Abstract

Rural tourism is developing due to its unique attractions. One of attractions that can be found in rural tourism is local food. Local food are presented by meals and/or snacks. This paper aims to describe the motivations of rural tourism actors, its obstacles and prospects on how to offer local food in tourism villages. A qualitative approach is employed in this research. The data for this paper were collected from in-depth interview and field notes. There are various motivations why rural tourism actors presenting local food, such as environmentally-friendly, economy, diversification, shows the own products to the tourists, offers local food as an attraction to the tourists in order to show the local wisdom, cultural restoration, uniqueness, offers rural nuance, introducing cultural and rural lifestyle, and empowering surrounding areas. The obstacles on presenting local food in tourism villages: the availability of original ingredients of local food products, availability of the cookers, professionallism on preparing local food, willingness of the skillfull inhabitants to teach others how to produce local food, tourists appetizing, and tourism awareness. Finally, local food still have prospects to be developed in tourism villages with supported on the effort to solve jealousy, the spirit when they sell local food as their tourism village products, environmentally friendly practices, innovation, collaboration with other agencies, and cultural philosophy

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed human lifestyles where information is more easily accessed and disseminated via the internet, as are many benefits that we can feel with the internet but it also has a negative impact with the amount of information that can cause us to misunderstand information or differences information between one party and another party. Knowledge Management helps us manage knowledge so that existing knowledge can be disclosed, stored and distributed to those in need. Knowledge is divided into 2: knowledge that is difficult to express or express (tacit) and knowledge that can be expressed or expressed (explicit) and often important knowledge takes the form of tacit as it relates to feelings, art, physical abilities. So we need a method that can convert between knowledge, the SECI Model is Socialization changing tacit knowledge into tacit, Externalization changing tacit knowledge to explicit, Combination changing explicit knowledge to explicit, and Internalization changing explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge.

Abstract

Metode untuk mengatasi nyeri persalinan telah berkembang sejak tahun 1847. Epidural Labor Analgesia (ELA) tetap menjadi intervensi utama untuk mengatasi nyeri persalinan. ELA dapat dikonversi menjadi anestesi epidural untuk seksio sesarea bila diperlukan. Seorang wanita berusia 37 tahun hamil 32 minggu datang ke ruang gawat darurat dengan sesak napas. Selanjutnya diketahui pasien memiliki Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) bidireksional dengan Pulmonary Hypertension (PH). Riwayat 2 kali persalinan sebelumnya tidak ada masalah. Pasien ini direncanakan partus pervaginam dengan ELA segera setelah pematangan paru janin. Kombinasi anestesi lokal konsentrasi rendah dan opioid diberikan sebagai dosis awal, dilanjutkan dosis intermiten setiap 3-6 jam. Setelah 22 jam, dilakukan crash seksio sesarea karena gawat janin. ELA dikonversi menjadi anestesi epidural untuk operasinya. Dosis anestesi lokal yang lebih tinggi diberikan saat persiapan operasi dilakukan. Vasopresor diberikan dalam dosis titrasi untuk menjaga agar resistensi vaskular sistemik tetap tinggi. Pasien stabil baik selama ELA maupun operasi. Skor Apgar bayi adalah 5/7. Setelah 48 jam di ICU, pasien dipindahkan ke HCU. ELA dapat dikonversi menjadi anestesi epidural untuk seksio sesaria emergensi. Konsentrasi anestesi lokal yang diberikan untuk operasi sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding untuk analgesia persalinan. Tujuannya bukan hanya untuk memberikan analgesia yang memadai tetapi juga untuk menjaga kestabilan hemodinamik pasien dengan PDA dan PH.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pembelajaran tatap muka dan blended learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mareri algoritma dan pemrograman siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Jawai ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 70 siswa dan sampel penelitian sejumlah 70 siswa dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak  terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran blended learning dengan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Jawai pada materi Algoritma dan Pemrograman.
