Abstract

Memahami dan menanamkan pendidikan qur’ani adalah isegala prioritas utama yang sangat urgent dibutuhkan oleh setiap manusia di segala usia ( terutama orang yang mengaku muslim). Pada usia dewasa (19-25 tahun) adalah masa masa yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus tentang eksistensi diri sebagai bentuk aktualisasi potensi yang telah dimiliki. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilaksanakan di UKM “ AR RISALAH ” dan “ KMPA “ STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. STIKes ini memiliki mahasiswa rata rata perkelas 35-40 orang dan memiliki beberapa UKM. Penyuluhan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan informasi data yang akurat dari masyarakat mahasiswa mitra sebanyak yang diinginkan. Penyuluhan kegiatan ini bertujuan agar masyarakat mahasiswa mitra mampu memahami makna al quran dengan menggunakan ilmu alat (nahwu shorof) sehingga mampu mengaplikasikan dan menanamkan dalam dirinya pendidikan karakter dalam keseharian. Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dari kegiatan ini adalah (a) melestarikan dan menjaga hasanah keilmuan islami melalui ilmu alat ( nahwu shorof) (b) mampu memahami tiap huruf dan kalimat al qur’an dengan baik (c) meningkatkan intelektualitas masyarakat mahasiswa mitra dalam memahami al qur’an (d) menimbulkan rasa cinta dan sayang terhadap al qur’an sehingga dapat meningkatkan rasa keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah swt.

Abstract

Background: The hospital is a health service organization that provides comprehensive health services that achieve promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects for the community. The application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP) can illustrate the efforts of various countries to improve the quality of nursing care and the working environment of nurses in hospitals.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the application of MPKP in hospitals.Methods: This research design uses a literature review, which is a series of studies relating to the method of collecting library data, or research whose research objects are explored through various library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents) from several journals that have been researched by previous researchers who have been screened with inclusion and exclusion criteria using several databases namely google shoolar, lib UI, and SINTA which will be used as a literature review in this study. There are 155 journals according to keywords which are screened into 10 journals according to the theme and analyzed which examines the application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP).  Results: The results showed that the implementation of MPKP was in the good category and was more dominant, namely 40% in the nursing care system. In the application of the maximum Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP) and good categories, nurses have to make professional values, professional relationships, management approaches, nursing care systems, and reward compensation systems according to nursing standards by looking at performance and determining the appropriate MPKP model.  Conclusion: The better the implementation of the Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP) is carried out, the better the services provided by the hospital to patients

Abstract

In the Indonesian language course, communication can be included in the area of speaking and writing. To carry out effective communication, the stages must be carried out, namely fact finding, planning, communicating, and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept map of effective communication material based on powerful words. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data sources in the form of books by Erwin Parengkuan et al. entitled Talk-inc Points published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama, Trianto's book entitled Designing an innovative-progressive learning model published by KencanaPrenada Media Group. The data analysis carried out by researchers is as follows: (1) data reduction (2) displaying data by compiling relevant data, (3) drawing conclusions to get a meaning that scattered symptoms have deep meaning. The results of this study indicate that the use of powerful words in the preparation of effective communication materials produces a concept map for effective communication materials. Making a concept map for effective communication material becomes easier to learn and understand, that in effective communication there are four stages that must be done, namely fact finding, planning, communicating, and evaluation.

Abstract

Introduction: Pregnant women living in industrial areas are exposed to higher levels of toxic substances, pollutants, and other chemicals; this is exacerbated by the pandemic conditions. Improving the nutritional status of pregnant women can be pursued through nutritional education for pregnant women. This study aimed to determine the differences in nutrition fulfilment patterns of pregnant women, before and after nutrition education.Methods: This study used quasi-experimental research with a one group pre post-test design. The samples were 51 pregnant women in industrial areas. Treatment in this study was nutrition education by empowering health cadres. The instrument of this research is an observation sheet that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used a statistical paired t-test.Results: Knowledge of pregnant women increased by 5.21% after treatment, and behaviour increased by 5.2%. The t-test showed that the the nutrition education model for pregnant women in industrial areas could significantly increase the knowledge (p-value = 0.000) and improve the behaviour (p-value = 0.000) of pregnant women.Conclusion: Nutrition education for pregnant women provided by health cadres is proven to increase knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition and behaviour of fulfilling nutrition during pregnancy in a pandemic situation. During the pandemic, pregnant women can increase knowledge related to nutrition fulfilment through the assistance of health cadres without worrying about being exposed to viruses from care providers.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 telah banyak memberikan dampak kepada seluruh masyarakat di berbagai lapisan dan sector kehidupan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu; Tahap I sosialisasi dan observasi, Tahap 2 penyuluhan protokol kesehatan Covid-19, Tahap 3 Pembagian masker dan hand sanitizer. Kegiatan penyuluhan disiplin protokol kesehatan Covid-19 merupakan kegiatan yang penting dilakukan sebagai pengabdian dosen dalam membantu memutus penyebaran covid-19, khususnya pada proses perkuliahan di STAI Nurul Islam Pungging Mojokerto dan bisa menjadi contoh bagi masyarakat sekitarnya Kata kunci: Penyuluhan Covid-19, Pembagian masker dan sanitizer, Perkuliahan Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Gastritis is one of the most common problems of the digestive tract and increases annually. Gastritis is a pain that is not caused by disorders of the stomach organs but more often triggered by psychological stress factors. Stomach acid production will increase in stressful situations, eg in heavy workloads, panic and haste. Increased stomach acid levels can irritate the gastric mucosa. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of stress with recurrence of gastritis in the area of ​​public health service jatirejo mojokerto . Design of an analytic survey study used a cohort design. Population was of all gastritis patients in puskesmas jatirejo mojokerto regency and get a sample of 35 people, taken with purposive sampling technique. Independent variable of stress level and dependent variable of recurrence of gastritis. The instrument used to measure stress is a questionnaire while the instrument used to measure the recurrence of gastritis is using an observation sheet. The research was conducted on 28 March-29 April. Data analysis used cross tabulation (crosstab). The results showed that most respondents had moderate stress level as many as 16 respondents and experienced recurrence as many as 13 respondents (81.2%) .This is caused by people who are vulnerable to stress, because the more vulnerable a person exposed to stress the higher the risk of gastritis

