Abstract

The research aims to find out: 1) the influence of leadership on job satisfaction; the influence of leadership on performance; 3) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction; 4) the effect of compensation on performance; 5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance; 6) indirect effect of leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction; and 7) indirect effect of compensation on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction. The study was conducted on employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, with a population of 500 employees. The sample in this study was set at 200 using accidental sampling. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a CR of 3.942 and p of 0.000 (p <0.05). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 2.327 and p of 0.020 (p <0.05). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with CR of 2.432 and p of 0.015 (p <0.05). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 2.876 and p of 0.004 (p <0.05). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 3.800 and p of 0.000 (p <0.05). Leadership has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction, with Sobel's Z of 2.732911 and p of 0.006277732 (p <0.05). Compensation has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction, with Sobel's Z of 2.040175 and p of 0.041332877 (p <0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation, and work environment on the work stress of employees. The research was conducted from February to August 2022. This research is a quantitative study with a total of 70 respondents and the sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that partially the workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, compensation has a negative and significant effect on work stress, , the work environment has a negative and significant effect on work stress. Workload, compensation, work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress. Workload, compensation, and work environment simultaneously affect work stress by 20.6%, while the remaining 79.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction, and work environment on performance.This research was conducted in December 2022- December 2023 in the construction division of PT Telkom Access Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research with a total of 60 employees as respondents and the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results of this research show that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.379 and sig 0.003 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.250 and sig 0.020 <0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.126 and sig 0.016 <0.05. Simultaneous test results (F test) show that work discipline, job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on performance, as evidenced by the F value of 13.395 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. The influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work environment is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.387, the remaining 0.613 is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT. BPR Bank Bantul. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan responden 80 karyawan. Metode sampling yang digukan yaitu sampel jenuh. Uji instrumen yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji realibiltas. Teknis analasisi data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinan (R2). Teknis analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for windows. Temuan: Hasil penelitian secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien regresi -0,158 dan sig 0,035 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,312 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05.  Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,697 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05.
