Abstract

The goal of this research is to estimate the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on firm performance in Indonesia on a sectoral level. According to BPS data (2020), Indonesia's GDP fell in Q2 and Q3 2020, even falling to a negative level. The drop in GDP, on the other hand, was not homogenous across all sectors. In Q2 and Q3 2020, there are sectors with positive GDP and sectors with negative GDP. This research looks at three sectors with positive GDP and three with negative GDP. This research uses secondary data, namely financial report data published by each of the firms. STATA software was used to process research data using panel data regression. This research provides results that the Covid-19 outbreak had a positive impact on firm performance in sectors with positive GDP growth during the outbreak and a negative impact on firm performance in sectors with negative GDP growth during the outbreak. As sectorally, the Covid-19 outbreak had a positive impact on firm performance in the health sector. The Covid-19 outbreak had a negative impact on firm performance in several sectors, these are the transportation and logistic sector, car and motorcycle trading sector, and the construction sector.

Abstract

Abstract : Geometry is one of the most important topics in mathematic. A teacher may know students’ geometric thought so the students can learan effectively. This paper describes how student learn to reason in geometry referring to Van Hiele theory. The best know part of the theory are the five levels which the van Hieles postulated. The levels are visualization, analysis, abstraction, deduction and rigor. The study shows that the student are in alanysis level generally. Abstract

Self-efficacy of students plays a role in determining student success in learning, including learning mathematics. Affective aspects such as self-efficacy, play a major role when students work and use mathematics, because to be able to solve mathematical problems is not enough just to know how to do it, but must be accompanied by self-efficacy about the truth of the concepts and procedures they have. This research was conducted in two groups of students using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure students' self-efficacy. Observation data collection techniques were also conducted to determine the learning process of the two groups. The results showed that groups of students who used active and cooperative learning had higher self-efficacy. Keywords: self-efficacy, mathematics, cooperative learning.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze learning using Information Technology-based media at SDN Jambusari 02 and SDN Jambusari 03, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Collecting data using interviews, observations and documents. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. Then the data validity technique uses source triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that learning with ICT-based learning media at SDN Jambusari 02 and SDN Jambusari 03 is carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, the preparation of lesson plans is carried out that accommodates the use of ICT-based learning media to support the learning methods used and to deliver the material to be given to achieve learning objectives. Then at the implementation stage the teachers use ICT-based learning media in the initial activities, core activities and closing activities. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, teachers use ICT tools to assess students' learning abilities by utilizing learning outcomes videos and digital portfolios by utilizing social networks such as What's Up. Keywords evaluation, learning media, planning, implementation, ict Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pembelajaran dengan media berbasis Teknologi Informasi di SDN Jambusari 02 dan SDN Jambusari 03, Kecamatan Jeruklegi, Kabupaten Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Analisa data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Kemudian teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran dengan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di SDN Jambusari 02 dan SDN Jambusari 03 dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan dilakukan penyusunan RPP yang mengakomodir penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK untuk mendukung metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dan untuk menyampaikan materi yang akan diberikan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Kemudian pada tahap pelaksanaan para guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK pada kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Sedangkan pada tahap evaluasi guru memanfaatkan peralatan TIK untuk menilai kemampuan belajar siswa dengan memanfaatkan video hasil pembelajaran dan portofolio digital dengan memanfaatkan jejaring sosial seperti What’s Up. Abstract

