Psychosocial interventions such as Social Skills Training (SST) is one of the efforts that can be given to schizophrenic patients with the aim of increasing patient socialization and communication skills so that patients are able to adapt to their environment. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of computer-based and manual-based Social Skills Training (SST) on improving the socialization and social function of schizophrenic patients. Data Sources: Sources of data obtained from Pubmed, Sciencedirect, and Ebsco Inclusion Criteria: 1) research studies using the RCT approach, 2) studies in schizophrenic patients in the adolescent-adult age range (17 years-80 years), 3) studies with social therapy interventions, skills training combined social cognitive therapy therapy treatments, both as independent interventions or in combination with other interventions Appraisal studies and synthesis methods: Appraisal studies use the critical appraisal skills program (CASP), and the synthesis method uses PICO modifications. Results: Social skill training (SST) has a significant influence in overcoming the improvement of socialization and social functions Conclusions and Implications of Results: Social skill training (SST) provides a significant influence in improving socialization and social functions so that it can be applied as an effort to overcome social damage. Abstract

Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental disorder that occurs after an individual is exposed to a very threatening or terrible event. Most individuals exposed to trauma require resilience and a deep recovery period. Psychosocial interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the efforts that can be given to PTSD patients with the aim of reducing the symptoms of PTSD that appear so that it does not interfere with social functions and daily life. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of internet-based and manual Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in reducing the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Sources of data obtained from Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Wiley and Ebsco. Inclusion Criteria: research studies using the RCT approach; studies in PTSD patients in the age range of children and adults; studies with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) interventions, either as independent interventions or in combination with other interventions. Appraisal studies use the critical appraisal skills program (CASP), and the synthesis method uses PICO modifications. The results of this study Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) had a significant effect on reducing the symptoms of PTSD. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) has a significant influence in reducing the symptoms of PTSD so that it can be applied as an effort to improve the quality of life of post-traumatic individuals.

Abstract

Introduction: Biopsychological factors of anxiety in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) will cause symptoms of increased respiration rate and prolonged expiration duration. Meanwhile, depression in COPD patients will increase the damage to lung functional capacity. This study aims to determine the difference in the impact of music therapy on increasing the value of peak expiratory flow rate, anxiety, and depression in the treatment group and the control group. Methods: Quasi-experimental one group pre-test-post test was conducted on 46 COPD patients in RSUD  Prof. Dr. Soekandar  Mojosari and RSUD  Basoeni Mojokerto with simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted by providing music therapy intervention in the treatment group. The statistical test used was the Independent t-test to determine the difference in peak expiratory flow values in the two groups, while the Mann-Whitney U test was used to determine the difference between anxiety and depression in the two groups. Results: There were differences in the intervention group who received music therapy with the control group with p-value = 0.005 (p 0.05), and the difference between anxiety (Z = -3.813) and depression (Z = -3.868) values with an asymp sign value. = 0,000. Conclusion: There are differences in PEF values, anxiety, and depression between the treatment group and the control group, where this therapy affects the PEF value, anxiety, and depression.
