Abstract

Employees as one of the spearheads of service providers directly to BPJS Employment Participants, is expected to have high performance. This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction. Population in this research is all employee BPJS Employment Branch of Makassar. The sampling technique used is to use non probability sampling with saturated sampling method. With a sample size of 97 employees. Data analysis using Partial Least Suares (PLS) analysis. The research findings show that 1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Transformational leadership has a positive and insignificant impact on employee performance. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 4) Job satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. 5) Compensation has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 6) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the three variables only organizational commitment that has influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable.

Abstract

The current organizational paradigm is toward looking at human resources as an investment that will add value to the organization not only to survive, but at the same time lead in an environment full of predictions and anticipations through an effort to create creativity and innovation of human resources). This study aims to determine the influence of competence, workload, and work stress on employee performance and how the competence and workload affect the employee performance through job stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Jayapura. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Problems and hypotheses to be tested based on defined criteria as well as path analysis tools ie Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of variables. The results showed that partially competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work load has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress have positive and significant effect to employee performance. For indirect influence, competence and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Jayapura.

Abstract

In industrial activities in the mining sector usually cause good impact and not good in its implementation. This study aims to evaluate the Implementation of the CSR Program and its Influence on Corporate Image in CSR Program on Pt Vale Indonesia, Tbk on Water Supply Project. This research is explanatory research is research explanation of perception of respondent that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with other variable or how a variable influence other variable. The results of this study indicate that the three variables ie benefits, welfare, and capacity development have a significant impact on the improvement of corporate image so that it can be concluded that the implementation of CSR program on clean water CSR program in Nuha, Towuti and Wasuponda sub-districts gives positive impact to the improvement of image company

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on creativity and innovative behavior at PT. Telkom (Persero) Tbk. Witel Makassar either directly or mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach. Finally, the results of this study explain the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. In this research, analysis method used is path analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 2.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational climate has positive and significant effect on creativity, organizational climate has positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, and creativity has positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. The indirect influence shows that creativity can mediate the organizational climate influence on innovative behavior positively and significantly.

Abstract

National education institutions should be able to compete in this globalization era. This study aims to determine the effect of communication on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Center Office of Hasanuddin University. This research is a quantitative descriptive using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 214, of the population taken by using the Slovin technique of 139 people with random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 25. Structural equation test results show that all variables have a positive or direct effect because all beta values ​​are positive. The results of partial testing (T-test) showed that all the variables had a significant effect because all variables had t-counts greater than t-table. Simultaneous test results (F test) found that communication, motivation, and discipline simultaneously influence (simultaneously) on employee performance because the value of F-count is greater than F-table. The conclusion from this study is that the variables of communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