This study is a qualitative research aimed at: (1) describing and analyzing student character development plans in online learning at SD Negeri 2 Rawalo, Rawalo District, Banyumas Regency; (2) Describe and analyze the implementation of student character development in online learning at SD Negeri 2 Rawalo, Rawalo District, Banyumas Regency; (3) Describe and analyze the assessment of student character development in online learning at SD Negeri 2 Rawalo, Rawalo District, Banyumas Regency. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that: First, the activities of student character development plans through online learning. In this planning activity, the teacher determines the learning theme that has the spirit of character values ​​and then prepares lesson plans as a guide for developing student character through various methods and media. Second, the activity of carrying out student character development through online learning. In this activity the teacher carries out online learning activities to shape the character of students with the google meet method and methods such as habituation, example, discussion, storytelling, assignment or recitation, and simulation. Third, assessment activities. In this activity the teacher assesses the character assignments given by him to the child. In this activity, parents record the completion of character tasks by the child and then the results are sent to the teacher via What's Up. Then the teacher assesses the character development of students through the video. Keywords character, online, learning, development, students. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang ditujukan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis rencana pengembangan karakter siswa dalam pembelajaran online di SD Negeri 2 Rawalo Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas; (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pengembangan karakter siswa dalam pembelajaran online di SD Negeri 2 Rawalo Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas; (3) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penilaian pengembangan karakter siswa dalam pembelajaran online di SD Negeri 2 Rawalo Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, kegiatan rencana pengembangan karakter siswa melalui pembelajaran online. Pada kegiatan perencanaan ini guru menentukan tema pembelajaran yang memiliki spirit nilai karakter kemudian menyusun RPP sebagai pedoman untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui berbagai metode dan media. Kedua, kegiatan melaksanakan pengembangan karakter siswa melalui pembelajaran online. Pada kegiatan ini guru melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran online untuk membentuk karakter siswa dengan medoa google meet dan metode-metode seperti pembiasaan, keteladanan, diskusi, bercerita, pemberian tugas atau resitasi, dan simulasi. Ketiga, kegiatan penilaian. Pada kegiatan ini guru menilai tugas-tugas karakter yang diberikan olehnya untuk anak. Pada kegiatan ini orangtua merekam penyelesaian tugas-tugas karakter oleh anak kemudian hasilnya dikirim ke guru via What’s Up. Abstract

Desain bahan ajar dan proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam idealnya tidak hanya bersifat normative, melainkan juga harus dikombinasikan atau diperkaya dengan pendekatan ilmiah/saintifik. Pemahaman terhadap konsep agama secara menyeluruh dan terintegrasi akan menyebabkan siswa memiliki pandangan yang lengkap terhadap agama dan sains. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang terintegrasi dengan matematika dan sains untuk siswa SMP. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu mendefinisikan, merancang, mengembangkan dan menyebarkan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui penilaian ahli dan respon siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan valid dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which workload and work-life balance influence employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kamuning. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational design aimed at explaining the relationships between variables and predicting outcomes. The sample consisted of 57 respondents, with data collected through questionnaires. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate a significant influence of Workload (X1) and Work-Life Balance (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), accounting for 21.6% of the variance. The overall conclusion and implications of the study highlight the importance of organizational commitment in addressing work-family conflict and turnover intention. The findings also show that organizational commitment serves as a mediator in the relationship between turnover intention and work-family conflict, where the majority of employees are affected by these factors, although a small portion are influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. Furthermore, workload was found to have a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicating that employees perceive their workload as manageable, aligned with their capabilities, and supported by sufficient time to complete tasks. Likewise, work-life balance also significantly and positively affects performance, suggesting that maintaining balance between work and personal life enhances employee productivity and effectiveness.

Abstract

Perbaikan kualitas kesehatan menjadi bagian dari strategi pembangunan nasional dalam mencapai kemampuan guna menjalani hidup sehat terutama di kalangan masyarakat. Melalui pengembangan mutu kesehatan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan individu dalam mencapai Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) mulai dari lingkungan keluarga hingga masyarakat sekitar. Perlu adanya upaya dalam mendidik anak sejak usia dini sehingga tertanam perilaku sehat dan bersih mulai dari sekolah dasar. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini yakni meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa SD Negeri Lembeng terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan kegiatan yang meliputi sosialisasi PHBS, pemutaran video, serta diskusi dan tanya jawab pada anak-anak. Adapun untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk peserta. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa-siswi SD Negeri Lembeng berjumlah 54 orang. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta terkait PHBS yang di mana terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 57,14%. Harapannya kegiatan sosialisasi PHBS ini juga dapat diterapkan di daerah-daerah lain sebagai langkah untuk membentuk pola hidup bersih dan sehat di lingkungan sekolah dasar.
