Abstract

Eksistensi perusahaan dalam pada perubahan pasar atau kondisi tertentu menjadi sangat penting bagi semua perusahaan karena mereka semua menjadi bagian dari globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi posisi bisnis pelabuhan kelas I di lingkungan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero); meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif unit bisnis pada masing-masing pelabuhan kelas I; dan menentukan strategi yang efektif diterapkan bagi masing-masing pelabuhan kelas I. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengarahkan keputusan strategis pada pelabuhan kelas I. Keputusan strategi manajerial dalam penelitian ini dalam cakupan analisa GE (general electric) dan analisa tipologi Miles & Snow. Lokasi atau tempat penelitian di Balikpapan, Samarinda, Bitung, Ambon, dan Sorong. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup data data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini mencakup general manajer, manajer dan asisten manajer di kelima cabang pelabuhan yaitu Pelabuhan Balikpapan, Pelabuhan Samarinda, Pelabuhan Bitung, Pelabuhan Ambon dan Pelabuhan Sorong sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis RBV,SWOT, TOWS, General Electric, dan Miles & Snow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis pelabuhan kelas I di lingkungan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) secara umum berada pada posisi yang menguntungkan dengan potensi sumber daya yang memadai. Upaya meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif unit bisnis pelabuhan kelas I dengan memaksimalkan seluruh kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki, dan sekaligus meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman. Berdasarkan analisis Miles and Snow yang digunakan maka berdasarkan indikator strategi fokus Pelabuhan Bitung, Ambon dan Sorong menerapkan strategi prospector, Pelabuhan Balikpapan mengadopsi strategi defender, dan Pelabuhan Samarinda revelan dengan strategi analyzer.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keuntungan harga per lembar saham. Data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari sumber yang sudah ada yang merupakan data tertulis yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian yang ada di PT. Unilever Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang berupa laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana peneliti menggunakan proses data-data berupa laporan keuangan sebagai alat menganalisis dan melakukan kajian penelitian terutama dalam penggunaan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dalam menaksir keuntungan harga per lembar saham. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa saham pada PT. Unilever Indonesia (Persero) Tbk adalah saham yang tergolong saham efisien, dengan tingkat keuntungan yang berfluktuasi dan return individu lebih kecil dari expected return. Kata Kunci: Saham, Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Abstract This study aims to determine the price advantage per share. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from existing sources which are written data relating to the object of research at PT. Unilever Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the form of financial statements. This study uses quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques, where researchers use data processing in the form of financial statements as a tool to analyze and conduct research studies, especially in the use of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) in estimating the profit price per share. The results of the study found that the shares in PT. Unilever Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a stock that is classified as efficient stock, with fluctuating profit levels and individual returns that are smaller than expected returns. Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine whether the democratic, consultative, delegative and participative leadership styles have a positive and significant effect on employee performancePT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area, (2) Among the four leadership styles mentioned above, which leadership style has the most influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area. This research was surveyed at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. The sample selection used the Stratified Ramdom Sampling method. The variables studied were (1) Employee Performance, (2) Democratic Leadership Style, (3) Consultative, (4) Delegative, and (5) Participatory. Then the data obtained is calculated usingSPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program package.  The results of the study show that (1) simultaneously democratic, delegative, consultative and participatory leadership styles have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. (2) partially, democratic leadership style makes the biggest contribution to improving employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. Therefore, leadership with a democratic leadership style is preferred by employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area

Abstract

The research aims to determine both internal and external environmental factors that affect the company's business by CV. Medicaid in its corporate growth. This study uses qualitative research. Triangulation of three methods—direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documents—is the method used to collect data. Primary data and secondary data are two types of data sources. EFE Matrix (External Factor Evaluation), IFE Matrix (Internal Factor Assessment), and SWOT Analysis Matrix on CV. Feryal Medika was used to process data descriptively. This study shows that CV. Feryal Medika is influenced by four strengths, four weaknesses, two opportunities and three threats.

In an an increasing number of competitive surroundings and clients who are increasingly critical in choosing merchandise, corporations are required to be more progressive in generating a product. there are many competitive strategies to turn out to be market winners, consisting of product innovation techniques. Product development or product innovation is very crucial in cutting-edge market competition. All efforts, the energy possessed via the organization, is directed to produce value as anticipated, because higher effects imply having introduced fee as compared to competition. what is the relationship between commercial enterprise surroundings on SME overall performance thru variables product innovation and competitive benefit?
