Abstract

Abstract The nurse is one of the health workers in the hospital who plays an important role in achieving health development goals and the success of health services depends on the participation of nurses in providing quality nursing care in the emergency room for patients because the cause of the patient is uncomfortable and dissatisfied in giving Nursing care services, namely the performance of the nurses themselves and those that can affect the performance of nurses, namely the workload and work stress of nurses such as the number of patients, high work demands, conflicts with coworkers and lack of staff, in the ER and the problem of unsuitable nurse salaries. with its performance. This is to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on the performance of nurses in the ER. The database used in the google scholar review literature that matches the inclusion and exclusion criteria of articles published in 2013-2020 using national and international journals using the Cross Sectional method and the population used by all nurses working in the emergency room. The results found in 10 journals regarding workload and work stress on the performance of nurses in the emergency room which caused performance to decline, suggestions for further researchers to be used as a source of data for further research and to review using the latest theories and using many books in their research.Keywords: Nurse Workload, Nurses work stress, Performance

Abstract

Abstract Hospital has an obligation to provide emergency services to patients, as well as to create, implement and maintain standards of emergency services in the hospital as a reference in serving patients. The patient expressed dissatisfaction about the response time in the ER to admission to the hospital ward, ineffective communication and a lack of environmental control. This review literature describes the relationship between response time and patient satisfaction. Research purposes to determine the relationship between Response Time and patient satisfaction levels. This review literature uses four databases (ProQuest, Sage, Wiley Online Library, Google Scholar) for previous studies published between 2015-2020. Some of the terms used include waiting time, satisfaction level. The PRISMA flowchart is used to summarize the article selection process. Result research: In response time conditions, emergency room officers, especially nurses, are required to be able to immediately provide fast, precise and holistic handling. Therefore, patient handling is according to priority and the role of nurses in response time can be a measure of the quality of emergency services which further provides feedback, namely the existence of patient satisfaction.Conclusion: 80% of the articles reviewed found that there was a relationship between response time and patient satisfaction.Keywords : patient satisfaction level, response time, waiting time

Abstract

AbstractTuberculosis is a major problem for Indonesia, where treatment requires a long time and must be regular for 6 to 8 months which can cause psychological problems such as anxiety, stress to depression.The research wants to explore through literature studies on the relationship between stress and depression in TB clients who are undergoing treatment as a basis for medical personnel to take action, in addition to treatment measures, psychosocial measures as management of TB can be effective. This review uses five databases in search (pubmed, Doaj, Sage, Wiley and google scholar) with published limits of 2015-2020 while the keywords used are medication, tuberculosis, anxiety and depression (Time to Treadment, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Anxiety Scale and Depressive Disorder). The PRISMA diagram is used to shorten the selection of articles. There were 10,649 articles found, we found 10 articles that matched the inclusion criteria. Treatment with anxiety level, depression on TB treatment. In (n = 10) journals obtained, nine journals said there was a relationship between anxiety levels and depression levels on TB treatment, but one journal said there was no relationship between treatment and anxiety. And influenced by other factors.Keyword: anxiety, depression, tuberculosis treatment.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit mental yang berat dan kronis yang memerlukan perawatan pada anggota keluarganya. Keluarga merupakan lingkungan terdekat dengan pasien saat menjalani perawatan di rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kemandirian pasien skizofrenia. Database yang digunakan dalam literature review adalah google scholar, academia edu, pubmed dengan kriteria inklusi sampel, artikel diterbitkan pada tahun 2015-2020, menggunakan jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 729 artikel diidentifikasi, peneliti menemukan 10 artikel yang dapat digunakan dalam Literature review. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil review bahwa dukungan keluarga mempunyai efek dalam kemandirian pada pasien skizofrenia. Saran bagi penelti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat menganalisa mengenai dukungan keluarga yang menyebabkan kemandirian pada pasien skizofrenia kurang baik.

Abstract

Pola makan tidak seimbang, perubahan gaya hidup kurangnya olahraga dan stress merupakan faktor terbesar timbulnya suatu penyakit salah satunya yaitu DM. Kualitas hidup sangat mempengaruhi penderita DM, meliputi kesehatan fisik, psikologis, terhadap likungan dan kualitas hidup ini sangat meningkatkan harapan hidup pada penderita DM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus. Database yang digunakan dalam literature review adalah google scholar dan pupmed dengan kriteria inklusi sampel, artikel di terbitkan pada tahun 2016-2021, menggunakan jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 13.292 jurnal diidentifikasi, peneliti menemukan 10 jurnal yang dapat digunakan dalam literatur review. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil review bahwa dukungan keluarga mempunyai pengaruh penting bagi penderita DM dengan dukungan keluarga ini pasien DM merasa nyaman, senang sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya.
