Abstract

In section cashier at the Indo Jaya supermarket there are five cashiers counterthat not all functioned. Cashier counter that functioned average was 2 counter. This was related to how many long queue. If supermarket is quiet first opened is 2 counter first, cashier counter advanced opened again depend on many at least long queue. To add and reduce cashier counter sometimes stated by the supervisor but more often to be carried out on its own (improvisation) by the officer cashier counter because they are the ones who know the condition how many cashier that have to be opened on a certain point in time. The working hours divided into 2 work shifts, the first shift started at 09.00 to 15.00 WIT, and second shift starts from 15.00 to 21.00 WIT. This research aims to find an alternative to the influence of cashier long queue and select number of cashier is right for every work shifts. By using analysis of queue theory with the approach Simulation models using samples as many as 200 customers who come, obtained the following result: From data processing result by distribution pattern that would be a good time to time service is normal distribution and price 87.04 seconds and standard deviation of 42.76. While for the service distribution testwould be a good is Weibull with average 94.92 seconds and standard deviation of 64.32

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of service quality, is it has a positive effect on user satisfaction parking services, also in order to identify and analyze dimensions of the service quality, are those significantly influence the Ambon Plaza parking service users.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the following requirements: 1. Age 17 years and above; 2. Able to communicate; 3. In a conscious state; 4. Already using parking services to and over 3 times; 5. Willing to be interviewed, with a sample of 100 respondents. Methods used in data collection, were : questionnaires, interview and observations. The technique analysis used was the Multiple Regression Analysis.The analysis shows, that the dimensions of service quality: tangibles, realiability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously positive and significant impact on user satisfaction parking service. On the other hands partially known, that the dimensions who has a significant impact on user satisfaction parking service, was the responsiveness dimension.

Abstract

This final project review about the magnitudeof the influence of international eventspromotion Darwin Ambon Yacht Race againstthe level of foreign tourists visit in the town ofAmbon.The writing of this report are presented withstatistical Analysis using quantitative methodsand statistical diskriptifinferensial to obtainaccurate results influence the costs ofpromotion and promotion strategies that haverun Tourism Office of the SUcityof Darwin inAmbon Ambon Yacht Race. Method of datacollection using the field observation,interviews with officials of the Tourism Officeof the city of Ambon and stakeholders, as wellas reviews of Librarianship. Statisticalanalysis Statistical Analysis used isDescriptive in order to evaluate and explainthese forms of policy of promotion strategythat will run the statistics and analysis ofInferensial to know the relationship influencesthe cost of promotion by the number of visitsmatch the title of the research, namelyanalyzing the influence of Darwin-Ambonpromotion cost against the number of foreigntourists visit. The conclusions from the resultsof research through observation andinterviews conducted promotional policyisconducted by the Tourism office of the cityof Ambon not right on target due to the lackof number of foreign participants in thisannual event, this indicates that thepromotion has been running policy needs tobe reviewed in order to enhance the appeal ofanimo Darwin Ambon Yacht Race, includingalso in this case is the cost of the promotionsbecame major elements supporting thepromotion of these activities have influencesignificant in terms of channeling informationto improve the number of participants in thisinternational event. As for the second affectsthe number of foreign tourists to visit the cityof Ambon.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan materi pelatihan yang terkait dengan manajemen usaha yaitu penentuan  harga  jual  produk, penyusunan laporan keuangan/ pembukuan sederhana dan pengelolaan bisnis. Kegiatan berlangsung di Jemaat GPM Halong yang merupakan salah satu jemaat dari Klasis Ambon Utara dalam desa di Maluku, yang berkedudukan di Pulau Ambon. Jemaat GPM Halong memiliki luas wilayah pelayanan yang cukup besar yakni 3 Km2 dan terbagi atas 13 Sektor dan 34 Unit Pelayanan dengan keberagaman sosial budaya dan juga etnis yang ada. Dengan pendekatan metode pelaksanaan adalah : ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Dimana hasil yang diperoleh, berupa : peserta cukup mampu mengetahui dan memahami konsep wirausaha yang tangguh, serta cukup mampu menerapkan pembukuan sederhana yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

Kelompok pemberdayaan Nakahena sebagai produsen gula merah briket, dalam memasarkan produknya masih bersifat tradisional, dimana dikemas dalam daun enau dan tanpa merek. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di rumah ketua kelompok selama satu hari yang melibatkan unsur Dinas terkait dan Lembaga Legislatif dalam  Kabupaten SBB.  Metode  pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu Metode Ceramah dan Praktek diman hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah para peserta memperoleh pengetahuan tentang pentingnya merek dan kemasan yang baik sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, serta adanya perubahan mindset anggota kelompok yang nantinya dapat lebih mengembangkan wilayah pemasarannya.
