Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan suatu tindakan untuk mempengaruhi seseorang, proses komunikasi yang jelas dan tepat untuk menjelaskan kepada anggota tujuan yang akan dicapai yang berhubungan dengan tujuan individu, kelompok dan organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan yang banyak diminati adalah pemimpin yang mampu berpartisipasi dengan lingkungan dan anggota organisasinya. Sifat – sifat ideal yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin adalah energi secara fisik dan mental, keahlian teknis, Teaching Skill, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kestabilan emosi, human relationship, dan kemampuan untuk memotivasi anggotanya. Kepemimpinan yang efektif pada zaman sekarang ini tidak hanya menitikberatkan kemampuan pemimpin dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, namun juga kemampuan yang berorientasi kepada hubungan manusia yaitu memotivasi, bekerjasama dan mampu mensejahterakan anggotanya.

Abstract

Getting ready is an organized course of developing points of view, data or lead that produces abilities. Meanwhile, HR improvement is standard and accurate work to increment delegate information both ethically, cleverly, undeniably and theoretically according to work needs. The impact of delegates who have fittingly partaken in HR getting ready and improvement programs is extended laborer execution. Delegate execution is a victory factor that an association anticipates. This investigation hopes to conclude the effect of HR planning and progression on delegate execution at PT. Pos Indonesia Palopo Branch. This sort of investigation uses quantitative assessment by flowing surveys directly to 49 respondents. By utilizing full scale examination methodology. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the recruitment and selection system on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Palopo, as well as the interaction between the two in influencing employee productivity. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques, this research involved 50 employees as samples, taken using census sampling techniques. The research results show that the recruitment system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while selection has no effect and is not significant on employee performance.  The results of the F test show that there is a significant interaction between Recruitment and Selection in influencing employee performance. The calculated F-value of 43.655 is greater than the F-table of 3.20 and the p-value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that these two variables together make a significant contribution to employee performance. This means that the combination of effective recruitment and good selection can create a greater impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and incentives on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method for this research uses a questionnaire addressed to all employees of the Luwu Regency Inspectorate. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. The sample used for this research was 160 people. The analytical methods used are validity, reliability, and multiple regression tests. The research results show that: 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Luwu Regency Inspectorate employees, and 2) incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Luwu Regency Inspectorate employees.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of technology-based human capital management on increasing innovation at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Methodology: Using a quantitative approach with a causal design, this study examines the relationship between technology in human capital management and the resulting innovation. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by simple linear regression method using statistical software. Results: The results showed that technology-based human capital management has a positive and significant impact on innovation in the company. Findings: This finding confirms that the application of technology in the human resource management system can improve work effectiveness and encourage a more innovative environment. Novelty & Originality: The novelty of this study lies in its focus on technology-based human capital management within a regional service unit of a state-owned electricity company in Palopo, a context that has received limited empirical attention in prior research. Its originality emerges from the examination of how digital human resource systems directly influence innovation outcomes in the energy sector, specifically within the Indonesian state-owned enterprise environment. Conclusions: The practical implications of this study include the need for greater investment in human capital management technology as well as improved training programs to create a more adaptive and collaborative work culture in the energy sector. The study concludes that integrating technology into human capital management is a strategic imperative for fostering innovation and organizational competitiveness. Type of Paper: This paper is an empirical research paper.
