Abstract

Teachers have difficulty in learning due to the inactivity of students so that the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) have not been achieved. One of the reasons for not achieving the KKM is the absence of other teaching materials such as worksheets that students use in understanding the material. Students Work Sheet (LKS) is a printed teaching material in the form of paper sheets containing material, summaries and instructions dor implementing kearning tasks that must be done by students, which refers to the basic competencies that must be achieved. The purpose of this research is to produce math worksheets using a scientific approach that is valid and pratical. The type of research used is research and development (R&D). The method of developing math worksheets based on a scientific approach used 4D development research steps developed by Sivasailam Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. This step consists of 4 stages, namly: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, whose application is tailored to the needs of the researcher. Data collection technique used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study were obtained based on the validator assessment consisting of 2 lecturers and 1 teacher that the feasibility of SD mathematics worksheets using a scientific approach received a validation value that was very valid. Based on data processing on the value of the student response questionnaire results, SD mathematics worksheets using a scientific approach are very practical to be used by students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Jamkrida Kalsel. Sampling using saturated sampling method. Sampling based on predetermined criteria obtained a total sample of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS computer program version 25. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT Jamkrida Kalsel. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance of PT Jamkrida Kalsel. Organizational Commitment has the dominant effect on employee performance at PT Jamkrida Kalsel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi fisik anggota tim basket putra KU-17 Kabupaten Tapin di lapangan Bur Anwar pada 10 April 2025, melalui enam komponen fisik: push-up, sit-up, lompat jauh tanpa awalan, sprint 30 m (kecepatan), shuttle run (kelincahan), dan multistage fitness test (MSFT). Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, seluruh 17 anggota tim dilakukan pengujian sesuai norma standar. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas pemain berada pada kategori cukup untuk kecepatan (41,2%) dan sit-up (70,6%), serta kategori kurang untuk push-up (82,4%) dan MSFT (94,1%). Sebaliknya, kelincahan (94,1%) dan lompatan tanpa awalan (52,9%) mayoritas mencapai kategori baik sekali. Perbandingan dengan penelitian terdahulu mengungkap bahwa kecepatan dan kelincahan tim berada di bawah rata-rata, sedangkan komponen lainnya berada di atas rata-rata. Temuan ini memberikan dasar empiris untuk perancangan program latihan yang lebih terfokus dan berbasis data.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan penggunaan media dalam pandangan Islam. Pada dunia pendidikan, guru dituntut agar mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran, yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman, dan sesuai dengan kondisi siswa. Menggunakan metode deskriptif tulisan ini berusaha menggambarkan kesesuaian teori tentang media pembelajaran dengan penggunaan media dalam Alquran dan Hadis. Dalam pembahasan ditemukan banyak ayat-ayat Alquran dan hadis nabi yang sejalan dengan teori tentang penggunaan media di zaman sekarang seperti penggunan media audio, visual, sampai kepada media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi multimedia. Diharapkan setelah membaca tulisan ini, guru semakin memahami betapa pentingnya penggunaan media dalam pandangan Islam. Karena dengan menggunakan media yang tepat, tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan baik pula

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, particularly in job creation, strengthening the real sector, and reducing economic disparities. The herbal medicine industry is one of the MSME subsectors with high potential as it has evolved from traditional products into high-value economic commodities. However, herbal MSMEs often face challenges such as limited capital, low managerial capacity, minimal marketing innovation, and the use of simple production technology, resulting in inconsistent product quality. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Jamu Liciafy MSME through technical and managerial assistance, specifically by introducing appropriate technology in the form of a herbal powder crystallization machine and providing product packaging education. The activities were carried out through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages using a participatory approach. The results indicate improvements in the partner’s understanding of production workflows, ability to operate the crystallization machine, process efficiency, production capacity, and quality consistency. Additionally, packaging and branding training contributed to strengthening product competitiveness. This program demonstrates that integrating appropriate technology with managerial training can sustainably empower MSMEs and support the development of herbal medicine as a cultural heritage and economic asset of Indonesia.
