Abstract

Human resources are important in an organization because the success of an organization depends largely on the quality and performance of the individuals in the organization. This study analyzes team member performance influenced by organizational citizenship behavior, reward, and punishment. The population of all employees of the Cahaya Sentosa Cooperative in Purwodadi is 101 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques. Research instruments with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis with multiple linear regression, data processed with SPSS 24.0 for windows program. In conclusion, organizational citizenship behavior does not affect team member performance; reward and punishment variables positively and significantly affect staff performance. Punishment has the greatest (dominant) influence on team member performance. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to understand how individual characteristics play an important role in mediating the relationship between job placement, organizational climate and work effectiveness. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 30 workers. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables positively influence from 1) job placement and organizational climate have an impact on individual characteristic variables. 2) Work placement, organizational climate and individual characteristics have an impact on work effectiveness. 3) The results of this study state that the indirect influence of individual characteristic variables can influence job placement variables and organizational climate and work effectiveness. Abstract

The goal of this study is to evaluate the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance and motivation. The sample that was obtained consisted of 114 workers. According to the findings of the research, the environment of the workplace has a positive and significant impact on the drive to perform one's job. Positive and significant effects on work motivation can be attributed to the presence of work discipline. The environment in which employees work has a significant and beneficial impact on the performance of those employees. The performance of employees is positively impacted by work discipline, however, this impact is not large. Motivation plays a part in mediating the relationship between worker performance work environment and discipline. Abstract

Employee job satisfaction cannot be separated from the fact that employee job satisfaction can be achieved if all expectations can be met in carrying out their job duties. Job satisfaction is a reflection of the feelings and attitudes of individuals towards their work, which is the interaction between those concerned with their work environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational support, job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational support on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study conducted on 51 employees with primary and secondary data sources obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study are the work environment, organizational support, job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational support affect employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine, examine and analyze the influence of women's leadership and discipline on the performance of employees of the Sragen Savings and Loan Service Cooperative with employee engagement as an Intervening Variable. The analysis technique used is to use instrument tests which include validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t-tests, F-tests, determination coefficient tests and correlation analysis. The results showed that: Women's leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement. Women's leadership, discipline, and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on performance. Women's leadership through employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

A teacher's work is demonstrated by how well they do it. One way to achieve educational goals is for teachers to carry out their duties well. This research aims to determine how work motivation and happiness influence how well teachers do their work. This research is a quantitative study with teacher performance (y), work motivation (X1), and job satisfaction (X2). The population in this study were all teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 2 Banyudono. The data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data collected using questionnaires, documentation, and literature, which were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results obtained are that work motivation and job satisfaction affect teacher performance. Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, performance

Abstract

The introduction of economic terms in Indonesia to other countries is very important because language is a very important communication tool to support a country's economic activities. Training activities were conducted on TGBC Thailand students. Knowing these economic terms, it is hoped that it can help trainees to understand simple economic terms in Indonesian., provide practical training in the use of these terms in daily communication and improve participants' ability to communicate related to the economy in the surrounding environment. As a result of this activity, the participants, namely TGBC Thailand students, were able to understand and pronounce simple economic terms were more interested in learning Indonesian and wanted to visit Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines how organisational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the influence of training, and organisational culture, on employee performance. The number of respondents was 30 employees of SAMSAT Boyolali testing using linear regression. Data is collected through surveys. Training and organizational culture affect OCB significantly. Employee performance is heavily influenced by training, organizational culture, and OCB. Through OCB, training variables and organizational culture have a real effect on employee performance. Abstract

Things like a person's personality, the quality of their work life, and the amount of stress they experience at work are things that can be used to make work better. The aim of this research is to find out how attitudes, quality of work life, and work stress impact the work carried out by BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen employees. For this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data using quantitative methods and multiple regression. A total of 70 workers answered the questionnaire. Researchers used SPSS version 26 software to analyze this research. This software can show the relationship between independent factors and how much influence personality, quality of work life, and work stress have on how well people do their jobs. It was found that personality, quality of work life, and work stress all have a good and significant influence on how well employees do their work.
