Abstract

HIV / AIDS is increasing year by year the incidence of transmission and death. In Indonesia, it is a health problem that must be handled intensively. The high mortality rate of people living with HIV/AIDS is due to non-optimal management of patients. Various factors influence the increase in morbidity and mortality of HIV/AIDS. Care, support and treatment (PDP) services are integrated and continuous services to provide support to PLWHA in managerial, medical, psychological and social aspects to reduce problems encountered during care and treatment. The cumulative number of PLWHA found in Banyumas Regency in 2006 - August 2021 was 3,958 cases, who met the requirements for ARV therapy as many as 2,447 cases and 2,521 cases who had access to ARV. Of the 2,521 people living with HIV who accessed ARVs, only 773 cases were currently on ARVs, 453 cases died, 6 cases stopped ARVs, 1178 lost follow-up (LFU) cases and 423 cases were referred out. This study is a qualitative research that aims to explore the implementation of PDP services in primary services in Banyumas Regency. The method of data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews. There were 7 informants in this study, namely 4 counselors as primary informants and secondary informants, 2 coordinator midwives and 1 PLWHA. Data analysis in this qualitative research uses thematic content analysis. The results showed that the implementation of PDP services in primary services in Banyumas district was quite good, indicated by the availability of adequate supporting infrastructure. Health workers who work in PDP services have a counselor training certificate. Constraints that are not yet able to assist clients.

Abstract

Quarter life crisis adalah kondisi pada dewasa awal yang mengalami krisis seperti perasaan tidak berdaya, merasa ragu atas kemampuan diri, takut, dan cemas tentang adanya kegagalan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap quarter life crisis pada emerging adulthood di Purwokerto. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap 348 emerging adulthood dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Adapun hasil realiabilitas pada skala self efficacy sebesar α = 0,854. Pada skala dukungan sosial keluarga sebesar α = 0,858. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa variabel self efficacy dan dukungan sosial keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap quarter life crisis dengan nilai R sebesar 0,716. Hasil penelitian dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 71,8% pada self fficacy dan dukungan sosial keluarga yang mempengaruhi quarter life crisis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa meningkatkan self efficacy dan memperkuat dukungan sosial keluarga dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk mengurangi risiko quarter life crisis pada emerging adulthood di Purwokerto. A quarter-life crisis is a condition in early adulthood characterized by helplessness, self-doubt, fear, and anxiety about potential future failures. This study aims to examine the impact of self-efficacy and family social support on quarter-life crisis among emerging adults in Purwokerto. The sample consisted of 348 emerging adults, selected using a non-probability sampling technique. The reliability of the self-efficacy scale was = 0.854, and the family social support scale was = 0.858. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. With a significance level of 0.000 0.05, the results indicate that self-efficacy and family social support significantly affect quarter-life crisis, with an R-value of 0.716. The study found that self-efficacy and family social support contribute 71.8% to the variance in quarter-life crises. The conclusion is that enhancing self-efficacy and strengthening family social support can effectively reduce the risk of a quarter-life crisis among emerging adults in Purwokerto.
