The number of beauty and care products is widespread outside, the more skin problems people experience . Various problems of this disease are also caused by allergies due to the use of various beauty products and taking care of the skin from products on the market . Therefore, we need a system that can help choose good skincare according to skin type using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The application that will be made for the selection of facial foam, moisturizer, and mask with criteria, namely oily skin, normal skin, dry skin, sensitive skin and combination skin, this application is expected to solve the problem of choosing skincare more effectively and precisely. Ulasan produk sangat memberi pengaruh terhadap produsen dan konsumen karena ulasan menjadi sumber informasi tentang kualitas suatu produk. Mengolah data dalam jumlah besar dan banyak untuk setiap produk pada sebuah toko di Shopee, menganalisis serta menyimpulkan informasi secara manual membutuhkan waktu lama dan tidak efektif. Sistem analisis sentimen dibutuhkan untuk mengekstrak informasi penting dan membuat sistem yang secara objektif dapat menentukan kualitas produk dan memproses data teks besar. Sistem analisis sentimen memiliki beberapa tahap yairu crawling, preprocesssing, pembobotan kata, dan klasifikasi sentimen. Penulis mengumpulkan data sebanyak 600 data review menggunakan API Shopee untuk menghasilkan sentimen positif dan negatif. Dataset dibagi menjadi data latih dan data uji dengan pembagian 400 data latih dan 200 data uji dari total dataset. Klasifikasi sentimen data latih dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Lexicon Based. Pelabelan dilakukan secara otomatis dengan cara menghitung skor setiap term sentimen dengan Lexicon Based. Penelitian ini menggunakan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menggunakan pengujian confusion matrix untuk mendapatkan hasil accuracy, presision dan recall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai accuracy sebesar 99,5%, precision sebesar 99,49%, recall sebesar 100%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan metode klasifikasi algoritma Naïve Bayes cukup relevan meskipun akurasi nya belum 100%.Â

Total sepeda motor Kawasaki KLX 150 ini mencapai 23.463 unit. Sementara total penjualan kawasaki sendiri adalah 40.329 unit. Berdasarkan banyaknya pembeli sepeda motor KLX maka tidak jarang dijumpai pengguna yang tidak mengetahui keadaaan serta kondisi dari spedea motor KLX ini seperti adanya kerusakan yang ditemukan pada bagaian tertentu sepeda motor khususnya pada bagian mesin sepeda motor tersebut, sehingga segala jenis dari gejala yang muncul sering terabaikan dan akan membuat kerusakan yang lebih parah dari kondisi sepeda motor sebelunya. Oleh karena.hal tersebut, maka sangat dibutuhkannya suatu sistem pakar yang diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi berbagai kerusakan dini dari segala gejala yang dialami oleh pengguna atau pemilik sepeda motor Kawasi KLX. Salah satu metode yang paling tepat dan dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode teorema bayes. Teorema bayes merupakan teorema yang dikemukakan dan dikenalkan oleh Thomas Bayes yang bertujuan untuk menghubungkan tingkat keyakinan yang ada (Prior) kepada keyakinan yang baru (Posterior) setelah dilakukaannya suatu observasi baru (evidence) berdasarkan fungsi keyakinan tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode teorema bayes, maka hasilnya akan mampu memberikan deteksi kerusakan sepeda motor KLX 150BF dengan gejala yang diinputkan sehingga memberikan solusi terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Â

Development of information technology in the business sector can be seen with many business people marketing the sale of their services or products by utilizing social media platforms and also e-commerce because it can make it easier for buyers to get the desired information anywhere and anytime. The optimization of social media and e-commerce has been implemented by Fifan Glasses Store to sell their products. Generally, buyers will try on the frames one by one until they decide to buy them. But, online buyers cannot try on the frames and can only see the frames based on the pictures in the catalog provided by Fifan Glasses Store. For this reason, an Android-based Augmented Reality eyeglass frame application will be built at Fifan Glasses Store. The purpose of building this application is to facilitate online buyers in trying on the frames that have been provided and minimize the occurrence of damage to eyeglass frames by prospective buyers. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in building the application and this research will also analyze the effect of the application of Augmented Reality glasses frames using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The final results of the analysis of the effect of Augmented Reality on eyeglass frames by testing the outermodel, inner model, and hypothesis show that Augmented Reality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for glasses at Fifan Glasses Store.

