Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the implementation of time and motion study and material cost on finishing cost. The amount of population is 33 woodenfurnitureproductsTheanalysismethodofthisresearchispathanalysiswithtwo stepregressionmodel.TheresultoffirststructuralequationisLaborCost=0,630TMS, andthesecondstructuralequationisFinishingCost=0,285MaterialCost+0,347TMS +0,370LaborCost.AccordingtotheAdjustedRSquareresultonthefirstequation,time and motion study implementation contributes 37,8% on labor cost, while 62,2% is explained by other variable outside this research. Meanwhile time and motion study implementation,laborcostandmaterialcostcontribute56%onthefinishingpricewhile 44% is explained by other variable outside thisresearch

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze theadministrative processes of making notes andanalyze each completed transaction ofadministrative procedures of receivables thatoccurred during the period of November 2014to April 2015 and provide recommendationsas an input to the company. The method usedis qualitative method with descriptivecharacteristic. This research used primaryand secondary data which were collected bydoing observation, interview techniques andarchives obtained from the company. Thedata consisted of 254 transactions processedwithin 181 days. The results show that theadministrative procedures implemented by thecompany are too long and not correspond tothe flow round of the ship in the company.Based on the TRV (Turn Round Vessel)Shipping Agent is 7 days while the provisionsof the company as a whole 15 days(consisting of 5 days of making notescompleted and 10 days repayment period).There is accumulation of two transactions inone ship service. Thus it is suggested to makecomplete notes within 1 day and repaymentfor 6 days with the help of the online joborder system. With such efficiency, thecompany can increase profits from $20,038,738.34 to $ 33,397,897.233 in oneperiod is six months.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD), is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to theage of 6 years is done through the provision of educational stimuli to help growth and physicaland spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. TKAisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 48 Pedurungan-Semarang is an Islamic Early Childhood educationalinstitution with emphasis on faith, worship and morals through religious understanding such as:recitation of prayers, prayer readings, prayer practice, writing and reading qiroaty and others .Learning process is done in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal still use manual ways.Therefore it is necessary to develop the learning process by using the LCD Projector technologywhich is equipped with thematic VCD using the appropriate learning model. The purpose of theimplementation of Community Service activities in kindergarten ABA 48 is to open the teacher'sinsight to further improve the quality of learning process by using LCD Projector propsequipped with thematic VCD with certain learning model. Implementation of Community Serviceactivities using training methods, mentoring and simulation. With the training, mentoring andsimulation to partners in this case the kindergarten teachers ABA 48 expected to providesolutions that suit the needs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors that affect the GPA of the students of the Business Administration Department of Politeknik Negeri Semarang and analyze how the mechanism of these factors affect the GPA of the students of the Department of Business Administration. The results of this study is very important in identifying the factors that affect the GPA of the students of Business Administration Department and can contribute and input to the Business Administration Department of State Polytechnic of Semarang in improving the index of student achievement in the future through the factors that are very influential found in this research. The result of parallel regression analysis shows that internal factors (health, intelligence, interest and motivation, technique / way of learning) have positive and significant influence on student's GPA, while external factor (family, school / campus, community, environment) and insignificant to the student's GPA. But simultaneously all the variables studied significantly influenced the student's GPA. This means that the variables of internal factors (health, intelligence, interests and motivation, techniques / learning methods) and external factors (family, school / campus, community, neighborhood) are appropriate or appropriate variables to explain variations in the student's GPA.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking has intensified competition among financial institutions to attract and retain mobile banking users. In this context, understanding the factors that influence customers’ decisions to use digital banking applications has become increasingly important. However, previous studies have primarily focused on technological perceptions, while limited attention has been given to the combined role of service features, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and brand image in shaping digital banking use. This study aims to examine the influence of service features, eWOM, and brand image on the decision to use the BRImo mobile banking application. The research uses a quantitative explanatory design and collects primary data from BRImo users through an online survey. A total of 115 valid responses were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that service features, electronic word of mouth, and brand image significantly influence the decision to use the BRImo application. Among these factors, service features demonstrate the strongest impact, indicating that usability, reliability, and feature integration play a crucial role in shaping digital banking use. This study contributes to the extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by integrating marketing related factors such as eWOM and brand image into the technology use framework. The findings also provide practical insights for banks in improving digital customer engagement through application usability, online reputation management, and strategic brand positioning.
