Excess of labor will spend more unproductive work time, as opposed to labor will spend excessive workload. Method: This study used a mixed method, Quantitative research by observation with WISN and proceed with qualitative research using indepth interviews The results showed that the workload on expert services was 53.7%, on the processing or cooker services was 50.4% and the presenter was 44%. Obtained the amount of available work time of 115,920 minutes for one year in the nutrition installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. There are 4 categories of activities or activities in the nutrition installation, namely direct activities, indirect activities, personal activities and non-productive activities in the nutrition installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. Abstract

Efforts to enhance service quality are pivotal for elevating the standard of health services. This challenging task extends beyond advanced health facilities like hospitals to all levels of primary health care, including Community Health Centers (Puskesmas). By recognizing the value of effective management and administration, we can devise suitable strategies to boost service quality. The method employed in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study type. The literature study in this research, a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing research data objectively, systematically, analytically, and critically, sheds light on the analysis of competencies and the crucial role of health administrators in enhancing service quality. The findings reveal that the Graha Indah Balikpapan Community Health Center grapples with significant operational challenges in several areas, including correspondence, employee file storage, and immunization polyclinic waiting room facilities. The irregular correspondence decreases work efficiency and increases the risk of document loss. Disorganized employee file storage impacts employee productivity, jeopardizes the loss of crucial information, and disrupts patient care. The inadequate waiting room conditions in the immunization polyclinic also disrupt the service process and compromise patient comfort. The research suggests implementing a digital-based document management system to streamline the search, tracking, and archiving of letters and create clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the flow of incoming and outgoing mail.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (RME) is an information system used to manage patient medical data electronically, which aims to improve the efficiency and quality of health services in hospitals. This study aims to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of RME in hospitals using the PIECES model. The main focus of the research is on the dimensions of Performance, Information, Economics, Efficiency, and Control to identify the strengths and weaknesses of RME and provide recommendations for improvement. This research uses the Study Literature Review (SLR) method which involves collecting and critically analyzing relevant literature from scientific journals, articles and books. The collected data is evaluated based on the dimensions of the PIECES model to provide a comprehensive picture of RME implementation. The research results show that RME can improve data access speed, system response time, and accuracy of medical information, which supports better clinical decision making. Economically, RME helps reduce operational costs and improve work efficiency. However, challenges such as network reliability, data security, and interoperability still need to be overcome to achieve the full benefits of RME. Dimension Control highlights the importance of strict security policies and user training to ensure safe and effective use.
