Abstract

PT Nitto Alam Indonesia is a Manufacturing company engaged in screw manufacturing services. The company has a total of 134,252 rows sales and production data, but the data has never been analyzed so that the information is still not fully explored. This research proposes to make a visualization in the form of a dashboard containing sales and production data at PT Nitto Alam Indonesia in 2014 – 2018. It will be shown by using visual data mining (VDM) method with Tableau Software tools. The purpose of this study was to assist PT Nitto Alam Indonesia in analyzing sales and production data to find information that had never been explored before. The results of this study are that the patterns of sales and production can be known for the last 5 years. The sales pattern is included in the type of cycle with the highest sales peak located in the fourth quarter in 2017 at 6.552%. In addition, the performance of sales and production from 2014 to 2018 increased consistently. This research has been validated by applying User Acceptance Tests at PT Nitto Alam Indonesia.

Abstract

Import is one of the trade process conducted between two countries, the import process is done by a country to meet the needs of the country that is not meet by the ability of the country. Indonesia also imports many items such as fuel or rice. Therefore, to reduce the level of imports, we need to know which sector has the most import rate and whether the level of imports in that sector is increasing or not, so Indonesia can save the country's foreign exchange reserves.Import data Indonesia displayed in the form of visualization of data created using the method of Visual Data Mining (VDM) and using Power BI as a tools. Indonesian Import Prediction is done to know the growth of Indonesia import rate by using Linear Regression method and using SPSS tools.In a study of the growth of import levels in Indonesia, Indonesia has an import rate that increased between 8-20%, but in some periods experienced an increase and decrease caused by other factors such as consumption expenditure, currency exchange rates and state revenues.

Abstract

PT. XYZ (Persero) is one of the state-owned companies that move in insurance & guarantee, capital market & investment. PT. XYZ (Persero) conducts an assessment of information technology governance with the aim of meeting the implementation of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) which are listed through KBUMN (Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises) regulations PER-02/MBU/2013 & PER-03/MBU/02 /2018. The regulation PER-02/MBU/2013 has been stipulated on page 6 section 3.2. The target is that “The maturity level target in the next 5 years is a minimum maturity level of 3 in accordance with the specified maturity level”.PT. XYZ will conduct a COBIT 5 assessment again based on the results of the assessment that has been carried out by the previous assessor. COBIT 5 assessment will be carried out with a target of level 4 so that it is expected to get a maturity value above 3 and can meet the request of KBUMN (Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises).The assessment is doing by identifying company objectives, mapping Enterprise Goals, mapping IT Related Goals, mapping and determining process domains, analysis the previous assessor's COBIT 5 capability level measurement, measuring the process capability level of EDM01, EDM02 and EDM04, results and gap analysis as well as improvement recommendations.Based on the assessment that has been carried out on the EDM01, EDM02 & EDM04 process, the final result is obtained with a final value of 97.08% so that it gets a Capability Level of 3,88 and it has a gap of 0,12 from the expected target.

Abstract

The Health Center (Puskesmas) is a technical implementation unit of the District/City Health Office responsible for implementing health development in a specific working area. Puskesmas Kelapa Dua is the first health center in Kelapa Dua Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The registration process at Puskesmas Kelapa Dua has been done manually, where patients or participants have to come and wait for a long time just to register and get a queue number for treatment. Therefore, the Patient Information and Registration System was developed for Puskesmas Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This activity aligns with the planned objectives and benefits, which are to assist Puskesmas Kelapa Dua in providing information to the community and facilitating patient registration for treatment in an easier, more practical, time-saving, real-time manner, without wasting much time, cost, and effort. This is achieved through a mobile phone-accessible application. The results were obtained from testing, including functional testing where all system functions worked well, environment testing conducted on various browsers with no issues, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where user satisfaction was evaluated, and the system successfully met user expectations

Abstract

Within the KOREM 052/Wijayakrama Kodam Jaya environment, proficient information management and data processing have emerged as important determinants of success. In the contemporary military and civil service, mastery in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting information is indispensable for frontline service members and administrative civil servants. Therefore, this training activity is very relevant and essential in preparing them. Report and Data Processing (INFOLAHTA) addresses this need by equipping participants with the transformative potential of Microsoft Excel, positioned at the intersection of technological advancement and strategic skills. This training, led by Multimedia Nusantara University, facilitates training for soldiers and civil servants in Microsoft Excel to process data and information. The results obtained from the participants, combined with the trainers' expertise and support from KOREM 052/Wijayakrama Kodam Jaya, underscore the transformational impact of INFOLAHTA. Empowered Soldiers and Civil Servants emerge proficient at Excel, ready to perform their roles skillfully and confidently. This Community Outreach activity shows the importance of INFOLAHTA in improving professional competence and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The ongoing impact of this effort is expected to enrich the insights and capabilities of Soldiers and Civil Servants.
