Abstract

Desain penelitian adalah ekspalanatori, dengan pendekatan paradigma positivistik, dan kajian persepsi yang dikuantitatifkan, dengan jumlah sampel 180 orang (responden) yang dipilih secara proporsional secara random sampling area. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 216 pagawai (ASN) di 4 (empat) Kantor Dinas (Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Sosial, dan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM) di 3 (tiga) Wilaya (Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Kota Makassar, dan Kota Parepare. Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Komitmen Organisasi (Y1) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Diharapkan Para pimpinan organisasi/SKPD dan unit organisasi instansi Pemerintah Daerah di Sulawesi Selatan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan kepada masyarakat (publik), agar memperhatikan hal-hal berikut: 1. Menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat, sesuai kondisi organisasi dan para pegawai sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pegawai agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. 2. Mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem kompetensi dalam menempatkan dan memberian tugas kepada para pegawai/bawahannya, sehingga mereka dapat melaksakan tugas masing-masing dengan kinerja yang baik. 3. Membentuk dan membina komitmen organisasi yang kuat, sehingga para pegawai selalu berkomitmen untuk mencapai tujuan organisas. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pelayanan Publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life yang terdiri dari variabel lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, sistem imbalan, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan Rumah Sakit serta untuk menguji variabel paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah cross sectional, untuk menganalisis digunakan analisis chi square dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja (p=0,001), sistem imbalan (p=0,024), pengembangan karir (p=0,017) dengan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan, sedangkan pada variabel partisipasi (p=0,055) tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pelayanan kesahatan karyawan RS Unhas. Dari hasil analisisregresi diperoleh persamaaan regresi ketiga variabel, yakni lingkungan kerja, sistem imbalan dan pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar adalah lingkungan kerja, hal ini dikarenakan lingkungan kerja yang baik, suasana yang positif, metode kerja yang teratur, komunikasi yang baik antar karyawanakan meningkatkan kinerja Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the relationship between job promotion and individual characteristics on organizational commitment and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Samples in the study used saturated samples of all employees of PT Triteguh Manunggalsejati Makassar Business Unit of 80 people consisting of various positions and jobs within the company environment. Data retrieval techniques using questionnaires. In processing this research data using SmartPLS3. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis. The results showed that individual characteristics have a positive effect on employees' performance, while the promotion of positions has no effect on employee performance at PT Triteguh Manunggalsejati Bisnis Unit Makassar. Keywords: job promotion, individual characteristics, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan, salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh faktor masa kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas kerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, validitas, serta analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan softaware SPSS. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel Masa Kerja adalah sebesar 10.818 dan dengan menggunakan level significance (taraf signifikasi) sebesar 5% diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,671 sedangkan nilai sig pada tabel sebesar 0,000 karena sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu menunjukan bahwa Masa Kerja (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja(Y). Nilai t hitung untuk variabel Pelatihan adalah sebesar 2.360 sedangkan nilai sig pada tabel sebesar 0,021 sehingga menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja(Y). Nilai t hitung untuk variabel Motivasi adalah sebesar 4.172 dan dengan menggunakan level significance (taraf signifikasi) sebesar 5% diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,671 sedangkan nilai sig pada tabel sebesar 0,000 sehingga Motivasi (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja(Y). Sedangkan secara simultan, dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh F-hitung lebih besar dari pada F-tabel yaitu 390.687 > 2,53 Sedangkan nilai sig pada tabel sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada 0,005 menunjukan bahwa variabel Masa Kerja (x1), Pelatihan (x2), Motivasi (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap variabel Produktifitas Kerja.