The problem of poverty remains the biggest problem to date. The government, as the responsible for this problem, always tries its best to solve this problem. One of the solutions that the government has provided in this regard is to launch social programs such as the Raskin program. Raskin as a program has many benefits such as food security and social protection for poor households. This research attempts to support the government in this program, by developing a program to determine the right target of Raskin beneficiaries. This program is built on a web base by adopting a decision support system using the electre method. This method is a multi-criteria method based on ranking. Abstract: Currently, health services at the Kartini Pematang Siantar Community Health Center are the backbone of first level health services in the community. The research objective to be achieved as a writer based on the problem limitations above is to implement an Android application that can help the community health center in improving services. This system is an Android-based Smart Puskesmas application using R&D research. The results of this research showed that the length of the data input process for Kartini Pematang Siantar Health Center officers was one of the factors. This system is able to provide patient service facilities and data input, so that patients and staff no longer find it difficult to access existing facilities, input data and support service improvements at the Kartini Pematang Siantar Community Health Center. Keywords: Application, Smart Puskesmas, Android, R&D Abstrak: Saat ini pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kartini Pematang Siantar merupakan tulang punggung pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama di lingkungan masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai sebagai penulis berdasarkan batasan masalah diatas adalah terimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi android yang dapat membantu pihak puskesmas dalam meningkatkan suatu pelayanan. Sistem ini merupakan aplikasi Smart Puskesmas berbasis android dengan menggunakan penelitian R&D. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa lamanya proses input data bagi petugas Puskesmas Kartini Pematang Siantar menjadi menjadi salah satu faktor. Sistem ini mampu menyajikan fasilitas pelayanan pasien dan input data, sehingga pasien dan para petugas tidak lagi merasa kesulitan dalam mengakses fasilitas yang ada, input data dan mendukung peningkatan layanan pada Puskesmas Kartini Pematang Siantar. The development of technology today is very rapid, thus encouraging people to use technology more developed. Nowadays, marketing systems and product promotion via the internet are experiencing rapid growth. Many companies use information technology as a corporate strategy to provide products to all consumers without limiting space and time. marketing of tea products carried out by PTPN IV is less efficient because it is only distributed in supermarkets and minimarkets. the lack of marketing to the public such as shop owners or wholesalers makes it difficult for consumers to reach these tea products, especially consumers who are far from supermarkets or minimarkets. by building a tea product ordering information system integrated with midtrans payment gateway. With the construction of this system consumers can make purchases directly to the center and can make direct payments with the payment methods provided by midtrans. this system can minimize existing problems related to ordering and marketing. This system allows the admin to easily manage marketing and ordering data. For consumers (users) can better maintain the security of order data.

This study aims to optimize inventory management at UD. Alnas Building Store by implementing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The main problem faced by this store is the uncertainty in the quantity of orders that will come, which can result in excess or shortage of inventory. One effective way to manage inventory is by using an inventory management information system. This article discusses the use of an inventory management information system in UD Alnas Building Store. This system is used to collect, store, and process information related to the store's inventory. Several features in the information system, such as recording stock items, monitoring sales, determining inventory needs, calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and generating reports, greatly assist in effective inventory management. Although it has some drawbacks, the use of inventory management information systems has helped UD Alnas Building Store managers in monitoring stock items, calculating, determining inventory needs, and generating accurate and timely reports.

Currently, the system of marketing and product promotion via the internet is experiencing rapid growth. Many companies use information technology as a corporate strategy to provide products to all consumers without limiting space and time. From large companies to small and medium businesses have made online sales systems as cheap and affordable promotional facilities. With advances in technology, business people can certainly take advantage and minimize the impact that will occur. Tea garden factories can use consumers' smartphones to order products and payments directly from the application, making it easier and shorter the waiting time for consumers. Tea plantation factories can also cooperate with Midtrans as a third-party payment gateway in transactions with their consumers. The factory can also control the flow of transactions and revenue volume on the Midtrans website in real time without having to wait for employees to make daily bookkeeping. The development method used is the RAD method. The goal is to minimize existing problems and better maintain the safety of consumers.

Pemilihan bibit kelapa sawit merupakan langkah awal dari budidaya tanam kelapa sawit. Pemilihan bibit kelapa sawit perlu diperhatian untuk mendapatkn hasil panen yang baik. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan pemilihan bibit sawit. Jenis bibit kelapa sawit dapat dipilih berdasarkan aspek dan kriteria tertentu. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu umur panen perdana, rerata produksi tandan buah segar, rerata potensi total produksi minyak, panjang pelepah, presentase inti buah, rerata berat tandan, presentase rendemen, pertumbuhan meninggi. Algoritma SAW merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan dengan konsep dasar mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Sedangkan algoritma TOPSIS merupakan mrtode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dengan dasar alternatif yang dipilih memiliki jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS berhasil diimplementasikan kedalam bentuk pengambilan keputusan berbasis website dan menampilkan hasil perankingan bibit unggul kelapa sawit.
