mulai dari penawaran harga dari supplier permintaan barang dari bagian pembelian ke supplier, pencatatan penerimaan barang dari supplier ke bagian gudang. Proses tersebut akan memakan waktu lebih lama bila dibandingkan dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Untuk medukung kelancaran pembelian barang pada sistem perlu dibuat sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan terhadap proses pembelian, sehingga informasi yang akurat dihasilkan secara tepat waktu dan pengolahan data dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan metedologi pengembangan waterfall dengan strategi dalam analisis dan perancangan sistem, dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat dalam pemodelan sistemnya. Dengan Sistem Informasi Barang Pembelian yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data pada bagian purchasing di PT.Intradita Prosimpex yang meliputi proses input, transaksi, penemrimaan barang dan laporan cetak. Abstract

Product sales at PT. Brothersindo Brother Sejati experiences many variations. To maintain business growth, companies must maintain an inventory of goods needed by customers so that these goods can be met so that there is no failure to meet customer needs. Inventory carried out inaccurately will result in goods being stored that are too high and uneconomical, due to shortages or excesses of certain products. This research aims to group sales products sold at PT. BrotherIndo Brother Sejati is divided into 2 (two) clusters to find out the products that sell the most so the number of stock requests must be increased, and the products that sell the least so the number of stock requests must be reduced. The method used in this research is the K-Means method which is one of the best and most frequently used methods in clustering algorithms where K-Means searches for the optimal partition of the data by minimizing the criterion of the sum of squared errors with an optimal iteration procedure. Based on the research results of inventory analysis using the K-Means method, it can be concluded that data grouping provides significant benefits for companies in managing their inventory. With information about the best-selling and least-selling items, companies can avoid product accumulation in the warehouse and maintain an organized layout.

Abstract

The era of digitalization where the majority of people prefer to stay at home and are reluctant to do activities is a problem for manual economic movements but provides benefits from the possibility of maximizing the digital economy. One thing that can still be improved is related to the sale of services, the tendency for online transactions to be more focused on transactions related to physical goods but with the opportunity to see and carry out transactions related to services, this can be done to gain an advantage and related improvements with business opportunities. Obstacles that tend to be found are related to trust because the service process requires someone to come to a location to carry out tasks, this is a challenge for the provision of AHS-Clean applications that provide shoe washing services. This research employs a qualitative approach, with case studies on several leading shoe companies that have implemented digital applications. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, documentation analysis, and direct observation of the business processes involved. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital applications in various operational areas of the shoe business, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and inventory management, has resulted in a positive impact on sales and operational efficiency. However, the primary challenges encountered pertain to the integration of new technologies with existing systems and the necessity to train employees to adapt to these digital changes.
