Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. The sample in this study were 135 customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Medan Branch Office Gatot Subroto Street, Medan. This research is a quantitative research with primary data sources, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a Likert scale of 1-5. The analytical method used is a tiered structure with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure) device. The results showed that e-service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office. Satisfaction partially mediates the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office

Abstract

Modern retail has become increasingly ubiquitous in people's daily activities as the times have progressed and globalization has occurred. This is due to changes in people's purchasing habits, with consumers preferring to shop at modern retail markets that offer one-stop shopping and competitive prices over traditional markets where transactions are typically conducted through bartering. This study is to analyze the effect of modern retail marketing mixes on loyalty mediated by buying decisions. The population of this study is all customers of Metro Supermarket, with a total sample 224 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that product, price, promotion and retail service effect on the buying decision of Metro Pasar Swalayan customers.  Shop design and location effect on the buying decisions of Metro Pasar Swalayan customers. Product, promotion, retail service, Shop design and location effect on the loyalty of Metro Pasar Swalayan customers. Meanwhile, the price had no effect on the loyalty of Metro Pasar Swalayan customers. Buying decision partially mediates the effect of product, price, promotion, and retail service on customer loyalty of Metro Supermarkets. But buying decision does not mediate the influence between shop design and location on customer loyalty of Metro Supermarkets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap harga saham baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui dividen. Objek penelitian yang diambil adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur di BEI Periode 2014-2018.Profitabilitas diukur dengan return on equity. Leverage diukur dengan debt to equity ratio. Dividen diukur dengan dividend payout ratio. Harga saham diukur dengan harga saham penutupan tahun. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 195perusahaan manufaktur dengan jumlah sampel 16 perusahaan. Studi ini dilakukan pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS dan model analisis jalur. Data sekunder yang digunakan diambil dari website idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dividen sedangkan leverage secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividen. Namun, profitabilitassecara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan leverage dan dividen secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Profitabilitasdan leveragesecara tidak langsung melalui dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham padaperusahaan manufaktur di BEI periode 2014-2018. Variabel dividen menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI periode 2014-2018

Abstract

MAS Al Asy’ariyah. The research employs a quantitative approach with an emphasis on objective measurement through numerical data, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, as the population consists of only 35 individuals, making the entire population the sample. MAS Al Asy’ariyah is a private Islamic senior high school established on October 12, 2016, in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of the study indicate that Work Productivity has an influence on Kinerja Karyawan (t-count = 1.851 t-table = 1.661). Work Discipline does not influence Kinerja Karyawan (t-count = 1.581 t-table = 1.661). Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Kinerja Karyawan (t-count = 2.285 t-table = 1.660). The R Square value of 0.607 shows that Work Productivity, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously contribute 60.7% to Kinerja Karyawan, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study

Abstract

Improving the quality of basic education largely depends on teacher performance quality, which is influenced by various determinant factors. This study aims to analyze the role of professional competence as an intervening variable in the relationship between teacher characteristics and teacher performance in elementary schools in Babalan District, Langkat Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 66 teachers from five elementary schools selected as case studies. Data were collected through Google Form-based online questionnaires with a 1-4 Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that teacher competence significantly affects teacher performance (B = 0.530; p 0.01), while teacher characteristics proved significant in forming professional competence (B = 0.529; p 0.01). Interestingly, the findings revealed that the principal's leadership style showed no significant effect either directly on performance or indirectly through competence. The Sobel test confirmed that competence significantly mediates the effect of teacher characteristics on performance (Z = 2.83), but does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and performance. The implications of this study recommend focusing development on specific and applicable teacher competency enhancement, as well as optimizing positive teacher characteristics that have been proven to be an important foundation in improving educational performance.
