Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Takalar District Court. The method of determining the sample in this study used a saturated sample where the respondents were 44 people and used the technique of non-probability sampling which does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element. Data analysis techniques using Smart Software PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study obtained that transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance through job satisfaction and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
