Abstract

This research attempts to knowing how much the influence of entrepreneurship behavior towards the success of business and knowing the succes business of entrepreneurship bawang goreng enterpreise at Dringu Subdistrict Probolinggo. The research utilizes descriptive quantitativeresearch. To add more, the method used in this research is explanatory survey. Independent variable (X) is the entrepreneurship behavior, whereas dependent variables (Y) is success of business. The research samples are 30 respondents who are bawang goreng entrepreneurs in Dringi Subdistrict Probolinggo. For the technique analysis, it is used simple linier regression analysis. The result of research shows that the influence of entrepreneurship behavior towards the success of business is 33%. Form the result, it can be concluded that bawang goreng entrepreneurs in Dringu Subdistrict Probolinggo should optimize entrepreneurship behavior to increase the success of their businesses. It is due to the fact that entrepreneur behavior has a positive influence towards thr success of business.

Abstract

Judging from the business competition in the snack food sector in Gresik, there are a lot of snack businesses that are open, causing intense competition. In addition, there are consumer tastes that are constantly changing and want healthy snacks with good quality and affordable prices so that UD. Nur Rohmah is required to provide something different from other snacks so that consumers can be loyal. The research was conducted with the aim of describing the strategies that have been implemented, to analyze the internal and external environment and to develop alternative business development strategies. The research was conducted at UD. Nur Rohmah Replaces Gresik. Data were collected through observation, document analysis, and interviews using the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis method was carried out using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). The results showed that by implementing a market development strategy using SWOT UD. Nur Rohmah has more customers and can open new branches to expand its market share in accordance with his vision. Abstract

The purpose of this research first to identify and analyze variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, to identify and analyze variables influence creativity partially towards entrepreneurship. Third, to identify and analyze the partial effect of the innovation variables on entrepreneurship. Fourth, to identify and analyze the dominant influence between creativity and innovation of entrepreneurship.. Design/methodology/approach : This type of research is exploratory. Types of data used are data collected by primary and save a list of questions. Findings : The results are as follows: first, variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, creativity variables partially influence on entrepreneurship. Third, innovation variables partially influence on entrepreneurship. Fourth, innovation variables have the most impact on entrepreneurship. Research limitations/implications : Location of the research done on small welding shop in the district of Sidoarjo. Practical implications : The essence of entrepreneurship is the ability to create something new and different through creative thinking and innovative action to create opportunities. Originality/value : The role of SMEs can be said to be very important in the national economy. The role is mainly in the aspects such as increased employment opportunities, equity, income, rural economic development, and increase non-oil exports. Entrepreneurship is the ability to be creative and innovative basic, tips, and resources to look for opportunities to success.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Fenomena Yang Terjadi Pada Pengusaha Bebek Dan Telur Asin Adalah Pemberdayaan Pengusaha Bebek Dan Telur Asin Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing, Kemandirian Usaha Dan Organisasinya Yang Pada Akhirnya Akan Berdampak Pada Kesejahteraan Pengusaha. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Dan Mengorganisasi Masyarakat. Kelompok Peternak Itik “Sumber Pangan”. Metode Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif Dengan Cara Interview Langsung Degan Informan. Hasil Penelitian Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Kepercayaan Para Peternak Bebek Terhadap Kelompok Peternak Sudah Mulai Terbangun Kembali, Sehingga Peternak Bebek Kembali Mempercayakan Hasil Ternaknya Kepada Kelompok Bukan Kepada Tengkulak. Kemudian Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Pemberdayaan Yang Dilakukan Di Kampung Bebek Dan Telur Asin Bersifat Continue. Aspek Hulu Hilir Terkait Peningkatan Kapasitas Dan Proses Pemberdayaan Peternak Bebek Akan Bermuara Pada Peningkatan Daya Saing Dan Siap Sebagai Masyarakat Yang Mandiri.

Abstract

In an educational institution, educational culture is important in shaping individual character inaccordance with their respective roles and functions in order to achieve the goals of educationalinstitutions, This study aims to analyze the influence of educational culture consisting of discipline,norms and beliefs on learning effectiveness. Data collection was carried out through thedistribution of questionnaires to 52 students at Smart Education Beji Pasuruan as respondents,Testing in this study was assisted by a data analysis test tool, namely SPSS version 16. Based on theresults of the study, it is known that the variables of discipline (X1), norms (X2) and trust (X3)simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the learning process, partial testingof all dependent variables has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the learningprocess. so that it can be concluded that the culture of education both partially and simultaneouslyaffects the effectiveness of the learning process and more specifically in this study the disciplinevariable has the most dominant effect on the effectiveness of the learning process in SmartEducation educational institutions.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat baik barang maupun jasa yang dilakukan oleh instansi pemerintahan. Namun Pelayanan publik sering menerima keluhan dalam menangani masyarakat dan sering terjadi kelalaian maupun kesalahan dari beberapa pihak Sehingga banyak hal mempengaruhi masyarakat tidak taat dalam menggunakan fasilitas maupun pelayanan pemerintah dan juga seringkali acuh terhadap fasilitas yang ada. Penelitian lini bertujuan menguji pengaruh penggunaanl program E-PAKLADI, pelatihan operator dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik. Penelitianl lini merupakanl penelitian kuantitatif. Objek lpenelitian ini adalah penerima manfaat program E-PAKLADI di Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Populasi dalam penelitian lini ljumlahnya ltidak diketahui, sehingga digunakan lteknik lsampling rondom. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa E-PAKLADI, pelatihan operator dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa E- PAKLADI membuat pelayann publik menjadi efektif dan efisien, pelatihan operator yang baik akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan komunikasi yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik. Public services are activities to fulfill community service needs, both goods and services, carried out by government agencies. However, public services often receive complaints in dealing with the public and negligence or mistakes often occur from several parties, so that many things influence the public to be disobedient in using government facilities and services and are also often indifferent to existing facilities. The line research aims to examine the effect of using the E-PAKLADI program, operator training and communication on public service performance. Line research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the beneficiaries of the E-PAKLADI program in Kauman Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this line of research is unknown, so a random sampling technique is used. The test results show that E-PAKLADI, operator training and communication have a positive effect on public service performance. Researchers concluded that E-PAKLADI makes public services effective and efficient, good operator training will improve the quality of public services and good communication will improve public service performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green marketing, etika bisnis, dan kepedulian sosial terhadap nilai tambah produk pada UMKM ramah lingkungan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk yang berorientasi lingkungan serta pentingnya tanggung jawab sosial dalam pengembangan usaha kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM ramah lingkungan di wilayah Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing, etika bisnis, dan kepedulian sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tambah produk. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan strategi bisnis berkelanjutan tidak hanya memperkuat citra usaha tetapi juga meningkatkan nilai produk di mata konsumen. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dan sosial ke dalam strategi pemasaran mereka guna menciptakan keunggulan bersaing jangka panjang.
