Abstract

Banten Province has a city, namely Tangerang, to be precise in the northern part of Banten City. There are many tourist attractions that we can visit in the city of Tangerang, such as natural scenery, historical places, natural scenery, photo spots and culinary tours. With various tourist attractions in the city of Tangerang, it attracts tourists who want to travel to these places. With so many interested tourists visiting the city of Tangerang, the existing hotel is one of the destinations for tourists who are visited for a place to stay and rest. This has had an impact on the increasing number of hotels in the area, which has led to an increasing variety of choices for tourists. To make it easier for tourists to choose a hotel according to their needs, a decision support system is needed in choosing a hotel to use for a place to stay and rest. Tourists can choose hotels according to their desired needs by using a decision support system with various criteria. The decision support system applies the initial criteria weighting by using the AHP method and hotel alternative ranking using the TOPSIS method. The system has been tested and implemented by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using the USE Questionnaire and applying the Sala Likert Method to perform the questionnaire calculations, and the final result obtained in the calculation of the questionnaire is 84.51%.

Abstract

Clustering adalah salah satu teknik Data Mining. Clustering bekerja dengan cara menggabungkan sejumlah data atau objek kedalam satu klaster, dengan tujuan setiap data dalam satu klaster tersebut akan mempunyai data yang semirip mungkin dan berbeda dengan data atai objek yang berada pada kelompok lain. K-Means Clustering memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan komputasi yang relatif cepat dan efisien dalam mengabungkan data dalam jumlah yang cukup besar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan metode K-mean clustering yang diterapkan pada data mining pada Online Reviews pada data TripAdvisor. Implementasi proses K-Means Clustring menggunakan Weka, Atribut yang digunakan adalah galeri seni, klub dansa, bar jus, restoran, museum, resor, taman atau tempat piknik, pantai, teater, dan lembaga keagamaan. Menghasilkan jumlah cluster 4 (k=4) dengan cluster pertama sebanyak 178 (18%) reviews traveler, cluster kedua 243 (25%) reviews traveler, cluster ketiga 228 (23%) reviews traveler, cluster keempat 331(34%) reviews traveler.

Abstract

The search system is a feature that is indispensable for an application or website. By comparing two algorithms that are often used, namely Binary Search and Regular Search Expression (REGEX) algorithms in a simple search system is a problem that will be discussed in this journal. Analysis of the two algorithms is carried out to solve problems in the search system so that the search algorithm can be applied more precisely and effectively. The results prove that the Binary Search has the advantage of searching large amounts of data in an ordered state and has a more effective iteration. While the Regular Expression Search has the advantage of performing searches that are not completely known about the results and keys, besides that this algorithm also allows you to search based on certain patterns in the data.

Abstract

Technological advances at this time are very influential on people's shopping culture, plus during the current pandemic, it has resulted in an increasing number of people shopping for daily necessities online. There are many conveniences offered in online shopping that make people switch to using these facilities. Besides the advantages of online shopping, there are also some disadvantages of online shopping, including the rise of online sales fraud such as goods not being shipped, damaged goods, items not as ordered, and much more. For this reason, in conducting online transactions, trust is needed between the seller and the buyer, and one of the factors that greatly affect the prospective buyer is to know the history of the seller, namely by looking at the reviews given by the buyer on the seller's homepage which is called Online Customers Reviews (OCR). OCR is considered to be very influential on customer buying interest. One of the indicators that are considered very important in influencing consumer buying interest and trust is OCR. This study aims to analyze OCR clustering in one of the marketplaces in Indonesia using the K-Means Clustering Method. K-Means is a clustering algorithm that is quite effective because it has the ability to group large amounts of data and with high speed, the K-Means algorithm partitions data into clusters so that they have the similarity of being in one cluster.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan membatik adalah salah satu wujud gerakan kembali mencintai batik yang merupakan seni tradisional asli Indonesia dan perlu untuk dilestarikan agar tidak punah. Dalam perkembangan potensi ketrampilan khusus tentunya seni kerajinan diharapkan juga megikuti kreatifitas yang tujuannya hasil karya pelatihan tidak berkesan hanya karya kreatifitas biasa atau stagnan saja, tetapi perlu melakukan pengembangan ide-ide yang fress, inovatif dan trend yang karya pelatihan bisa menjadi karya fungsional. Dalam pelatohan membati ini harapannya dapat menghasilkan karya produk unggulan sampai purna jual yang digandrungi. Pelatihan membatik ini bertujuan untuk menambah keterampilan anggota Dharma Wanita, dan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan batik menjadi ikon produk kerajinan didaerah kita. Selain itu, melalui pelatihan ini nantinya juga dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi kalangan perempuan dan diharapkan dapat menularkan ilmu yang didapat oleh anggota DWP LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan Membatik dan Tie Dye ini, anggota DWP punya jiwa wirausaha dan wiraswasta membuat Membatik dan Tie Dye . Ini juga menjadi bagian kita untuk melestarikan produk batik dan pengembangannya seperti Tie Dye beserta tekniknya. Tidak masalah jika seseorang tidak memiliki latar belakang kerajianan membatik, namun tetap mampu mengikuti dan membuat Membatik dan Tie Dye yang baik dan indah. Abstract

