Abstract

Curriculum management today is increasingly getting attention from scientists who pursue the field of curriculum development, educational technology and education administration. This study is considered to occupy the most important part in the study of curriculum development and educational administration. This is natural, because the curriculum is an important component and is a very vital educational tool within the framework of the national education system. That is why, every educational institution, both formal and nonformal, must have a suitable and harmonious curriculum, appropriate to the position, function and role and purpose of the institution. Curriculum is an educational plan that summarizes all learning experiences provided for students in school. In an integrated curriculum philosophy, values, knowledge, and educational deeds. The curriculum is prepared by education experts or curriculum experts, experts in the field of science, educators, education officials, entrepreneurs and other elements of society. This draft is prepared with the intention of providing guidance to the implementers of education, in the process of guiding student development, achieving the goals aspired by students themselves, families, and communities. At this time the burden of learning and the number of subjects presented to children is very heavy. Therefore, all will only stuff students with a variety of materials that are more dominant in cognitive specs but not effective as a part of the purpose of character education. It is currently considered necessary to include Wasatiyah Islamic values in the Islamic education curriculum, which contains three concepts, namely values, character, and teachings. Therefore, the teacher is the key holder of the implementation and success of the curriculum. He is actually the planner, implementer, appraiser, and developer of the real curriculum.

Abstract

In the history of the development of pesantren in our country, admittedly or not, the existence of the pesantren is a unifying symbol of the nation's culture, this is as a result of the occurrence of ideological collisions between foreign cultures and local culture. precisely as one of the assets capable of reducing the renewal and modernism movements, so that the Islamic renewal movement in our country cannot develop rapidly as it did in the Middle East, especially in Turkey and Egypt. The world of pesantren always changes, but not all changes that occur outside are accepted. The future of pesantren is determined by the extent to which the pesantren formulates itself into a pesantren that is able to answer the demands of the future without losing its identity. This selection process that is accepting and rejecting follows general principles that apply. Because the principle commonly adopted by the Indonesian pesantrendi world is the concept of qaidah fiqh which reads: "al-muhafadhah 'ala al-qadim al-shalih wa al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah", preserving good traditions while adopting things much better new things.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan adalah usaha yang dilakukan manusia dalam membaca dinamika secara global tentang gejala-gejala yang terjadi berdasarkan faktor empirik, proses engkulturasi yang dilakukan secara konseptual radikal, sistematis universal. Sementara teknologi merupakan usaha manusia yang merupakan dampak pemanfaat ilmu pengetahuan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kesejahteraan hidup manusia. hubungan tersebut ternyata berdampak pada perkembangan dunia Ilmu pengetahuan dan Teknologi, berbicara tentang ilmu pengetahuan selalu berhubungan dengan perkembangan duni teknologi, begitu pula sebaliknya. Realita Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi mempunyai peran ganda yaitu semakin lama semakin memilki pengaruh cepat, yang mampu merubah gaya dan peradaban hidup manusia, karena hasil dari suatu produk tidak terlepas dari peran dan ekistensi lembaga pendidikan yang dimana muatan kurikulum di tiap-tiap satuan pendidikan pun juga ikut mempengaruhi mutu sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar pendidikan. Kepekaan outpun dari tiap-tiap satuan pendidikan akan terefleksi dalam kehidupan dimasyarakat. Keberadaan mereka sebagai dampak dari proses pengembangan kurikulum sekolah yang penerapanya membawa dapak luar biasa dalam merubah tatanan hidup manusia, baik dari aspek sosial dan budaya. Sebagai bentuk implementasi dari konsep atau ide-ide cemerlang dari seorang anak didik yang menjadi dasar dan alasan untuk menuju tahap selanjutnya. Produk teknologi yang mampu dihasilkan, produk yang dihasikan dari tiap satuan pendidikan terkadang tidak dapat sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara relevan terutama untuk proses serta hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal, karena Teknologi dan informasi menitik beratkan pada implentasi dan proses pengolahan data, seperti menerima, mentransmisi, meng aplute data serta menyimpan, mengambil dan memanipulasi dalam bentuk tampilan dataa dengan pemanfaatana perangkat teknologi elektronika seperti komputer.

Abstract

The concepts of Al-Zarnuji and K.H.Hasyim Asy‟ari are two thinkers of Islamic education, they not only talk about education but also discuss the management of Islamic education, through their work, namely Ta'lim al-Muta'allim and Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim covering planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling although it is not as complete as education management which is mostly used in Indonesia. The focus of the study of the concept of Islamic education management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim, the perspective of K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim, on the differences and similarities between the concept of Islamic educational management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim and K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The orientation of this paper study is to show that the concepts brought by al Zarnuji in his book are planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, as well as the concept of Islamic education management in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The striking difference from the form of management of Islamic education expressed by the two books is in the actuating function, where the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim how to move students and teachers in the teaching and learning process using the Qur‟an and hadith which explains the primacy of the knowledgeable person and the virtues of the knowledge itself while in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim the process of moving it uses the story of a successful scholar in the process of seeking knowledge. And if analyzed with the opinion of Mujamil Qomar, the concepts expressed by al-Zarnuji and Kiai Hashim are suitable, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling

Abstract

The existence of pesantren is expected to be able to transform and become an institution that not only focuses on teaching sciences and the yellow book, but also teaches science, technology, and informatics sciences that still maintain Islamic values ​​both in the process and content of knowledge so that later they can gave birth to the kyai as well as the sanities. These activities are generally in the form of field work practices or real work lectures, where the location, theme, method and length of time for implementation are determined by the respective universities. In order to explore the potential and develop Islamic boarding school assets during the COVID-9 pandemic Researchers try to be flexible to find loopholes so that social and cultural activities in the pesantren continue to run conducive Miftahul mubtadiin Ar ridlo Islamic boarding school. Optimizing products from farming activities at Islamic boarding schools can take energy from the students in turn and also take energy from the community to be employed. The harvest can be sold to finance operational activities at the pesantren.

Abstract

Konsep Al-Zarnuji dan K.H.Hasyim Asy‟ari merupakan dua pemikir pendidikan Islam, mereka tidak hanya berbicara tentang pendidikan saja tetapi juga membahas tentang manajemen pendidikan Islam, melalui karyanya yakni Ta’lim al-Muta’allim dan Adab al -‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim meliputi planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling walaupun belum lengkap seperti manajemen pendidikan yang kebanyakan sudah digunakan di Indonesia. Fokus kajian tentang konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam perspektif al-Zarnuji dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Mu’ta’allim, perspektif K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari dalam kitab Adab al -‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim, tentang perbedaan dan persamaan antara konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam perspektif al-Zarnuji dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Mu’ta’allim dan K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari dalam kitab Adab al -‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim. Orientasi kajian tulisan ini untuk menunjukan bahwa konsep yang dibawa oleh al Zarnuji dalam kitabnya adalah planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling, begitu juga dengan konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam yang ada dalam kitab Adab al -‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim. Perbedaan yang mencolok dari bentuk manajemen pendidikan Islam yang diutarakan oleh kedua kitab adalah pada fungsi actuating, dimana kitab Adab al -‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim cara menggerakkan murid dan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar menggunakan al-Qur‟an dan Hadits yang menerangkan tentang keutamamaan orang yang berilmu dan keutamaan ilmu itu sendiri sedangkan pada kitab Ta’lim al-Mu’ta’allim proses penggerakannya menggunakan cerita ulama yang sukses dalam proses pencarian ilmunya. Serta jika dianalisis dengan pendapat Mujamil Qomar, konsep yang diutarakan oleh al-Zarnuji dan Kiai Hasyim cocok yakni planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling.
