Recording an item is often fraudulent, for example, misuse of company assets with false statements to present financial statements from the accounting division so that this can be declared a criminal act of corruption. To avoid the act of cheating, a web-based application was created to be used by admins and users so that it would later become an information system for recording a procurement of goods. The procurement system for the success of the ERP system that focuses on the procurement module is based on the Coldfusion Family. This study aims to determine the success of the CORE-ERP system owned by PT Jala Informatica by creating a system designed for the procurement module with the prototyping method. Some testing systems are by the UAT standard with the blackbox method black box is based on the appearance and function of the existing features on the system. the test results on purchase orders, upload items, approvals, and general receive notes are declared successful.

Abstract—Apotek adalah suatu lembaga kesehatan yang diselenggarakan dalam bentuk penjualan obat-obatan dan sebagai pusat layanan kesehatan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, apotek merupakan sarana apoteker diselenggarakan urusan farmasi. Banyak apotek masih memiliki aktivitas seperti pencatatan aktivitas secara manual pada kertas atau buku dan juga pencatatan pada aplikasi perkantoran seperti Excel. Contohnya pendaftaran anggota apotek, pendaftaran inventaris stok obat, pengelolaan data klasifikasi obat. Telah dilakukan pengamatan dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa obat kekurangan pasokan karena permintaan konsumen yang tinggi pada masa tertentu seperti masa Pandemi COVID-19 Tahun 2021 ini. Solusinya adalah salah satunya dengan adanya rancang bangun aplikasi berbasis web untuk mendukung apotek dalam pencatatan persediaan obat. Studi desain aplikasi ini akan membantu apotek dengan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan secara signifikan dan penghematan waktu pengumpulan data stok obat dengan memprioritaskan keputusan pemilihan stok obat secara online dengan metode MOORA. Yaitu pada hasil pemilihan stoak obat yang akan dibeli dengan hasil perhitungan metode MOORA maka didapatkan hasil perankingan yaitu Parasetamol dengan ranking satu, Mylanta dengan urutan ranking dua dan Enstrotop dengan ururtan ranking tiga. Aplikasi ini dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang ada di Apotek XYZ. Sebagai hasil implementasi dari penelitian bahwa telah berhasil dibangun aplikasi didasarkan pada pemrograman web mendukung siklus pengumpulan persediaan obat dan pembuatan laporan persediaan, serta kemampuan untuk menampilkan fitur hasil prioritas keputusan ketersediaan nama dan kategori obat. Abstract— CV Prima Putera merupakan perusahaan make-to-stock yang melaksanakan kegiatan produksi dan distribusi pupuk organik. Dalam perencanaan produksinya, yaitu saat pemilihan jenis pupuk yang akan diproduksi, masih menggunakan manual sehingga dapat memungkinkan terjadinya ketidakefisienan sumber daya saat produksi pupuk karena kesalahan dalam memilih jenis pupuk yang ingin diproduksi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pembuatan sistem rekomendasi pemilihan jenis pupuk pada CV. Prima Putera yang berbasis web agar pemilihan produk pupuk menjadi terencana dan dapat memilih prioritas pupuk mana yang akan diproduksi. Pada pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) sedangkan untuk pemilihan keputusan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dengan menghasilkan rekomendasi pupuk yang akan diproduksi berdasarkan perhitungan nilai alternatif. Perhitungan nilai alternatif pupuk tersebut kemudian dirangking dengan melihat nilai alternatif yang paling besar hingga terkecil. Nilai alternatif terbesar merupakan alternatif terbaik dari keseluruhan jenis data pupuk yang ada sedangkan nilai alternatif terkecil merupakan alternatif terburuk. Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini yaitu pada sistem ini dapat mengubah bobot kriteria pada pupuk, menambah alternatif data pupuk, mengubah dan menghapus data pupuk yang sudah ditambahkan, melakukan perhitungan terhadap data pupuk yang ditambahkan, melihat hasil rekomendasi pemilihan pupuk yang akan diproduksi, menampilkan nilai akhir dan hasil rekomendasi apa saja pupuk yang menjadi prioritas untuk diproduksi. Utama Sport adalah sebuah UMKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian olahraga. Utama Sport melayani pembelian langsung dan juga melayani pembelian pakaian sesuai pesanan customer sesuai keinginan pembeli. Kendala Utama Sport adalah tidak adanya proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar sehingga menyulitkan pengecekan persediaan.Dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara maka informasi yang diterima dapat lebih akurat dan detail sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam pengembangan aplikasi sistem persediaan barang. Digital technology can be used to solve problems that arise from business activity. One company that has not optimally used digital technology is PT Tiga Tapak Mutiara, which is engaged in manufacturing shoe labels. In its business process, each related division collects data, and the data collection results will be reported to the manager to unify work activities. The production data collection process has not been carried out optimally by the relevant divisions because the conventional recording is still carried out using a spreadsheet application which can slow down the reporting process to be monitored by the leadership. As a result, a slow process can impact not completing production on time. In addition to the problem of data collection, another problem is that the completion of orders received earlier is not compared to the orders received last. The aim and contribution of this research are to integrate business processes to overcome these problems in data collection, monitoring, and order completion activities. It is necessary to design a web-based monitoring information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method so that the ordering process can run according to the time of order. The result of this research is a web-based information system that is useful for integrating business processes to monitor and optimize production activities to be completed on time. This web-based information system has also passed the functionality test using black box testing and is following the company's needs.