Technological developments make social media widely used by the general public, which causes negative impacts, one of which is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is an act of insulting, humiliating another person on social media. A system that can detect cyberbullying because of the large amount of information circulating on social media is impossible for humans to visit. One suitable method to solve this problem is Extereme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost). XGBoost was chosen because it can run 10 times faster than other Gradient Boosting methods. The process of changing sentences into vectors uses the TF-IDF method. The TF/IDF method is known as a simple but relevant algorithm in doing words on a document. XGBoost accepts input in the form of vectors obtained from the TF-IDF process. In this research, there are 1452 comments which will be broken down into training data and testing data. By using XGBoost and TF-IDF methods, the accuracy is 75.20%, precision is 71%, recall is 87%, and F1-score is 78%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada saat mencari GCD sangatlah beragam, untuk itu perlu diteliti metode mana yang efisiensinya paling tinggi untuk setiap masalah yang ada saat mencarinya. Efisiensi yang kita cari dilihat dari faktor pemakaian memori dan waktu dalam menjalankan algoritma tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakam tiga metode tersebut dalam mencari Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) yaitu Euclidean Algorithms, Consecutive Integer Checking (CIC) dan Middle School Procedure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Consecutive Integer Checking menggunakan waktu yang paling sedikit dibandingkan dua metode lainnya, tetapi metode ini menggunakan memori yang sangat banyak daripada metode lain sehingga metode ini tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai metode yang paling efisien. Metode Euclidean Algorithms adalah metode yang paling efektif karena tidak memerlukan waktu yang banyak dan memori yang digunakan juga sedikit.

Abstract

Adanya kesalahan dalam pemilihan metode dapat mengakibatkan tidak cepatnya suatu proses untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Penyelesaian suatu masalah dalam fibonacci dapat diselesaikan dengan 2 metode, yaitu: dengan menggunakan iterasi maupun rekursif. Analisis perbandingan kecepatan antara iterasi dan rekursif akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan menguji kedua metode tersebut dari nilai yang kecil ke nilai yang besar. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah penggunaan rekursif lebih baik untuk dilakukan pada penghitungan fibonacci yang berukuran kecil. Sedangkan penggunaan iterasi cenderung stabil, tidak banyak perbedaan pada penghitungan fibonacci yang bernilai kecil maupun besar.

Abstract

PT Putra Chandra Sentosa is a company engaged in food and packaging machinery. In the business process that runs in the customer service division, the process of recording service submissions by customer service is carried out using word processing software which has the potential for data accumulation and the search for information on service submissions to be slower. Customer service has difficulty dividing technicians' duties due to service status updates that are not real-time, and they have to wait for technicians to submit a letter of assignment after the visit. In addition to using conventional data processing, customers who complain about service results or technician attitudes make management feel they need feedback reports regarding customer satisfaction. This study aims to design a website that is useful to facilitate the search for service information, perform a balanced division of technician tasks and assist management in seeing customer satisfaction in the form of reports. The Helpdesk Ticketing website in this study has been developed using Website Development Life Cycle (WDLC) model with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation and MySQL database. The PHP programming language is used in this research because various operating systems can run it via a browser. This research produces a Helpdesk Ticketing website that can answer the needs of the company PT Putra Chandra Sentosa. This research also proves that the website can optimize business processes in recording service submissions compared to using word processing software

Abstract

The acoustic guitar is one of the most popular musical instruments because music itself is a universal language that everyone can understand. Acoustic guitars are available in many choices such as wood types, brands, prices, and many sizes. Many people who want to buy a guitar are often confused when they have to choose an acoustic guitar that suits their needs, this happens because there are many aspects of an acoustic guitar that must be considered as already mentioned. The demands of work and the busyness of today’s society This makes many people unable to choose and see the acoustic guitar according to their needs in music stores. Therefore, this system was created as an acoustic guitar recommendation system, so that people can choose an acoustic guitar that suits their needs and buy an acoustic guitar online based on people’s preferences. The recommendations given by this system are obtained from calculations using the simple additive weighting method or known as the weighted addition method. This simple additive weighting method has been tested in this study and can be implemented correctly and as needed. End-user satisfaction is also obtained using the end-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method so that the recommendation system that has been successfully built can be said to be very good for users in providing acoustic guitar recommendations.
