Abstract

This study, which evaluates the relationship between operational performance, supply chain management, and supply chain integration, covers several small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malang. In accordance with the main objective, it will be determined whether the supply chain management method affects operational performance and whether supply chain management affects operational performance. A total of 100 questionnaires were delivered to owners or managers of small and medium-sized agroindustry companies in Malang City. A minimum of one year of supply chain management (SCM) expertise was required for small and medium-scale food and beverage agroindustry in Malang. Analytically, multiple regression was chosen to test the tested hypothesis. There was a positive correlation between supply chain management practices and operational performance efficiency. However, a negative correlation was found between supply chain integration and operational performance, while a positive correlation was found in another study conducted in Malang City, Indonesia. According to this study, there was a relationship between supply chain management methods and operational effectiveness in food and beverage agroindustry SMEs. Studi yang mengkaji hubungan kinerja operasional dengan manajemen rantai pasok dan integrasi rantai pasok ini melibatkan banyak perusahaan kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Malang. Sesuai dengan tujuan utama penelitian ini, akan ditentukan apakah pendekatan manajemen rantai pasokan mempengaruhi kinerja operasional atau tidak, dan apakah manajemen rantai pasok mempengaruhi kinerja operasional. Sebanyak 100 kuesioner dikirimkan kepada pemilik atau pengelola perusahaan agroindustri kecil dan menengah di Kota Malang. Minimal satu tahun Keahlian dalam supply chain management (SCM) diperlukan untuk agroindustri makanan dan minuman skala kecil dan menengah di Malang. Regresi berganda dilakukan secara analitik untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis yang diuji. Sementara metode manajemen rantai pasokan dan efisiensi kinerja operasional berkorelasi positif, integrasi rantai pasokan dan kinerja operasional berkorelasi negatif dan korelasi positif ditemukan antara keduanya dalam studi yang dilakukan di Kota Malang, Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan antara pendekatan manajemen rantai pasokan dengan keberhasilan operasional pada UKM agroindustri makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the transportation of FFB raw materials (Fresh Fruit Bunches) and to analyze the effectiveness of the FFB raw material transportation system implemented by PTPN V Kebun Tandun which affects the quality of FFB. Retrieval using key informant techniques on the part of the garden transportation unit. The data analysis method uses fishbone analysis and antrain analysis using QM software for Windows V4. Fishbone analysis method was analyzed to identify the limiting factors that affect the transportation of FFB, while queuing analysis was used to determine the effectiveness of the transportation system. The data used to analyze the queuing system are primary data and secondary data, namely customer arrival time data and service time data (server). The results showed that the factors that affect the transportation of FFB are method, material and environment. Queues at the weighing unit and transportation needs affect the increase in Free Fatty Acid (ALB) levels. At low daily production, the arrival rate of trucks per day is 5 trucks/hour with a queue length of 1 truck and a queue time of 4 minutes. At peak production, the arrival rate of trucks is 12 trucks/hour, the queue length is 22 trucks and the average queue time is 115 minutes.Keywords: Server; Queue System; Fleet Requirements; Palm Oil

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the practice of implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply chain Integration (SCI) on operational performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang City. This study aims to determine the effect of SCM practices on supply chain integration, the effect of SCM on operational performance, and the effect of supply chain integration on operational performance. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to owners or managers of SMEs in Malang City which the criteria are food and beverage agro-industry SMEs located in Malang City and have carried out supply chain management (SCM) activities for at least 1 year. The analytical method used in testing the research hypothesis is using multiple regression. The results of the study found that 1) there is a positive influence of supply chain management practices on operational performance, 2) there is a negative influence of supply chain integration on operational performance, 3) supply chain management practices and supply chain integration simultaneously have a positive effect on operational performance in SMEs in the Malang City.