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is the most common disease found in the community, not only lowers quality of life, but can be life-threatening. Hypertension is known as heterogeneous group of disease because it can affect anyone from different age groups and various economic classes. One of the non-pharmacological therapy for hypertension is yoga exercises. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of yoga exercises on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Sumokali village, Candi district, Sidoarjo regency. Research Method: This research method using one group pre test - post test design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, with population of hypertension patients in Sumokali Village, Candi District of Sidoarjo Regency and a large sample of 18 people according to criteria. Data collection used interval scale and instrument used is observation sheet. This yoga exercise was done for 2 weeks in the morning or afternoon. Result: The result of Paired T-Test test shows that the value of ρ-Value (0,000) <α (0,05) as well as the result that yoga gymnastics have an effect on fluctuation of blood pressure in hypertension patient in Sumokali Village, Candi District of Sidoarjo Regency. Conclusion: Gymnastics yoga was one effective therapy, easy to do and useful. Because yoga gymnastics can make the body become relaxed and blood vessels become vasodilates so that the blood flow and oxygen supply become smooth. Abstract

Students are an active part that plays a role in the learning process. Cooperative learning trains students to be able to work together and responsibly independently. This research was quasi-experimental research with posttest-only control design. The sample of this research was the students of Diploma III Nursing STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto at the level I of academic year 2017/2018. The research data was obtained from the result of the final examination of the students in the basic biomedical course. The data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. The result of the independent sample t-test is 0.00 is less than 0.05. The conclusion of these results is that there are differences in basic biomedical learning outcomes in the control class and experimental class. Average learning outcomes control class 60,17 and experimental class 73,94. These results suggest that jigsaw type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes in basic biomedical courses.

Abstract

language “bahasa” teaching materials to improve the writing skill of the S-1 students of Nursing Stikes Bina Sehat Ppni Mojokerto is based on the needs analysis of the S-1 Nursing students. the analysis of the characteristics of the S-1 nursing students, and the need analysis for lecturers. In the requirement analysis for students, the average score obtained by the category strongly agree (SS) for the development of teaching materials got 29.6%, and the category agreed (S) got 62%. Likewise with the analysis of student characteristics, the average score of students who strongly agree (SS) get the number 29.4%. Furthermore, the students who agreed (S) obtained a score of 33.4%. Likewise with the questionnaire needs for lecturers who want a module in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective description of the needs of learning materials and obtain an objective description of the Indonesian language teaching materials development model to improve students writing skill S-1 nursing stikes bina sehat ppni mojokerto. Development of Indonesian Language Material to Improve Student Writing Skill S-1 Nursing Stikes Bina Sehat Ppni Mojokerto, using 4-D development model (four D model). The 4-D development model consists of four development stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate or be adapted into 4-P models (model 4 P), defining, designing, developing, and deploying. Given the limitation of the researcher on financial problems, for the stage of dissemination is not done. The result of analysis of validation sheet of material experts, designers and learning media, and practitioners expert, can be concluded that the teaching material is very valid. It can be known based on the value in the material expert's validation sheet reaching 92.5%. Designer and learning media expert who reached 93%, and expert practitioners who reached 89%. Abstract

One of the diabetes mellitus syndromes is diabetic wounds. Diabetic wound treatment is good for preventing infection and amputation. Treatment of wounds that can heal wounds and develop at this time is modern wound care using topical therapy / modern clothing, where expensive costs require care that requires a large cost. Plants that can be used to heal wounds are leaves of binahong because they contain flavonoids, oleanolic acid, protein, ascorbic acid. and saponins. This study aims to determine topical treatment of leaf extract in modern treatments to treat diabetic wounds. The design of this study was a quasi experiment with a non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were people with diabetes mellitus with diabetic wounds at 34 Modern Husada Prima Mandiri Wound Care Homes. The sampling technique is consecutive sampling with a sample of 32 people. Data collection uses MANUAL BWAT. The results showed that the average score was lowest for groups (7.69 <8.00). The results of the analysis of researchers in groups were effective and effective diabetic wounds. This is because there are differences that are on average not too good for the second group (Difference 0.31). In addition, the average GDA, vascularization conditions and losses in the groups were worse with the control groups, where they could affect the wound. Ascorbic acid content and protein in binahong leaf extract help grow granulation tissue, support granulation tissue and accelerate epithelialization.
