Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching to learning motivation, 2) the family environment to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching to the learning outcomes, 4) the family environment to the learning outcomes, 5)Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis, test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching have positive impact and significant to learning motivation, 2) the family environment influence have positive impact and significant to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching influenced have positive impact and significant the learning outcomes , 4) the family environment influence significantly have positive impact and significant to the learning outcomes, 5) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion to buying decision making of  Citra hand and body lotion in Pariaman. The research surveyed 100 respondents in Pariaman using accidental sampling method. Primary data gained by conducting observation, interview and questioner dissemination (that the validity and reliability of the questioner had already been tested). The data collected analyzed by using logistic regression method. The result of this research shows that product quality, price and promotion in televition are significantly influence toward the buying decision makin  in Pariaman. Key words:  Product Quality, Price, Promotion in television, and Buying Decision Making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of fungi leadership on the climate of the organization, 2) Influence of fungi leadership to work commitments, 3) The effect of organizational climate on work commitments. This type of research is the study of causality. This research population is all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar, amounting to 161 people, and the status as civil servants. Total samples 113 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The research found that: 1) The function of leadership significantly influence the organizational climate. The existence of better leadership will certainly be able to create a good organizational climate, 2) Function leadership significantly influence the work commitment. The better the leadership function will certainly increase the high work commitment for the employee in performing the task, 3) organizational climate significantly influence the work commitment. The better the organizational climate will certainly increase employee commitment in carrying out the task.  Keywords: Functionality Leadership, Organizational Climate, Work Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The principal effect of supervision on the working climate at the elementary school in the Nan Sabaris District of Pariaman Region, 2) The principal effect of supervision on job satisfaction of teachers in public primary schools in the Nan Sabaris district of Pariaman Region, 3) The influence of climate on job satisfaction of teachers working in primary schools in the Nan Sabaris district of Padang Pariaman Region The research population is the whole entire elementary school teachers in Nan Sabaris District of Pariaman Region totaling 229 people. The sampling method is proportional random sampling. The number of samples is 70 teachers. Data analysis techniques using path analysis and hypotheses are tested with the F test and t test. The results of the study found that: 1) Supervising principals significantly influence the working climate in the District Elementary School District Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Region. If the principal can plan properly supervise, execute properly supervised, and can follow up properly supervised course will create a conducive working environment in schools. 2) Supervising principals significant effect on job satisfaction of primary school teachers in the District of Nan Sabaris Pariaman Region. The better implementation of the supervision by the principal must increase the job satisfaction of teachers in performing her daily duties at elementary school in the District of Nan Sabaris Pariaman Region. 3) Climate significant work on job satisfaction elementary school teacher in the district of Padang Pariaman Region Sabaris Nan. The better and more conducive working environment perceived by teachers in schools must improve the job satisfaction of teachers in performing her daily duties at the elementary school in the district of Padang Pariaman Region Nan Sabaris Key words: Principal Supervision, Work Climate, Work Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze: 1) influence of Tangible to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (2) influence of reliability to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (3) influence of responsiveness to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (4) influence of assurance customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (5) influence of empathy to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. The population in this study are customers of PT. Jambi Permata many as 525 people. Drawn from a population sample of 84 customers. Sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique, in which the sample is based on coincidence, that existing patients at study sites. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Further research hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) Tangible have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of mutation, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra   Solok Area. Type of research is causative. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Sampling based on Proportional Stratisfied Random Sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F and  t test. Results of this study indicate that (1) mutation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (2) compensation had a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (3) work motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (4) mutation and compensation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok area indirectly through the variables of work motivation as an intervening variable, but the effect is smaller than the direct effect. From the research, it appears that the variable mutation have a greater influence than the variable compensation and work motivation. The next variable compensation have compared the effects of biggest than variable work motivation, and the variable that has the smallest effect in this study is the work motivation variables. So it can be interpreted variable mutation has a very important influence in improving employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) the effect of principal leadership on teacher motivation River Junior High School district Lemons, 2) Effect of principal leadership on teachers’ commitmen Lemons River Junior High School district, 3) Effect of motivation on teachers’  commitmen Lemons River Junior High School district. Population in this study were all school teachers Secondary Schools in District Lemons River totaling 101 teachers. Mechanical Sampling using ”proportional stratified random sampling. The number of sample is 75 teachers. The date analysis technique used path analysis. The result of the study found that : 1) Leadership headmaster significant effect on teacher motivation Secondary Schools in the district of Padang Pariaman district Lemons River 2) Leadership headmaster significant effect on teachers’ work commitment Secondary Schools in the district of Padang pariaman district Lemons River. 3) Motivation significant effect on teachers’ work commitment Secondary Schools in the district of Padang Pariaman district Limai River. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of reward toward working motivation of the civil servant at KPU (Election Commission) in Tanah Datar regency, and the influence of reward and working motivation toward working satisfactory of the civil servant at KPU in Tanah Datar regency. Population of this research are all of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  There are 55 person.  Sample of this research were taken by using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling.  The researcher took 49 person. Data were analyzed by using Line Analysis and supported by SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).  The result of this research shows that: 1) reward has significant influence toward working motivation of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency, and 2) reward and working motivation have significant influence toward working satisfactory of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  It is suggested to the leader of KPU in Tanah Datar regency to be able to manage  as well as possible the system of distributing rewards, giving respectation orally or written to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving reward to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving extra income to the civil servant along their work.  Furthermore, the leader is also expected to be always motivating their staff to be diligent in working, to be serious in giving motivation in working.  This way can be apllied by giving reward and punishment toward the civil servants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of advertising on consumer buying interest for Canon Mirrorless M50 cameras in Padang City. (2) The effect of commercials on consumer buying interest for the Canon Mirrorless M50 camera in Padang City.This research is a causative research. The population in this study are people in the city of Padang who have seen the Canon Mirrorless M50 camera advertisement on YouTube with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique which is a non-probability sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis test.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Advertising has a significant effect on consumer buying interest for the Canon Mirrorless M50 camera in the community in Padang City, 2) Star advertisements have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest for the Canon Mirrorless M50 camera in the community in Padang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the influence of Social Media Marketing and e-word of mouth in building purchase intention mediated brand image. A The point of this study is: (1) This a direct and up to and positive effect amongsocial media and purchase intention on Kopibanaxfallenskitchen. (2) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between Electronic Word of Mouth and purchase intention on the Kopibanaxfallenskitchen object. (3) This a direct andup to and positive effect amongsocial media and brand image on Kopibanaxfallenskitchen. (4) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between electronic wordof mouth and brand image in Kopibanaxfallenskitchen. (5) there is a direct and significant and positive effect between brand image and purchase intention on Kopibanaxfallenskitchen. This means that Kopibanaxfallenskitchen consumers feel that the Kopibanaxfallenskitchen brand image can influence and increase their desire to buy the culinary. (6) There is an indirect and significant and positive influence between social media and purchase intention through brand image on Kopibanaxfallenskitchen.
