Abstract

This article contains the challenges faced by the Indonesian education world in the implementation of online learning. The method used is literature study by collecting various sources that discuss the challenges of online learning in Indonesia. The literature search results show that there are two main challenges to online learning in Indonesia, namely the quality of teachers and infrastructure. Teacher quality is related to the ability of teachers to use information technology in the learning process which is considered to be very low, influenced by age and laptop ownership. Facilities and infrastructure include internet networks that have not yet reached rural areas, unstable internet networks, and costs to buy internet quotas.

Abstract

The main problem of this research was the utilization system of school operational fund. This research used qualitative research method to find out the maximum result in the field related to the utilization of school operational fund at sekolah/ madrasah by using management and sociology approaches. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interview, and documentation. Then, the researcher asked some questions about the utilization of school operational fund management system by using open instrument namely giving questions or direct interview and using recorder tool. The result of the research shows that: 1) the management system of school operational fund utilization at sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Bajo is appropriate with the technical guide of school operational fund 2) the management system of school operational fund utilization at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta 09 Bajo is really appreciated because it is very helpful in school developmentand the honorer payment at madrasah. 3) The differences of the school operational fund utilization is in the the use of the fund based on juknis sekolah Dasar which 100% should be appropriate while Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta is not really ready to follow the rules since the payment of honor was 50% while in sekolah dasar is only 15%. From the book availability must be 20% every year while in Madrasah, it is not a must.

Abstract

One of the keys of education success  is the teacher. The teacher plays an important role in the learning process to improve the quality of students. Therefore the professionalism of a teacher is very important to note. Professional teachers are those who are able to carry out their duties as educators to the maximum by having the ability and expertise as an educator. This research is library research. The theory is obtained from the library data then investigated it to find out the conception objective result. The result of this research is to realize the goals of education, appropriate development strategies are needed in order to improve teacher professionalism. There are some step that have to done in holding education and training they are need analysis, goal setting, building  program content and program evaluation. Education and training is a development strategy that aims to improve teacher competence in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
