Abstract

The current use of the system at SMA PGRI Pagaralam uses excel and word applications. This is still felt to be ineffective because there is no system that supports these problems. Mentoring training for making personnel applications conducted at SMA PGRI Pagaralam aims to help manage employee data so that it is more effective. Software development is carried out using software engineering rules (software engineering). In software engineering theory there are several kinds of software development process models. This research uses the waterfall model. The water fall model or what is often called the Classic life cycle model shows software development sequentially and systematically. So that the results of the web-based PGRI Pagar Alam high school personnel application include a login system, type of PTK, subjects, leave letters, years of service and subject teachers.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional organizational unit that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable health efforts that are acceptable and affordable to the community. The function of the puskesmas is to provide health services to the community through the Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP) programs which are at the forefront of providing health services to the community, especially the prevention and treatment of diseases. The disease is divided into 3 types namely infectious diseases or diseases caused by germs that attack the human body. This research will attempt to handle infectious diseases, namely dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Dengue fever or dengue fever (abbreviated as DHF) is an infection caused by dengue virus. Mosquitoes or some types of mosquitoes transmit (or spread) dengue virus. Then a computerized analysis using data mining software that supports the flow of data and information in accordance with the needs of handling dengue fever from these processes and the selection of a more suitable method is used that is using K-Means clustering.Keywords : The location determination system, dengue faver, K-Means Clusterring

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation for human resources, work motivation, work environment on the work performance of the apparatus at the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the population was employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The number of samples is 45 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis (H1) indicate that HR compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees have received HR compensation in accordance with the results of their performance so that employees will work responsibly and in accordance with established operational standards. The results of the second hypothesis (H2) indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees' work motivation will improve employee performance to achieve company goals. The results of the third hypothesis (H3) indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A working environment condition is said to be good if employees can carry out activities optimally, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Therefore, the determination and creation of a good work environment will greatly determine the success of achieving organizational goals. Simultaneous testing of HR compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Ha is accepted, meaning that it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on HR Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment together ( Simultaneous) on the Performance variable at the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sumatra Province.
