Abstract

The results of this study concluded that the variable of Internet Ease (X1) has significance influence toward variable of Internet Usefulness (X2), the variable of Internet Ease (X1) has significance influence toward variable of User Attitude (Z), then for the variable of Internet Usefulness (X2) has significance influence toward variable of User Attitude (Z), but the variable of Internet Usefulness (X2) has no significance influence toward variable of User Behavior (Y), while the variable of User Attitude (Z) has significance influence toward variable of User Behavior (Y). Abstract

Perkembangan industri manufaktur di indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin pesat seiring berkembangnya teknologi permesinan, mesin-mesin itu antara lain mesin frais, mesin boring, mesin skrap, mesin bubut, dan sebagainnya. Salah satu proses permesinan yang sering digunakan didalam industri manufaktur adalah mesin bubut. Mesin bubut merupakan suatu mesin yang berfungsi untuk membentuk benda kerja dengan cara menyayat dan memiliki gerakan utama berputar. Terlepas dari proses permesinan, mesin bubut membutuhkan sebuah pahat atau tools untuk pengoperasiannya. Pahat merupakan salah satu komponen dari permesinan yang memegang peran penting dalam pemotongan logam atau material lainnya, karena pahat adalah bagian yang berkontak langsung dengan benda kerja yang sedang melakukan proses permesinan, dalam penelitian ini akan membahas tentang proses pembuatan pahat carbide model tanam pada baja high speed steel, proses pembuatan pahat ini akan dibagi menjadi dua proses pembuatan pahat, yaitu pahat dengan las kuningan dan pahat dengan pemanas induksi, kemudian dari keduanya akan diteliti berdasarkan kekerasannya. Kata kunci: Permesinan, Pahat Bubut, Carbide, High Speed Steel

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of service quality dimensions which are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance on customer satisfaction and their subsequent impact on customer loyalty in the context of online food delivery (OFD) services in Indonesia. Additionally, it explores the mediating role of customer stickiness in the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Method: The study employs a quantitative-explanatory research approach with a sample of 325 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Result: The findings reveal that tangibles and reliability are dominant factors influencing customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction significantly enhances customer loyalty, primarily through the mediating role of customer stickiness. The SERVQUAL model was validated in the OFD context, highlighting the importance of improving service quality to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Surabaya is an earthquake-prone area due to its location on an active fault zone, namely the Kendeng Fault Zone. Hospitals play a crucial role during disasters; therefore, a strong structure is required to withstand various loads, including seismic loads. This study aims to compare the structural behavior of a hospital building using shear walls and a base isolation system with Lead Rubber Bearings (LRB). The comparison was carried out through modeling of both the existing structure and the modified structure using ETABS v.22 software. The results show that the structure with base isolation has smaller inter-story drifts and P-Delta effects, especially on the upper floors. The base isolation system is also more effective in damping seismic forces, maintaining structural stability, and enhancing building safety. Based on the analysis, the LRB base isolation system proves to deliver better structural performance compared to the shear wall system in resisting earthquake loads.

Abstract

Serang City exhibits a high level of seismic vulnerability due to its tectonic position near the convergent boundary between the Indo – Australian and Eurasian plates. Additionally, the local geological conditions, which are dominated by alluvial deposits, make seismic waves more susceptible to amplification and resonance, thereby increasing earthquake hazard potential. The objective of this research is to identify site class characteristics and calculate surface PGA values to assess seismic threat levels in the urban area. The data used include ground acceleration values from microzonation maps, local geological information, and regional seismic parameters. The analysis was conducted by classifying site conditions based on the average shear wave velocity to a depth of 30 meters (Vs30), and by estimating surface PGA values using local amplification factors. The results indicate that most areas of Serang City are classified as SE site class (soft soil), followed by SD site class (medium soil), predominantly in the southwestern part of the city. Surface peak ground acceleration values range from 0.84 to 0.91 g, which are considered very high. These findings suggest that all six districts in Serang City–Serang, Cipocok Jaya, Taktakan, Curug, Kasemen, and Walantaka–are at significant seismic risk in the event of an earthquake. Therefore, appropriate risk mitigation strategies are essential, including the reinforcement of spatial planning systems, the design of earthquake – resistant structures, and the development of more detailed seismic microzonation maps.

Abstract

Peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu tantangan utama di era digital, terutama di SMKN 7 Kota Serang, di mana tingkat keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pembelajaran Interaktif berbasis Cloud yang dirancang untuk menyediakan platform pembelajaran yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan kolaboratif bagi siswa dan guru. Sistem ini mencakup fitur utama seperti pengelolaan materi digital berbasis cloud, forum diskusi daring untuk meningkatkan interaksi, kuis daring sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran, serta pengelolaan tugas yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram alur data (DFD) dan prototipe antarmuka, implementasi berbasis platform cloud seperti Google Firebase, hingga evaluasi efektivitas sistem menggunakan survei dan pengukuran data kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 40% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Peningkatan ini dicapai melalui penyediaan akses fleksibel terhadap materi pembelajaran, yang memungkinkan siswa belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja menggunakan perangkat yang tersedia. Selain itu, fitur interaktif seperti forum diskusi dan kuis daring meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.
