Abstract

The aims to provide teachers and lecturers with understanding and skills on how to manage learning online or online. This stage of community service includes analyzing the need for an online learning management platform, conducting technical guidance, and conducting evaluations. After the technical guidance activity, the participants liked the material and speakers in the technical guidance which indicated that the participants understood the material presented by the resource persons. Based on the evaluation results it was found that the implementation of this activity was successful with a high level of attendance of the participants, a level of likeness that was evenly distributed in all material presented by the resource persons, and a very high level of satisfaction with the guidance committee services.

Abstract

Abstract: This study focuses on the Islamic guidance approach in trauma recovery in adolescents after the earthquake in Kabiraan Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. In general, this research was conducted because there were teenagers who were indicated to have experienced post-disaster trauma, namely an earthquake. This research is aimed at nothing but how to recover from trauma with an Islamic guidance approach. This research uses the phenomenological method, which is a qualitative methodology that allows researchers to apply and apply their subjectivity and interpersonal skills in the exploratory research process. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada pendekatan bimbingan Islami dalam pemulihan trauma pada remaja pasca gempa bumi di Desa Kabiraan Kecamatan Ulumanda Kabupaten Majene. Secara umum, penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya remaja yang terindikasi mengalami trauma pasca musibah yaitu gempa bumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan tak lain untuk bagaimana memulihkan trauma dengan pendekatan bimbingan Islami. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penomenologi yaitu sebuah metodologi kualitatif yang mengizinkan peneliti menerapkan dan mengaplikasikan kemampuan subjektivitas dan interpersonalnya dalam proses penelitian eksploratori.

Abstract

Social awareness of early childhood is the awareness and ability of a child to socialize or interact with other people in a social context in a certain way that is acceptable. Early childhood is also referred to as the golden age, because at that age, children's physical and motor abilities develop and grow very quickly. Children begin to be sensitive to receiving stimulation. Therefore, social awareness of early childhood must be optimally developed. This study aims to collect various references related to social awareness in early childhood. This research is a literacy study, where articles are obtained through the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) website, Academia Edu, Google Classroom, and ScienceDirect. The reference criteria used are references published between 2005-2022. Based on various references that have been collected, social awareness has an important role in the life of the child itself. This is because social awareness in early childhood can affect their further development.

Abstract

Career maturity is a crucial component in preparing vocational students for successful school-to-work transitions. However, the role of parenting styles and psychological factors such as future time perspective (FTP) in shaping career maturity remains insufficiently understood, particularly in vocational education contexts. This study aimed to examine the direct effects of maternal and paternal parenting styles on students’ career maturity and to investigate the mediating role of FTP.This study employed a quantitative ex post facto design involving 307 students from nine vocational high schools in Enrekang Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected using the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ), Career Maturity Inventory (CMI), and Future Time Perspective Scale (FTPS). Path analysis was conducted to assess direct and indirect relationships among variables.The results revealed that maternal parenting style (β = 0.45, p 0.01) and paternal parenting style (β = 0.61, p 0.01) significantly predicted career maturity. FTP also had a significant direct effect on career maturity (β = 0.44, p 0.01). Mediation analysis indicated that FTP significantly mediated the relationship between parenting styles and career maturity (maternal: β = 0.139, p 0.01; paternal: β = 0.136, p 0.01), suggesting both direct and indirect effects.These findings highlight the importance of supportive parenting and future-oriented thinking in enhancing students’ career readiness. Schools are encouraged to integrate career guidance programs that involve parents and strengthen students’ future time perspective to support effective career development.
