Abstract

The concepts of Al-Zarnuji and K.H.Hasyim Asy‟ari are two thinkers of Islamic education, they not only talk about education but also discuss the management of Islamic education, through their work, namely Ta'lim al-Muta'allim and Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim covering planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling although it is not as complete as education management which is mostly used in Indonesia. The focus of the study of the concept of Islamic education management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim, the perspective of K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim, on the differences and similarities between the concept of Islamic educational management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim and K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The orientation of this paper study is to show that the concepts brought by al Zarnuji in his book are planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, as well as the concept of Islamic education management in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The striking difference from the form of management of Islamic education expressed by the two books is in the actuating function, where the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim how to move students and teachers in the teaching and learning process using the Qur‟an and hadith which explains the primacy of the knowledgeable person and the virtues of the knowledge itself while in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim the process of moving it uses the story of a successful scholar in the process of seeking knowledge. And if analyzed with the opinion of Mujamil Qomar, the concepts expressed by al-Zarnuji and Kiai Hashim are suitable, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling

Abstract

Belajar atau mencari ilmu itu dihukumi wajib untuk umat muslim dan muslimah. Hukum mencari ilmu agama yaitu fardhu 'ain dan ilmu umum yaitu fardhu kifayah. Mencari ilmu itu tidak akan mendapat kerugian. Namun, hanyalah keuntungan yang akan didapatkan. Imam Syafi'i pernah berkata: "Siapa yang ingin dunia, wajib baginya memiliki ilmu. Siapa yang ingin akhirat, wajib baginya pula memiliki ilmu". Tidak hanya satu atau dua hikmah dan keutamaan yang didapatkan seseorang yang mencari ilmu, tetapi sangat banyak bahkan manfaatnya masih bisa dirasakan meskipun orang tersebut sudah meninggal. Seorang yang sedang mencari ilmu biasa disebut dengan murid. Setiap murid itu memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda antar murid. Oleh karena itu seorang guru harus bisa memahami dan menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik muridnya. Sebagai murid itu diharuskan tawadhu' terhadap gurunya. Sopan santun dan menghargai gurunya seperti menghargai orang tuanya sendiri. Seorang murid harus membersihkan dirinya dari segala bentuk penyakit hati dan mengisinya dengan ilmu yang diajarkan oleh gurunya. Murid harus sabar dan tabah dalam proses mencari ilmu, tanpa dihiasi dengan sifat sombong dan tinggi hati.

Abstract

Related to the image of schools and efforts to create a positive image, it cannot be separated from the efforts of the school, especially the public relations department. Public Relations in education have special tasks including: Evaluating public attitudes and opinions towards the organization, Formulation and implementation of organizational procedures and policies for organizational communication with the public, coordinating communication programs between organizations and the public, developing relationships through communication processes, developing attitudes and relationships positive between the organization and the public. As well as creating public perception and a good image for the institution. Marketing management education services can apply Marketing management theory including marketing planning, marketing organizing, marketing implementation / implementation, and marketing supervision. The effort to improve and maintain a positive image is an academic reputation / academic quality, and is aimed at improving the Quality of Education Services, improving Education Services Products, and adding other efforts in the form of building communication, implementing discipline, giving direction to alumni to maintain the good name of the alma mater. The existence of marketing education services in enhancing the image is that marketing education services is carried out by promoting excellent learning programs, positive activities outside of school, and by planning well-programmed programs. has succeeded in improving and maintaining the image of the school.
