Abstract

The common problem often faced by the micro industry is the limited ability of HumanResources (HR). Therefore, HR capabilities need to be improved through appropriatedevelopment programs as needed. This can be achieved if the HR development implementer usesa map of development needs that can be justified as a guideline for implementation. Mapping ofHR development needs can be done in various ways and strategies according to the purpose ofmapping. Appropriate human resource mapping will provide good and useful results, otherwisethe wrong mapping will cause more severe problems. In this article will be presented a mappingmechanism model of HR development needs used in mapping the HR development needs ofmicro-food processing industries in the tourist village of Jambearum, Kendal district. From theresults of interviews and FGD with 13 managers and pemillik of micro-food processingindustries, it can be concluded that the mechanism of problem solving based on hope and realityis the right model for solving micro-industry problems including the problems of human resourcedevelopment. This mechanism model is expected to be included and implemented for similarmicro industries elsewhere.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD), is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to theage of 6 years is done through the provision of educational stimuli to help growth and physicaland spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. TKAisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 48 Pedurungan-Semarang is an Islamic Early Childhood educationalinstitution with emphasis on faith, worship and morals through religious understanding such as:recitation of prayers, prayer readings, prayer practice, writing and reading qiroaty and others .Learning process is done in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal still use manual ways.Therefore it is necessary to develop the learning process by using the LCD Projector technologywhich is equipped with thematic VCD using the appropriate learning model. The purpose of theimplementation of Community Service activities in kindergarten ABA 48 is to open the teacher'sinsight to further improve the quality of learning process by using LCD Projector propsequipped with thematic VCD with certain learning model. Implementation of Community Serviceactivities using training methods, mentoring and simulation. With the training, mentoring andsimulation to partners in this case the kindergarten teachers ABA 48 expected to providesolutions that suit the needs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors that affect the GPA of the students of the Business Administration Department of Politeknik Negeri Semarang and analyze how the mechanism of these factors affect the GPA of the students of the Department of Business Administration. The results of this study is very important in identifying the factors that affect the GPA of the students of Business Administration Department and can contribute and input to the Business Administration Department of State Polytechnic of Semarang in improving the index of student achievement in the future through the factors that are very influential found in this research. The result of parallel regression analysis shows that internal factors (health, intelligence, interest and motivation, technique / way of learning) have positive and significant influence on student's GPA, while external factor (family, school / campus, community, environment) and insignificant to the student's GPA. But simultaneously all the variables studied significantly influenced the student's GPA. This means that the variables of internal factors (health, intelligence, interests and motivation, techniques / learning methods) and external factors (family, school / campus, community, neighborhood) are appropriate or appropriate variables to explain variations in the student's GPA.

Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in economic development. It is reasonable if the empowerment of MSMEs gets special attention by the government, including MSMEs in tourism villages. The tourist village of Loram Kulon MSME which is one of the objects of this research is growing and diverse in both number and type. The diversity of MSMEs has resulted in village governments having difficulties in implementing MSME development programs that are in harmony with the characteristics of tourism villages. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy model for MSMEs in resource-based and local wisdom-based tourism villages. Except in the village of Loram Kulon, research has been carried out with the object of the Jambearum tourism village in Kendal Regency. The study used 7-10 samples of MSMEs taken randomly. Respondents are owners / managers of MSMEs. Data was collected through interviews with the help of questionnaires. Processed using descriptive statistics and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. From these two studies can be formulated a model of village tourism MSME development. The results show that the development model based on the SWOT analysis is the right model for formulating the tourism village MSME development strategy. This is because the SWOT analysis considers the internal and external conditions of MSMEs and provides four alternative strategies namely SO, ST, WO, WT which can be selected according to the general objectives of MSMEs in the tourism village

Abstract

This research is aimed at investigating the financial performance of Indonesian Port Corporation III (Persero) of Tanjung Emas Semarang Branch in the period of 2005-2014. The analysis to assess the financial aspects of the company is based on the Decree by The Minister for State-owned Enterprises Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The financial aspects are evaluated by seven indicators, namely: Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, total assets turnover, total equity to total assets. In the period of 2005 to 2011, the company had always been attaining the sound grade in A category. However, from 2012 to 2014, the performances of the company have been descending to the grade of the BBB category.

