Abstract

Abstract: Laundry business is a type of enterprise engaged in laundry and ironing services. The positive impact of technology in the business world is no longer exclusive to large-scale businesses; small and medium-sized enterprises can also benefit by incorporating information and communication technology. This research aims to build, design, and develop a laundry service information system at Triwira88 Laundry as a solution to enhance service quality, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. The Research Design Approach method employs User-Centered Design (UCD) to design and develop the laundry service information system, focusing on Interface, Accessibility, and Usefulness. The research method utilises Research and Development (R&D) and an Agile system development model. The programming language PHP with MySQL database and XAMPP server is employed in building the website. keywords: laundry service; business; user centered design (UCD);website abstrak: usaha laundry merupakan suatu jenis usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa cuci dan setrika. Dampak positif teknologi di dunia bisnis kini tidak hanya bisa dirasakan oleh bisnis dengan skala besar saja, usaha kecil menengah juga dapat dijalankan dengan melibatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun, merancang, mendesain dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa laundry pada Triwira88laundry sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan jasa, meningkatkan daya saing serta meningkatkan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Metode pendekatan desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) untuk merancang dan mendesain sistem informasi pelayanan jasa laundry. UCD fokus pada Interface, Accessibility dan Usefulness. Metode penelitian R&D dan pengembangan sistem metode Agile. Abstract

Abstract: The process of recommending the selection of logs really requires a high level of data accuracy. So with a system that is still manual, of course it is very ineffective, so a Decision Support System is built. The Decision Support System was built using a combination of two methods, namely Weighted Product which is used to determine criteria weights and Electre which is used for ranking. In the calculation process, this SPK uses four criteria, namely price, trip duration, number of roommates, and facilities. This Decision Support System is a web-based system and was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Decision Support System that was built can display the final results in the form of ranking data on tree species to be felled from a combination of two methods. The results of the ranking can be printed in the form of a report. Of course, the results of this decision support system can be used as recommendations in the decision-making process for selecting trees to be felled by PT. Teluk Nauli. Keywords: selective cutting wood, decision support system, weighted product, electre,    web Abstrak: Proses rekomendasi pemilihan kayu tebang sangat membutuhkan tingkat akurasi data yang tinggi. Maka dengan sistem yang masih manual tentu sangat tidak efektif, sehingga dibangunlah sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibangun menggunakan kombinasi dua metode yaitu Weighted Product yang digunakan untuk penentuan bobot kriteria dan Electre yang digunakan untuk perangkingan. Dalam proses perhitungannya, SPK ini menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu harga, durasi perjalanan, jumlah orang sekamar, dan fasilitas. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah sistem yang berbasis web dan dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibangun ini dapat menampilkan hasil akhir berupa data perangking jenis pohon yang akan ditebang dari perhitungan kombinasi dua metode. Hasil dari perangkingan tersebut dapat dicetak dalam bentuk laporan. Tentunya hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat dijadikan rekomendasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan pohon yang akan ditebang oleh PT. Abstract

SMP N 7 Padang Sidempuan encountered challenges in optimally allocating the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS). The school's administration faced difficulties in determining the prioritization of fund usage during each period. The suboptimal utilization of the BOS could impede the achievement of national educational objectives and have adverse effects on human resource capabilities. This study combined theAHP and SAW algorithms to determine the priority allocation of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS). The objective was to develop a web-based Decision Support System for budget management at SMP Negeri 7 Padang Sidempuan. With this approach, a system capable of determining the priority sequencefor BOS allocation based on its components was established. The research resulted in an integrated decision support system in the form of a website. This system effectively determined the priority sequence for BOS allocation based on various relevant components. With the implementation of this system, SMP N 7 Padang Sidempuan successfully managed the BOS, thereby maximizing its impact on improving the quality of education.
