Abstract

AbstractRenewable energy is a current trend issue. The government, independent institutions, academia, and the public have launched many programs related to the use of renewable energy, which in turn converts the energy into electricity. This electrical energy is used for various needs, especially as a source of power in everyday life. If electricity from renewable sources is obtained from rural areas, the available electricity will be very beneficial for the community so that villages do not have to depend entirely on Indonesia's main power plant. In tropical areas such as Yogyakarta, there is a great potential to get heat from high-quality solar energy so that people can independently install simple solar power plants on a small scale that can meet their electricity needs for household needs. Asy-Syifa' Muhammadiyah Bantul Orphanage for daily needs needed is electrical energy for environmental lighting at Asy-Syifa' Muhammadiyah Bantul Orphanage. Therefore, it is hoped that through this community service, it can provide appropriate technology and increase knowledge for the residents of the Asy-Syifa' Muhammadiyah Bantul Orphanage about solar power plants and how to install them. The output goal of this service program is to create and apply appropriate technology in the form of a simple solar power plant installation for street lighting in the Asy-Syifa' Muhammadiyah Bantul Orphanage. Keywords: Electricity, Education, Solar Power, Muhammadiyah Orphanage. AbstraksiEnergi terbarukan merupakan isu trend saat ini. Pemerintah, lembaga independen, akademisi, dan masyarakat telah meluncurkan banyak program terkait penggunaan energi terbarukan, yang pada akhirnya mengubah energi tersebut menjadi listrik. Energi listrik ini digunakan untuk berbagai kebutuhan, terutama sebagai sumber tenaga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Apabila listrik dari sumber terbarukan diperoleh dari pedesaan maka listrik yang tersedia akan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sehingga desa tidak harus bergantung sepenuhnya pada pembangkit listrik utama Indonesia. Di daerah tropis seperti Yogyakarta sangat berpotensi mendapatkan panas dari energi matahari berkualitas tinggi sehingga masyarakat dapat secara mandiri memasang pembangkit listrik tenaga surya sederhana dalam skala kecil yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan listrik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Panti Asuhan Asy-Syifa’ Muhammadiyah Bantul untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari yang dibutuhkan adalah energi listrik untuk penerangan lingkungan di Panti Asuhan Asy-Syifa’ Muhammadiyah Bantul. Oleh karena itu diharapkan melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat memberikan teknologi tepat guna dan menambah pengetahuan bagi warga Panti Asuhan Asy-Syifa’ Muhammadiyah Bantul tentang pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dan cara pemasangannya. Output tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk membuat dan mengaplikasikan teknologi tepat guna berbentuk instalasi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya sederhana untuk lampu penerangan jalan di lingkungan Panti Asuhan Asy-Syifa’ Muhammadiyah Bantul. Kata Kunci : Listrik, Edukasi, Tenaga Surya, Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Community service programs have been implemented at the head of the Muhammadiyah Sawit Boyolali branch. The purpose of the community service program is to plan the development of da'wah through the development of Muhammadiyah business charity within the PCM Sawit Boyolali company. From the results of discussions held by the service team and management of the PCM Branch Leadership, it was agreed that the development of Muhammadiyah business charity was realized by planning the PCM Multipurpose Building. The problem that arises is that the land that will be used as the location for the construction of the Multipurpose Building is not yet available. The effort made is to invite all company residents to participate in the construction building. From the joint efforts of the Muhammadiyah Sawit branch leader, Boyolali received waqf land from company residents in the PCM Sawit environment. With the waqf land from the company's residents, the problems faced related to the location of the building placement have been solved.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) titled "Design of the Multi-Purpose Building at Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Sawit Boyolali" was initiated to address the need for infrastructure in the form of a multi-purpose building. The scope of the activity includes the planning and design of the building so that it can adequately accommodate various activities according to the required capacity and comfort, while also meeting technical building standards. The method used consists of four main stages. First, gathering data on the site, user needs, and the necessary building technical standards. Second, conducting an analysis of space planning and programming. Third, formulating the design concept. Fourth, developing the design into technical drawings or Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED) and preparing a cost estimate (RAB). The final goal of this PkM is to produce a Design Document for the Multi-Purpose Building for PCM Sawit Boyolali.
