Abstract

Abstract

At the end of 2019 the world was shocked by a new virus variant, namely SARS COV2 or Covid-19, which started as an epidemic in Wuhan, China. With more and more people infected with this virus and it has spread to other countries, in 2020 WHO declared the status of the Corona Virus outbreak to be a pandemic, WHO hopes that countries in the world can take extra handling of this outbreak. Management of drug management and sales as a form of preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus in health services as an effort to protect themselves from the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, thus making the current conditions require personal treatment through pharmacies against the Covid-19 pandemic that hit. Moreover, multivitamin drugs are needed for endurance during the pandemic. The role of pharmacies is very important in providing a very increasing drug availability. Methods: This study uses observation and in-depth interviews. In determining the number of samples using the total sampling technique. The instrument used was a data collection sheet (Observation) and interviews with pharmacist X pharmacy, Tarik sub-district. Results: the results of research on the comparison of multivitamin sales data at the "X" pharmacy, Tarik sub-district before the pandemic (January 2020) and during the pandemic (January 2021) obtained results, namely based on observational data by stating that sales of multivitamins in the pre-pandemic period (January 2020) amounted to a total of 252 with a percentage at 32%, and sales of multivitamins during a pandemic (January 2021) with a total of 529 with a percentage at 68%. This means that sales of multivitamins during the pandemic (January 2021) experienced a significant increase at 36% compared to before the pandemic (January 2020). It was proven that during the pandemic (January 2021) Pharmacy "X" in Tarik District experienced an increase in sales of around 36% compared to before the covid-19 pandemi.

Abstract

Abstract: Green Synthesis or Green Chemistry of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) has many advantages, one of which is fast, easy, and cheap. AgNPs have many benefits in the health sector. AgNPs are of great interest in the field of nanoparticle development because they have good biomedical and anti-bacterial activities. Bioreductors play an important role in reducing the size of AgNPs, in this study a natural bioreductor in the form of Kiwi extract (Actinida deliciosa) was used. Purpose of the study the objective of this research was the biosynthesis of AgNPs using a kiwifruit extract bioreductor. Research methods with extraction of Kiwi, synthesis of AgNPs using Kiwi extract, characterization of AgNPs formed using UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Particle Size Analyzer (PSA). Research Results that AgNP formation was confirmed by optical performance using UV-VIS spectroscopy and showed an AgNP peak at 415 nm. The C-H, C-N, and C=O groups in Actinidia deliciosa were confirmed by FTIR. The size of the AgNPs was studied using PSA and a size of 65.01 nm was obtained.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Social security is a form of social protection that guarantees all Indonesian people to be able to meet the needs of a decent life. The Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) is one of the institutions established to administer social security assistance programs in Indonesia. To overcome the imbalance between the contributions received from the community and the health costs incurred by BPJS, efforts are made to optimize BPJS patient prescribing based on the National Formulary as a reference. So that the hospital can control the quality and cost of treatment, and optimize services to patients. Research Methods: This research is a non-experimental research that is descriptive in nature with retrospective data collection during the period October - December 2021, using the purposive sampling method, namely examining existing samples with certain considerations. The data are presented in tabular form and are described and calculated in percentage terms. A prescription is said to be in accordance with the National Formulary if all the drugs are included in the National Formulary. The results showed that the suitability of prescription writing with the National Formulary based on prescription sheets was 74.19% which was in accordance with the National Formulary and 25.81% which was not according to the National Formulary, while the conformity of prescription writing to the National Formulary based on drug items was 93.14% which was in accordance with the Formulary. National and 6.86% which is not in accordance with the National Formulary. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the recipes studied are not fully in accordance with the National Formulary. Keywords: Prescription, BPJS Patients, National Formulary
