Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching to learning motivation, 2) the family environment to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching to the learning outcomes, 4) the family environment to the learning outcomes, 5)Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis, test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching have positive impact and significant to learning motivation, 2) the family environment influence have positive impact and significant to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching influenced have positive impact and significant the learning outcomes , 4) the family environment influence significantly have positive impact and significant to the learning outcomes, 5) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pasaman merupakan salah satu daerah yang mengembangkan karet yang cukup besar di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Tercatat, kabupaten Pasaman memiliki luas lahan 29.421 dan produksi sebesar 27.786 ton pada tahun 2015, namun jumlah ini terus menurun setiap tahunnya. Hal ini diduga disebabkan karena faktor musim yang tidak menentu. Musim menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produksi dari getah karet yang dihasilkan oleh tanaman karet. Disaat musim panas, produksi karet yang dapat dihasilkan akan lebih banyak serta getah yang dihasilkanpun mempunyai kualitas yang lebih baik. Namun hal yang sebaliknya terjadi pada saat musim hujan. Tingginya intensitas curah hujan menyebabkan bidang sadapan karet tersumbat. Kualitas karet yang dihasilkan pun tidak begitu baik, dikarenakan getah yang dihasilkan pada saat musim hujan mengandung air, sehingga getah petani karet bisa mendapatkan pendapatan yang normal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya. Namum kondisi berbeda terjadi ketika saat musim hujan. Ketika memasuki musim hujan, intensitas penyadapan karet pun menjadi terganggu. Petani karet memperoleh pendapatan yang sedikit sehingga berdampak kepada pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari para petani.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi bahan pangan pasca panen yang melimpah seperti ubi dan pisang dapat diolah menjadi variasi pangan yang menarik atau menjadi produk setengah jadi yaitu tepung, sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan memberikan nilai. Bisa juga diolah menjadi makanan yang memiliki nilai jual lebih tinggi, seperti kue, puding dan lain sebagainya yang lebih menguntungkan daripada menjualnya mentah atau sekadar direbus. Berdasarkan pengamatan, masyarakat Nagari VII Koto Talago masih belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengolah ubi jalar dan pisang menjadi makanan olahan lainnya. Kreativitas mengolah makanan berbahan dasar ubi dan pisang ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat khususnya perempuan di VII Koto Talago Kab 50 Kota. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pelatihan pembinaan kewirausahaan pembuatan jajanan berbahan dasar ubi dan pisang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1. Meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang pembuatan jajanan berbahan dasar ubi jalar dan pisang. 2. Membekali keterampilan membuat jajanan berbahan dasar ubi dan pisang. 3. Membuat kelompok usaha agar masyarakat dapat terorganisir dengan baik karena masyarakat Nagari VII Koto Talago belum membentuk kelompok usaha.. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat di Nagari VII Koto Talago Kab 50 Kota, peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengolahan pangan dan pembentukan kelompok usaha di VII Koto Talago Kab 50 Kota.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Sungai Aur sub-district office in West Pasaman Regency. This service’s quality is measured across five dimensions: responsiveness, dependability, emphaty, and assurance. This is a quantitative study that employs multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS version 22 program. The population in this study is all the people of Sungai Aur sub-district who have come and received services, with a sample of 92 people drawn using the Slovin formula with purposive sampling in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data.Validity and reliability tests are used in the research instrument test. At the data analysis stage, descriptive and inductive analysis were performed. Normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasiticity test, and multiple reggresion analysis are examples of inductive analysis. The F test is used to test the hypothesis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The findings of this study show that the five services quality variables, namely responsiveness, reliability, emphaty, tangibles, and assurance have a significant and positive effet on the satisfaction of people served at the Sungai Aur District Office in West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

he implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a significant educational reform aimed at developing 21st-century competencies in students. However, empirical evidence regarding its effectiveness on critical thinking skills and independent learning is still limited, especially in the context of vocational education. This study aims to analyze the impact of the P5 implementation on students' critical thinking skills and learning independence at SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman. This study uses a pure experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design involving 70 students randomly divided into an experimental group (n=35) and a control group (n=35). The experimental group received P5 project-based learning for one semester, while the control group used conventional teaching methods. Data collection utilized validated critical thinking ability tests and learning independence questionnaires, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate a significant negative impact of P5 implementation on students' critical reasoning abilities (B = -1.019, p = 0.021 < 0.05), with both variables achieving moderate levels (TCR = 57%). The discussion indicates that this negative impact is caused by the limited variety of assessment instruments and the mechanical implementation of P5 without pedagogical depth. The study's conclusion emphasizes the need for comprehensive teacher professional development, reflective pedagogical approaches, and enhanced assessment strategies to optimize P5's educational potential

Abstract

This study was motivated by the learning outcomes of national income material at SMAN 1 Pancung Soal still looks low because there are still many students who have difficulty in understanding the material and students are less active in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of weblog-based learning modules on the learning outcomes of phase F students of SMAN 1 Pancung Soal. This study used a pseudo-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of all phase F students in the economics class of the 2024/2025 school year with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 96% with very valid criteria. The research data shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the man whitney test at a significance level of 0.00 obtained Sig <0.05 which states the effect of using a weblog-based economic module is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of understanding and addressing students' tendency to deliberately and continuously procrastinate in completing academic assignments, which affects learning outcomes and can lead to the development of maladaptive habits over time. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of self-directed learning and peer social environment on academic procrastination among Economics Education students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Padang. This study employs a quantitative methodology with a causal design. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The population in this study consists of Economics Education students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Padang. The sample consisted of 209 participants selected through proportional random sampling. The coefficient of determination obtained in this study was 12.3%, indicating that self-directed learning and peer social environment contribute to academic procrastination, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors outside the scope of this study. This research contributes to the development of educational psychology by highlighting the importance of self-regulation skills and social environments in addressing academic procrastination among university students.
