Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction for Grab Motor Makassar branch. This type of research is a sampling study using a simple linear regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The research population is all consumers of Makassar City Grab Motors during the month of July, where the exact number cannot be known or is called the infinite population. Thus the research sample is part of the research population that is used as the research subject, with a total sample of 139 respondents obtained by purposive sampling method with incidental technique. The results showed that the service quality variable partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the value of the Adjusted Coefficient of Determination, it shows that all contributions between service quality and customer satisfaction are 54%.

Abstract

Abstract: Technology plays an important role in various sectors of life, including in finding income. Existing technological developments can be seen and felt in every field, such as industry, education, tourism and others with the emergence of various kinds of social media applications. The problem faced by partners is the lack of understanding of the village community regarding the use of information technology which is apparently able to help various kinds of work and increase income. So we see the need to provide socialization and training on the use of social media that can increase income which will have an impact on the welfare of the community, especially women in the village. This activity is carried out by first presenting the material and then providing training to participants on the concepts and benefits of technology through social media. The result of the service is that the village community consisting of PKK and IRT women get additional knowledge about the use of social media. PKM participants understand the material and feel motivated by the material presented by the presenter with training to develop their business through social mediaKeywords: Social Media; Women's Welfare Abstrak: Teknologi sangat berperan penting dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan termasuk dalam mencari penghasilan. Perkembangan teknologi yang ada sudah bisa dilihat dan dirasakan di setiap bidang, seperti industri, pendidikan, pariwisata dan lainnya dengan munculnya berbagai macam aplikasi media sosial. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu minimnya pemahaman masyarakat desa mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ternyata mampu membantu berbagai macam pekerjaan serta meningkatkan penghasilan. Sehingga kami memandang perlunya pemberian sosialisasi serta pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial yang mampu meningkatkan penghasilan yang nantinya akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama kaum perempuan di desa tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pemaparan materi terlebih dahulu kemudian memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta mengenai konsep serta manfaat dari teknologi melalui media sosial. Hasil pengabdian yaitu masyarakat desa yang terdiri dari ibu PKK dan IRT mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial. Peserta PKM memahami materi dan merasa termotivasi dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dengan adanya pelatihan untuk mengembangkan usaha melalui media sosialKata kunci: pelatihan; media sosial; kesejahteraan perempuan

Abstract

Previous research has shown that women tend to have lower levels of financial literacy and participation in economic activities than men. The research aims to determine ways for women to empower themselves by improving their financial literacy. The research design, a literature study, is based on a review of articles using appropriate keywords, aiming to identify and objectively evaluate relevant research on the topic of financial literacy in women, the determinants, and applicable criteria approaches to enhancing financial literacy, using a transparent process to minimize research bias. Although this systematic literature review is not comprehensive, the research has been complex. The systematic review involves thorough literature searching, explicit criteria for the inclusion and exclusion of studies, and a reliable assessment of the quality of the cited research. The research findings indicate several appropriate methods, including understanding the basics of financial literacy, taking control of personal finances, using technology, making smart investments, and seeking professional assistance in managing and consulting on finances

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the integration and implications of technology in employee performance evaluations, emphasizing trends over the last few decades. As organizations globally adapt to rapid digital transformations, traditional performance appraisal systems are increasingly replaced with technologically advanced methods including AI, blockchain, and machine learning. This study systematically reviews literature from major scholarly databases to map the evolution of these technologies and their impact on human resource management practices. It identifies significant trends, such as the rise in digital solutions post-COVID-19 and the challenges associated with data privacy and algorithmic bias. The findings offer a comprehensive understanding of how technology reshapes employee performance evaluation, highlighting a transition from conventional methods to dynamic, real-time assessment processes. This research not only documents existing patterns but also pinpoints gaps in current studies, suggesting avenues for future exploration to enhance organizational effectiveness through technology.
