Abstract

Since the spread of Covid-19, online learning is considered the main solution for universities so that the lecture process continues to run well, but in online learning there are many obstaclesfaced by students and lecturers, as for the obstacle, namely the location of the house is not covered by the internet network, student behavior is difficult to understand. monitored and absorption of material is very lacking and the obstacles faced by campus are the difficulty of knowing how big the level of student satisfaction in online learning is, on this problem, the author wants to evaluate the online learning system by first classifying the level of student satisfaction with online learning using the C4.5 algorithm. , based on the results of data processing that is deemed less convincing, data processing is also carried out using another classification method, namely the Naive Bayes method. Based on the results of the comparison of the two algorithms, the accuracy of the algorithmNaïve Bayes is better than C4.5 by a difference of 11.77%. That the accuracy rate of the algorithmC4.5 is 58.82% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 66.67%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 0%, Precision Class Very Dissatisfied 0%. And the value of Class Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Unsatisfied 0%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 0%. While the level of accuracy using the AlgorithmNaïve Bayes with the results of 70.59% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 76.92%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 33.33%, Class Precision Very Dissatisfied 100% and Class values Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Less Satisfied 25%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 100%.

Abstract

Description: PT. Dinamika Persada Makmur in offering its products still use the catalog so it is ineffective and inefficient because the customer or u prospective customers only see the product offered on a limited basis from the catalog only, data processing and archiving system still using the manual that is by using paper is not effective. So it takes a long time in the search data because of the number of existing documents and data processing is not tidy then it takes a web -based application system that can store all archival information and can simplify the data processing and archiving. The method used is SDLC with waterfall model consisting of three steps. From the results of this study submitted that after the analysis found the problems that occur in data processing and archiving system. To solve the problem by utilizing web-based digital archives.Keywords: Information Systems Data Processing, Archiving, Waterfall, UML. Deskripsi: PT. Dinamika Persada Makmur dalam menawarkan produknya masih menggunakan katalog sehingga tidak efektif dan tidak efisien karena pelanggan atau calon pelanggan hanya melihat produk yang ditawarkan secara terbatas dari katalog saja, sistem pengolahan data dan pengarsipan masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan menggunakan kertas sangat tidak efektif. Sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian data karena banyaknya dokumen yang ada serta pengolahan data yang tidak rapi maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi sistem berbasis web yang dapat menyimpan semua informasi kearsipan dan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data dan pengarsipan. Metode yang digunakan adalah SDLC dengan model waterfall yang terdiri dari tiga langkah. Dari hasil Penelitian ini disampaikan bahwa setelah dilakukan analisis ditemukannya masalah yang terjadi pada sistem pengolahan data dan pengarsipan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan arsip digital berbasis web.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data, Pengarsipan, Waterfall, UML.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 belum juga bisa dikatakan berakhir, namun kehidupan harus terus berjalan. Dengan diberlakukannya new normal, kita mulai melakukan aktifitas di luar rumah dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diatur oleh pemerintah, sejak mewabahnya Covid-19, guna menghindari terjadinya penularan, sebagian besar aktivitas dilakukan melalui daring (online). Salah satu cara mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 ini adalah dengan adanya pembatasan-pembatasan dalam melakukan kegiatan. Pembatasan yang ada tentunya memiliki dampak yang cukup besar, salah satunya yaitu pendidikan. Permasalahan itu muncul dan memaksa semua masyarakat untuk dapat berinovasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada terutama teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). TIK menjadi gaya hidup dan juga kebutuhan utama dalam mempermudah pelaksanaan kegiatan. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Canva dalam pembuatan desain grafis kegiatan.. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar generasi muda dilokasi mitra dapat memahami dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi canva dengan baik dan benar.