Abstract

One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its objectives is human resources. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Stress Work and Motivation Against Satisfaction and Employee Performance PT PLN (Persero) Area Merauke. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is based on the approach done by recording and analyzing the data of the research results by using statistical calculations supported by literature study and data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The results showed that partially between work stress and work motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, work stress and work motivation have positive and significant influence to employee performance, as well as job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance. As for the indirect influence indicates that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Abstract

Quality human resources is one of the strengths owned by a company to achieve goals, one of which is to improve employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the extent to which influence factors work, training, and motivation to optimize work productivity achieved by employees at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch of Makassar. The research method used is descriptive, validity, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS softaware. From the calculation results obtained t value for the variable Working Period is equal to 10,818 and by using the significance level (significance level) of 5% obtained t table of 1.671 while the sig value in the table of 0.000 because sig smaller than 0.05 that shows that Masa Work (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). The value of t arithmetic for the training variable is 2,360 while the sig value in the table is 0,021 so it shows that Training (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Work Productivity (Y). The t value for the Motivation variable is 4,172 and by using the significance level (significance level) of 5% obtained t table equal to 1.671 while the sig value in the table is 0.000 so that the Motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect to the Work Productivity (Y) . While simultaneously, the calculation results obtained F-count larger than the F-table is 390.687> 2.53 While the sig value in the table of 0.000 is smaller than 0.005 indicates that the variable Working Period (x1), Training (x2), Motivation (X3) effect simultaneously or together to work productivity variable.

Abstract

Safety of life and work (safety) is the main value that must be owned by every company, not least PT Vale Indonesia (PTVI) as a nickel mining and processing company operating in Sorowako, South Sulawesi. This study aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of CSMS, including the factors that affect the safety performance of contractors at PT Vale Indonesia in Sorowako. This study was conducted by analyzing the significance and correlation between CSMS implementation and its effectiveness as well as the influencing factors: culture and behavior, work conditions, resources, communication and training. The analytical tool used is Chi Square and Kendall's Tau with primary data obtained from the questionnaire survey to the parties related to CSMS that are contractors and stakeholders in PT Vale Indonesia and secondary data in the form of data safety record in EHS department of PT Vale Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the CSMS program in PT Vale Indonesia has been implemented well and sufficiently, so the effects of the program have been in accordance with its objectives and lead to targets determined on the quantity side, but in terms of quality needs to be improved further by increasing fulfillment of CSMS implementation and significant influencing factors are: improvement of training, communication and culture and safety behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) to know the leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak 2) to know the innovative business model implemented by CEO Bukalapak 3) to know whether leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak according to business model applied. The method used is Qualitative research method. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Informants / sources are selected from the Internal and External PT.Bukalapak as many as 12 people informants. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are Observation, Interview and Documentation Technique. Data in the analysis by using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak is Visionary leadership style and leadership style Partisipatif. The business model implemented in Bukalapak is Marketplace Customer to Customner (C2C) based on E-Commerce. Leadership style owned by CEO of Bukalapak according to business model applied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job training on improving teacher competence and performance at "AAA" private school in Makassar City. The research used a quantitative approach. The populations were all teachers consisting of 90 people. The data were obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the research indicate that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on increasing teacher competence at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (2) job training has a negative and insignificant effect on increasing teacher competence at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (4) job training has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (5) teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (6) work motivation indirectly has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through teacher competence at "AAA" private school in Makassar City; (7) job training indirectly has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance through teacher competence at "AAA" private school in Makassar City.

Abstract

Container Terminal is the entrance and exit of goods through a port. The purpose of this research is to identify the internal and external environmental factors that determine the development strategy and effective business strategy for the development of makassar new port container terminal. This research is a type of exploratory research by identifying and developing Porter's 5-strength strategy. This research is designed to direct managerial strategy decisions in the development of container competitiveness in Makassar New Port PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) based on scientific analysis and argumentation. Managerial strategy decisions in this study are within the scope of strategy at the corporate level. The results showed that container development through internal environmental analysis is service oriented to cost efficiency and effectiveness, availability of modern facilities and equipment, and implementing international standard service systems. Container development through external environmental analysis includes Exclusive Port Rights to be utilized in container development, support from local governments for the management of Makassar New Port, and the opening of international-scale logistics delivery lines. Furthermore, an effective strategy for the development of container competitiveness by relying on strategic locations to support container activities and services will facilitate companies in increasing container flow because it is supported by various government regulations and regulations, adding equipment. Container Crane Twin Lift to increase productivity, improve the accuracy of container activities, and capital competence and professionalism of human resources owned by the company.