Web Ultima Infosys is one of the websites owned by Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) which contains a collection of journals majoring in information systems. Based on the results of a survey conducted on the use of the Ultima Infosys website for information system students, many students feel that the appearance of the website is lacking or difficult to use. Especially in journal search and journal submission. Therefore, the usability evaluation of the Ultima Infosys web was carried out. The method used in this research is a usability test and system usability scale (SUS). Where the researcher will evaluate using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were measured using SUS. Based on the results of the evaluation score that has been measured by SUS, the result is a score of 50.25. Knowing that the score is below the average, a recommendation for improvement is made in the form of a recommendation mockup. After re-testing and measuring using SUS, the mockup of the recommendation results got a value above the average of 81,265. Thus, it can be concluded that the mockup of the recommendations proved to be easier to understand and use by users.

UMKM A business that deals in auto accessories and parts is called Sinar Seroja. UMKM Sinar Seroja wishes to create an integrated system because errors frequently occur in the data collection and processing of traditional sales transaction data, namely inventory data with sales transaction data in a traditional system that is not integrated. This makes it tough to record and process data regarding inventory and sales transactions. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a technique used to create a web-based integrated sales information system. This was proven after the Black Box testing was carried out with an average result of 88.3% indicating that the web-based application had been successfully implemented.Customers may get around current issues so that it is simpler to save and handle sales and warehousing transaction data with an integrated web-based sales information system. Additionally, Sinar Seroja needs a system to be developed as a medium for transaction data storage because it.

PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi is a company in Indonesia engaged in electronics and there are obstacles encountered including evaluating employee performance and determining employees entitled to promotion using data in the form of paper stored separately and Excel files for data collection on employee performance assessments that have not been integrated such as data agreements, training data from company and achievement data are not yet systematic so companies need an integrated information system for employee career path processes. Based on the problems above and the research is focused on website-based implementation to provide solutions to companies for career path problems in companies that can increase work effectiveness and automate the eligibility criteria process for promotion. In the process of making a website, one of the features of the Decision Support System (DSS) is used, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. An Indonesian equity company is involved in project management for the construction of mechanical systems and the development of electrical and chemical waste treatment systems. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, the company is dedicated to enhancing its services. However, additional human resources are needed, particularly in the IT field, to align with the business objectives that have not yet been achieved. Despite establishing a minimum requirement of ten years of work experience, the study employs the COBIT 5 framework to evaluate the competency levels in IT governance. The analysis reveals four crucial domains: APO01 (Managing the IT Management Framework), APO07 (Human Resource Management), APO12 (Assessing and Managing Risks), and EDM04 (Ensuring Resource Optimization). It is evident that both EDM04 and APO01 are currently at level 1 and have not reached the desired level. Furthermore, APO07 and APO12 are at level 2 and still need to progress towards their ideal targets. Although Human Resource Management has performed satisfactorily, there is room for improvement in the upcoming year to further enhance its performance.

This study presents a comprehensive exploration of recent advancements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), acknowledging its pivotal role in fostering crucial connections both within the industry and with customers at large. The study delves deeply into CRM, aiming to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this study centers around critical facets of CRM, encompassing strategies for managing customer relationships, applications of information technology, analysis of customer data, and approaches for customer retention. Employing a literature review methodology, this research rigorously examines the most recent journals germane to the field of CRM. A total of 46 articles sourced from reputable journal databases constitute the foundation of this investigation. The findings of this study yield an enriched comprehension of contemporary developments concerning challenges, factors driving success, relevant domains, and implementation goals within the realm of Customer Relationship Management.
