Abstract

This research was to contruct: 1) the effect of flipped classroom learning model through the student result study, 2) the sffect of students behaviour  through the student result study, 3) The interaction between the learning model through the student behaviour. The planng of the recearch was using quosy experiment. Sample of the recearchwas taken by using purposive sampling. The data collected by questionaire and student answerstest they areanayzed descriptively and inductively by using ANOVA.  The result of the reserch were: 1) student who using flipped calssroom model in the learning process showed the good result in economic subject, 2) the student who have the positive behavior in the learning process showed the good result, 3) there were no interaction betwen the using of this learning model though the student behavior in the , economic result. Keywords: flipped classroom model, behaviour, economic result

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The effect of Supervision on Work Environment, 2) The effect of Supervision on Work Motivation, 3) The effect of Supervision on Work Performance, 4) The effect of Work Environment on Work Motivation, 5) The Effect of Work Environment on Work Performance, 6) The effect of Work Motivation on Work Performance. The type of this research is the study of descriptive and assosiatif. The population of this research was all of the economics teacher in high school / Madrasah Aliyah kota Solok, amounting to as many as 33 people. The sampling method is Total Sampling. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis, test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that: 1) Supervision have significant effect on Work Environment, 2) Supervision have significant effect on Work Motivation, 3) Supervision have significant effect on Work Performance, 4) Work Environment have significant effect on Work Motivation, 5) Work Environment have significant effect on Work Performance, 6) Work Motivation  have significant effect on Work Performance. In an effort to create a good economic teacher performance and satisfactory, needs improvement efforts are undertaken in the implementation of ongoing supervision activities, creating harmony and comfort in the work, as well as increased work motivation of teachers so that teacher performance can be achieved optimally. . Abstract

This study aimed to analyze (1) the effect of  parents attention to student self concept (2) the effect of  parents attention to student achievement (3) the effect of self concept to  student achievement. This research is associative. The study population was all of the 10th  of SMK in Payakumbuh registrated on  2013/2014 of academic year, totaling 157 people. The sampling technique was done by proportional random sampling with 113 people of sample size. Data analysis technique used path analysis and hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) parents attention significantly influence the SMK students of Payakumbuh in self concept of accounting subjects (2) parents attention significantly influence the Payakumbuh student’s achievement on Accounting subject (3) self concept significantly influence the Payakumbuh student’s achievement on Accounting subject. Based on these results, it is recommended to all parents  to totally give the attention for their child  so that student achievement can be improved., and to all of 1oth grade students of SMK in Payakumbuh to improve their self concept to get the expected learning achievement.Key word: parents attention, self concept, achievement of learning

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of family environment on learning achievement (2) the influence of family environment and motivation toward learning achievement (3) the influence of family environment, learning motivation and discipline learned in student performance on economic subjects  high school in Panti Subdistrict. This research is associative descriptive. The population of this study were all high school students enrolled in Panti Subdistrict  on the academic year 2013/2014, totaling 854 people. The sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 90 people. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely: normality test, homogeneity. The data were processed by using path analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between family environment on student motivation on economic subjects Panti high school students in  Subdistrict, (2) there is a significant relationship between family environment and motivation to learn discipline on economic subjects high school students in Panti Subdistrict, and (3) a significant difference between family environment, learning motivation and discipline of learning on student achievement on economic subjects high school student in Panti Subdistrict.

Abstract

This research was aimed at findings (1) The Effects of Learning Model Student Team achievement  Divisions ( STAD ) students Accountancy learning results, (2) The Effects of Students Motivation about Accountancy Subject toward students’ learning results, (3) The interaction between the Learning Model and Students’ Motivation on Accountancy Lesson toward Accounting Learning result. The type of this research is a Quasi-experiment with the population was the students of class X Accountancy of SMK Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, as the result class X Accountancy 3 as the experimental class and X Accountancy 2 as the control class. Data were collected by using two different instruments. The first one, a questionaire of motivation. The other on objective test of accountancy lesson. The type of data consisted of primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis was descriptive and inductive by using two-ways of ANOVA. The results of the research are (1) The difference of learning model STAD had significantly lower(67) learning outcomes than them who are taught by learning model of convensional are 84 (2) the students who have heigh motivation at Accountancy subject had significantly higher (73) learning outcomes than them who have low motivation ( 61 ) about this subject and (3) There is interaction between the learning model with the students' motivation on this subject toward the students’ learning outcomes. Abstract

The aim study  is to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and employee work motivation  in Department of agriculture and horticulture crops and Department of livestock West Pasaman. Sampling was taken  based on proportional stratified radom sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the f and t test. The result of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a significant influence on employee work motivation in Department of Agriculture , horticulture crops and livestock West Pasaman (2)Compensation has a significant Influence Employee work motivation in Departement of agriculture, horticulture crops and livestock West Pasaman (3) Work environtment has a significant influence on employee work motivation in Department Agriculture, horticulture crops livestock West Pasaman. On employee work motivation. From this research, it appears that  the variable of leadership has a greater influence than the variable compensation and work motivation. Compensation is the smallest variable in this research. So it can be interpreted that variable of leadership has a very important influence in improving on employee work motivation in Department of Agriculture and horticulture crops and Department of livestock West Pasaman. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to revealy influence the professional attitudes,  work motivation and work discipline on the teachers performance in at the Senior High Schools Sungai Penuh City. The research population is the teachers who civil servants and  the sample taken are 141 teachers as respondents with proporsional stratified random sampling. The technical data collecting by questioner and document. The approach which has been used in this reseach is descriptive and data processing by using SEM technique and  Lisrel 8.30 program. The result of this research shows that: 1)The professional attitudes significantly influence on the work discipline of teachers 2)The professional attitudes indirectly significantly influence on the work motivation, 3)The professional attitudes significantly  influence on the teachers performance, 4) Work motivation significantly influence on the teachers performance , 5)Work discipline significantly influence on the work motivation of teachers, 6)Work discipline indirectly significantly influence  on the teachers performance. Therefore,it suggested that to increase teachers performance is necessary to increase both professional attitudes through work discipline and work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam lingkup menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi dan  Motivasi  Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi , serta mengkaji signifikansi pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen serta melihat permasalahan dan mencari solusi pemecahannya guna meningkatkan disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan Pegawai yang bertugas Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 52 orang. Penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara“Proportional Stratified Random SamplingTemuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerjapegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. 2) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bukittinggi. Secara langsung dan tidak langsung Komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi disiplin pegawai sebesar 28 %, motivasi kerja mempengaruhi disiplin kerja sebesar 26,7 %.  Variabel lain yang memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan disiplin pegawai sebesar 45,3 %, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut tentang variable lain yang dapat mempengaruhi disiplin pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human capital, relational capital, and organizational capital toward employee performance, human capital toward relational capital and organizational capital and relational capital toward organizational capital. This research is conducted using a survey method, sample and questionnaire as a primary data collection. This research take place in the Board Food Security (Badan Ketahanan Pangan) of West Sumatera with a number of respondents is 101. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the model with the help of the program AMOS 20.0. The results show that there is a significant effect of human capital on relational capital and of relational capital on organizational capital. But there was no significant effect of human capital, relational capital, and organizational capital on employee performance.