Abstract

Employee’s loyalty is one of problems faced by Hazotel Semarang.  This problem is related to transformational leadership style and organizational commitment.  This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee’s loyalty at Hazotel Semarang. The independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style (X1) and organizational commitment (X2), where employee’s loyalty (Y) as dependent variable. The type of this research is quantitative research metohod.  To determine the number of the samples, Saturation sampling is used in this research whereas 24 person as the number of all population member are included  in this research.  The source data obtained by the primary data for distributing the questionnaire and secondary data by observation, interview, and literature study. The data collected using questionnaire is based on specified indicators. The result of the partial analysis showed that transformational leadership style has positive influence and significant on employee’s loyalty (t count > t table, 2,553 > 2,074). While organizational commitment has positive influence but not significant on employee’s loyalty, t count < t table, (1,111 < 2,074). The result of the simultan analysis showed that transformational leadership style and organizational commitment has positive influence and significant on employee’s loyalty, F count > F table (7,414 > 3,47).

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, trend di dunia bisnis menjadi semakin bervariasi. Salah satunya adalah trend digital marketing. Digital marketing adalah suatu kegiatan pemasaran atau promosi sebuah brand atau produk menggunakan media digital atau internet. Tujuan digital marketing adalah untuk menarik konsumen dan calon konsumen secara cepat. Seperti yang kita ketahui, penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sangat luas, sehingga tidak heran jika kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh perusahaan-perusahaan. Akibatnya, perusahaan saling berkompetisi membuat konten yang menarik untuk ditampilkan dalam pemasarannya di dunia maya. Media Sosial telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, seiring dengan peningkatan kepemilikan telpon genggam atau gawai lainnya. Fenomena ini menjadi peluang bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan penjualan baik itu produk maupun jasa. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguasaan dalam teknologi informasi khususnya media social marketing. Strategi bisnis yang tidak efektif akan membawa kerugian bagi pelaku bisnis. Hal ini menjadi tantangan besar bagi pelaku UMKM yang menjual produk hanya dari toko fisik. Pendampingan penggunaan Sosial Media bagi UMKM ini membekali peserta pelatihan agar memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Social Media Marketing secara optimal sehingga dapat memasarkan produk maupun jasa secara lebih luas, yang pada akhirnya terjadi peningkatan omset dalam penjualan.

Abstract

Administrasi lembaga pendidikan adalah fondasi utama manajemen yang menjamin kelancaran proses belajar mengajar demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Data administrasi sangat vital bagi semua pelaku pendidikan, mulai dari kepala sekolah dan guru untuk pengelolaan harian, pengawas pendidikan sebagai bahan supervisi, hingga Dinas Pendidikan di berbagai tingkatan (kecamatan sampai provinsi) untuk pelaporan, pembinaan, serta penyusunan rencana dan program pendidikan masa depan. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan upaya pembinaan anak usia 0-6 tahun melalui rangsangan pendidikan agar siap memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan Kelurahan Kramas, Tembalang, Semarang, sebagai salah satu lembaga PAUD, sangat bergantung pada tata kelola administrasi yang tertib dan teratur. Namun, di Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan, ditemukan masalah signifikan: belum tersedianya tenaga administrasi yang kompeten di bidangnya, dan ketersediaan peralatan edukasi yang masih kurang. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kemampuan serta keterampilan administrasi pada guru dan tenaga administrasi di sana perlu ditingkatkan secara serius. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tata kelola administrasi perkantoran bagi para guru dan tenaga administrasi di Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Diharapkan, peningkatan kemampuan ini akan membawa dampak positif berupa peningkatan efisiensi, mutu, dan perluasan kinerja di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This study examines how Big Data Analytics Capabilities (BDAC) enhance sustainable performance and competitive advantage among batik MSMEs in Central Java. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV), the research explores the mediating roles of Supply Chain Management Capabilities (SCMC), Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM), and Circular Economy Practices (CEP). Using a quantitative explanatory approach, survey data were collected from 150 batik MSME owners and managers and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The findings reveal that BDAC significantly improves SCMC, e-CRM, and CEP, while also directly influencing sustainable performance. SCMC, e-CRM, and CEP partially mediate the relationship between BDAC and sustainable performance. In addition, sustainable performance significantly strengthens competitive advantage. The study confirms that data-driven capabilities alone are insufficient to create long-term competitiveness unless supported by effective supply chain integration, digital customer management, and circular economy implementation. This research contributes to sustainable supply chain and MSME literature by integrating big data analytics, sustainability, and competitive advantage within traditional creative industries. Practically, the findings offer strategic insights for batik MSMEs and policymakers in supporting sustainable digital transformation.