Abstract

Kandungan senyawa kimia minyak jelantah memiliki sifat karsinogenik, terbentuk ketika proses penggorengan. Konsumsi minyak jelantah secara kontinu bisa mengganggu kesehatan. Namun apabila minyak jelantah dibuang begitu saja dapat mencemari lingkungan. Minyak jelantah bisa bermanfaat, salah satunya diolah menjadi produk sabun. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dengan  mereduksi buangan limbah minyak jelantah ke lingkungan oleh masyarakat pesisir Desa Leppe sehingga resiko pencemaran air tanah bisa dikurangi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sistem pengolahan limbah untuk mereduksi kedua limbah ini menjadi zero waste industry. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 November 2022. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 50 orang masyarakat Desa Leppe Kec. Soropia. Pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui 3 tahapan yaitu observasi, penyuluhan & pelatihan, serta pemantauan kegiatan evaluasi. Penyuluhan mengenai dampak pembuangan minyak jelantah ke lingkungan yang dilanjutkan dengan praktek membuat sabun dari limbah minyak jelantah serta sereh berbasis teknologi ramah lingkungan. Penyuluhan diawali dengan pemberian pre-test kepada subjek. Penyuluhan diakhiri dengan post-test untuk melihat kedalaman pemahaman subjek target. Indikator pemahaman dievaluasi dari instrumen angket sebelum serta setelah penyuluhan. Trampilnya peserta terlihat dari hasil desain kemasan produk sabun. Mitra yang terlibat pada aktivitas ini yaitu masyarakat pesisir Desa Leppe. Target dari aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu 50 orang masyarakat di Desa Leppe Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe yang terdiri atas 6 RT dan 3 Dusun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil, terlihat dari kehadiran masyarakat Desa Leppe, yang mengikuti kegiatan ini berjumlah 50 orang. Sehingga memenuhi sasaran total msyarakat yakni 100% dari yang ditargetkan, yakni: Dusun I (17 orang), Dusun II (17 orang), dan Dusun III (16 orang).The chemical compounds in used cooking oil have carcinogenic properties, which are formed during the frying process. Continuous consumption of used cooking oil can interfere with health. However, if used cooking oil is thrown away, it can pollute the environment. Used cooking oil can be helpful, one of which is processed into soap products. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training by reducing the discharge of used cooking oil waste into the environment by the coastal community of Leppe Village so that the risk of groundwater pollution can be reduced. The method used is a waste treatment system to reduce these two wastes into a zero-waste industry. This activity was carried out on November 15, 2022. The target of this activity was 50 people from Leppe Village, Kec. Soropia. This community service goes through 3 stages: observation, counselling & training, and monitoring of evaluation activities. Counselling on the impact of disposal of used cooking oil into the environment, followed by making soap from waste using cooking oil and citronella based on environmentally friendly technology. Counselling begins with giving a pre-test to the subject. The counselling ended with a post-test to see the depth of understanding of the target subject. Understanding indicators were evaluated from the questionnaire instrument before and after counselling. The soap product packaging design results show the participants' skills. The partners involved in this activity are the coastal communities of Leppe Village. This community service activity targets 50 people in Leppe Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency, which consists of 6 RTs and 3 Hamlets. It can be concluded that this service activity was successful, can be seen from the presence of the Leppe Village community, who participated in this activity totalling 50 people. To meet the total community target of 100% of the target, namely: Hamlet I (17 people), Hamlet II (17 people), and Hamlet III (16 people).

Abstract

This study aimed to know whether there is a significant effect of supply chain management practices and supply chain integration on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) performance in the food and beverage agroindustry of Malang City. This research used a quantitative approach conducted in Malang City in 2021. The data were collected through a questionnaire from 100 MSMEs in the food and beverage agroindustry of Malang City. The hypothesis in this research was tested using the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The study was able to prove the existence of a significant effect of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain integration on the performance of MSMEs agroindustry. MSMEs should continue to improve and implement Supply Chain Management practices because these factors are proven to affect operational performance.

Abstract

Studi ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan visualisasi VOSviewer untuk mengeksplorasi kelompok tematik, tren penelitian, kolaborasi penulis, dan topik penelitian potensial di masa depan dalam bidang digitalisasi dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Temuan awal menunjukkan klaster tematik yang kuat yang berpusat di sekitar strategi digitalisasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan inovasi bisnis. Analisis temporal mengungkapkan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari strategi bisnis umum ke dampak spesifik dari peristiwa global seperti pandemi COVID-19, menyoroti daya tanggap bidang ini terhadap tantangan eksternal. Selain itu, analisis jaringan kolaborasi penulis mengungkap kelompok kolaborasi yang padat dan upaya penelitian yang terisolasi, yang menunjukkan area untuk meningkatkan sinergi penelitian. Terakhir, identifikasi topik penelitian yang kurang dieksplorasi dalam visualisasi menunjukkan jalan penelitian yang menjanjikan di masa depan, termasuk integrasi digitalisasi dalam pendidikan dan akuntansi, dan eksplorasi CSR dalam strategi pemasaran. Analisis komprehensif ini tidak hanya memetakan lanskap saat ini, tetapi juga memandu upaya ilmiah di masa depan dalam bidang-bidang penting ini.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Green Branding, Relational Marketing, and Product Innovation on Perceived Customer Value in the context of the West Java tourism industry. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to analyze data collected from tourists visiting various destinations in West Java. The results indicate that Green Branding, Relational Marketing, and Product Innovation significantly influence tourists' perceptions of value. Specifically, Green Branding initiatives emphasizing environmental sustainability, relational strategies enhancing customer interactions, and innovative tourism products contribute positively to tourists' perceived value. These findings underscore the strategic importance of sustainability practices, customer relationship management, and continuous innovation in enhancing overall tourist satisfaction and loyalty in West Java. Practical implications for tourism stakeholders and directions for future research are discussed.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the integration and implications of technology in employee performance evaluations, emphasizing trends over the last few decades. As organizations globally adapt to rapid digital transformations, traditional performance appraisal systems are increasingly replaced with technologically advanced methods including AI, blockchain, and machine learning. This study systematically reviews literature from major scholarly databases to map the evolution of these technologies and their impact on human resource management practices. It identifies significant trends, such as the rise in digital solutions post-COVID-19 and the challenges associated with data privacy and algorithmic bias. The findings offer a comprehensive understanding of how technology reshapes employee performance evaluation, highlighting a transition from conventional methods to dynamic, real-time assessment processes. This research not only documents existing patterns but also pinpoints gaps in current studies, suggesting avenues for future exploration to enhance organizational effectiveness through technology.
