Abstract

Observasi awal di SMP Islam At-Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwu Galih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dengan jumlah guru 21 orang dan siswa sebaganyak 69 orang menunjukkan bahwa suasana kerja terlihat sangat baik terlihat dari interaksi antara guru dengan siswa disertai dengan keadaan siswa yang memperhatikan guru ketika pelajaran sedang sedang berlangsung, Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah SMP Islam At Tamimy Bragsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Observasi Partisipan, Metode Interview ( Wawancara ) dan, Metode Dokumentasi. Dari pemamaparan-pemaparan data dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terdahulu yang dipegang oleh TGH. Lalu Khairi Adnan, yang mempunyai gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak terlalu tegas, karena kesibukan dan beliau sakit dan Selanjutnya SMP. Islam At Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombk Tengah. Dipimpin oleh Bapak Drs, Mujiman, beliau adalah sosok pemimpin yang tegas, disiplin dan giat serta rajin. Mengenai Kinerja Guru di SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, Dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya prestasi belajaran siswa yakini mencapai 32,3%. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa tersebut yang mengindikasikan meningkatkan kinerja guru Selain itu kinerja guru juga dapat terlihat pada iklim kerja guru yang semakin baik ketika SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak dipimpin oleh Bapak Drs. Mujiman. Sedangkan Peran Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru atau bisa dikatakan sangat menentukan kinerja guru, karena sesuatu instansi yang dipimpin oleh sosok pemimpin yang idealis, akan menjadi intsansi yang kuat secara administratif. Hal ini dapat terlihat di SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak Kelurahan Tiwugalih Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Ketika SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak dipimpin oleh TGH. Lalu Khairi Adnan yang mempunyai gaya kepemimpin yang kurang memperhatikan masalah yang terjadi didalam Instansi yang beliau pimpin, maka secara tidak langsung berimplikasi terhadap kinerja guru. Hal berbeda terjadi ketika SMP Islam At Tamimy Brangsak dipimpin oleh Bapak Drs. Mujiman yang mempunyai gaya kepemimpinan yang ideal, yang selalu memperhatikan setiap masalah yang terjadi di Instansi yang dipimpinnya. Hal ini berimplikasi terhadap meningkatnya kinerja guru. Jadi gaya kepemimpinan berperan penting dan menentukan kinerja guru di SMP islam At Tamimy Brangsak Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

Abstract

هذا البحث مدفوع بالفهم الناقص لقواعد الطلاب في مادة اللغة العربية للصف الثامن في مدرسة نهضة الوطن سنيور المتوسطة الإسلامية، لومبوك الشرقية. السؤال في هذا البحث: هل هناك أثر استخدام وسيلة wall chartلترقية فهم القواعد العربية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن في المدرسة المتوسطة نهضة الوطن سنيور؟ الهدف لهذا البحث العلمي هو لمعرفة أن هناك أثر استخدام وسيلة المخطط الجداري(Wall Chart) لترقية فهم قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن بمدرسة نهضة الوطن سنيور المتوسطة الإسلامية للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۱ – ۲۰۲۲. فرضية هذا البحث العلمي هو أنوسيلة المخطط الجداري(Wall Chart)لها تأثير في ترقية فهم قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن بمدرسة نهضة الوطن سنيور المتوسطة الإسلامية للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۱ – ۲۰۲۲. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الكمي باستخدام منهج تجريبي حقيقي (بحث تجريبي حقيقي). أسلوب أخذ العينات في هذا البحث هو استخدام العينات العشوائية لأن العينات المأخوذة تمثل بشكل كافٍ السكان الحاليين باستخدام مجتمع مكون من ۸٠ طالبًا. تم تنفيذ تقنيات جمع البيانات عن طريق الاختبار الأولي (الاختبار الأولي) والعلاج (العلاج) والاختبار النهائي والتوثيق. البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها في شكل درجات مخرجات تعلم الطالب. الأداة المستخدمة لقياس نتائج تعلم الطلاب هي 5 أسئلة متعددة الخيارات. النتائج من هذا البحث هي أن هناك مقارنة بين مخرجات التعلم لطلاب الصف التجريبي والتي تمت ملاحظتها من درجة الاختبار البعدي بمتوسط ​​قيمة 74.26 ودرجة الضبط البعدي بمتوسط ​​قيمة55.77 . يوجد اختلاف في مخرجات تعلم الطلاب بقيمةthitung 5,103 >ttabel 2,007بمستوى معنوي قدره 5%مما يشير إلى وجود فرق بين قيمة الصنف التجريبي وقيمة فئة الضبط. من نتائج هذا البحث، استنتج أن هناك أثر استخدام وسيلة المخطط الجداري(Wall Chart) لترقية فهم قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن بمدرسة نهضة الوطن سنيور المتوسطة الإسلاميةللعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۱ – ۲۰۲۲

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether using a guessing game method can improve Arabic vocabulary in Nahdat Al-Watan Islamic Middle School Teachers Venture. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research that consists of two chapters: the experimental group and the implementation control group, the experimental group with 26 students, the control group with 26 students, the control group and the experimental group with 52 students. The results showed that the learning that took place using the guessing game method in the eighth semester of the Arabic language was very successful because in this research there was an increase and the indicators of success were achieved. The results of this research are that there is a comparison between the learning outcomes of the experimental class students, which were observed from the post-test score with an average value of 88,70. And the degree of dimensional control with an average value of 23.69. There is a difference in the students' learning outcomes with a value of 2,008 thitung, 3,874 ttabel > at a significant level of 5%, which indicates that there is a difference between the value of the experimental class and the value of the control class. The value of the pre-test for the experimental group is 58,70, and the value of the post-test for the experimental group is 88,77. From the results of this research, it was concluded that there appears to be an improvement in the vocabulary of Arabic among the eighth grade students in the Nahdat Al-Watan Islamic Intermediate School Teachers Venture. Abstract

ABSTRACT As for the research method, which uses quantitative and experimental methods. The research design used is a quasi-experimental design (Quasi Eksperimental Design.). This study aims to find out: Is the direct method of using the question ball game an effective way to upgrade the speech skill of the seventh grade students of the Islamic middle school Nahdhat Al-Watan Krelico academic year 2019/2020. Based on the results of the independent test of the sample t above, we obtain the computational value t = 3,743 with significance level (p) 0.05 = 2.021. Based on the above computation, the computation of t is greater than table t, i.e. (3,743> 2.021) therefore, Ha is acceptable and Ho returns. This means that the direct method of using the question ball game is effective for improving speech skills among students of the seventh grade of the Islamic Middle School Nahdhat Al-Watan Kryliku for the academic year 2019/2020.  Keywords: Direct Method, Ball Game Questions, and Speech Skill

(Can have a positive and significant effect on the speaking skill in the Arabic language for eighth grade students in Sato Ataf Mearaj Secondary School Al-Subyan Nahdlat Al-Watan Silenlit in the academic year 2022 It should be Teachers are more creative in the learning process, not only focusing on the lectures, but also being able to make a bored class always active and enthusiastic in the learning process.
