Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia sekaligus dasar eksistensi suatu masyarakat yang dapat menentukan struktur suatu masyarakat dalam suatu lingkungan. Pada pembelajaran saat ini,masih didapati berbagai permasalahan yang timbul karena komunikasi. Dalam hal ini termasuk pengajar ,murid dan kepala sekolah. Komunikasi yang baik dapat dilakukan jika guru,murid dan kepala sekolah serta seluruh personil yang berhubungan dengan sekolah saling mengerti ,akan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dan baik. Guru atau dosen yang mengajar terkadang tidak mempunyai bakat atau punya keterbatasan yang rendah dalam hal berkomunikasi yang baik dan efektif. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini ,agar sguru dan siswa dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan komunikasi yang efektif yng berkaitan dengan pembelajaran dan bimbingan konseling disekolah. Kegiatan akan diadakan pada awal mei sampai dengan Agustus 2018. Peserta adalah siswa SMA Attaqwa dan SMK Insan Mulia. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah para guru dan siswa lebih terbantu dengan adanya bimbingan konseling dan kegiatan peningkatan komunikasi yang baik dan efektif. Siswa lebih merasa dihargai dan diperhatikan,karena masalah belajar dapat diatasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Sending messages and ideas requires effective and efficient time. Students who are ready to receive messages will easily communicate with teachers and peers. The communication process is not as simple as imagined. Communication can be an obstacle in classroom learning. Communication skills are the ability of teachers to create a communicative climate between teachers and students in learning activities in accordance with learning objectives. Related to the learning process, communication is said to be effective if the message in this case is the subject matter can be received and understood, and generate positive feedback by students. This research method uses a literature review method, by collecting data and sorting and then giving conclusions. The results of this study indicate that effective and efficient communication plays an important role in the teaching and learning process, which ultimately results in better output.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the strategies and applications of character education at school which are balanced with Islamic religious learning at Attaqwa Bekasi West Java Middle School. This research method is a qualitative study whose data is obtained from observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that character education coupled with religious learning has a real character learning strategy, such as visiting an orphanage, doing real practices such as reading the Quran ( holy book ). Character education must be integrated in religious education. The role of religion can meet the needs humans in terms of the directors, mentors, and balancing characters of students.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to describe the results of learning mathematics in story problems using the Cooperative Model Type Snowball Throwing. The second objective is to find out whether the Snowball Throwing type of cooperative learning model is effectively used in learning mathematics in the subject matter. The output that will be generated from this research is the application of fun learning alternatives so that it can improve student mathematics learning outcomes in the Snowball Throwing method. The subjects were 34 students in grade IV in elementary school. The results showed that the application of the Snowball Throwing cooperative learning model was more effective and could improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Problem-based Instruction (PBI) adalah bentuk pengembangan pengetahuan siswa melalui pengajuan pertanyaan yang penuh dengan makna, mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi bukti-bukti yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi, mengusulkan suatu penjelasan tentang masalah yang dihadapi, dan pengambilan tindakan yang dibenarkan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: a) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan metode pembelajaran keterampilan proses melalui metode pembelajaran PBI pada mata pelajaran Biologi; b) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan metode pembelajaran studi kasus pada mata pelajaran Biologi; c) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan antara pendekatan pembelajaran keterampilan proses melalui metode pembelajaran PBI dengan metode pembelajaran studi kasus pada mata pelajaran Biologi. Metode penelitian yang dgunakan yaitu quasi eksperimen. Uji stastistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu uji-t. Adapun hasil dari penelitian sebagai berikut:  a) terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan pendekatan pembelajaran keterampilan proses melalui metode pembelajaran PBI pada mata pelajaran Biologi; b) terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan metode pembelajaran studi kasus pada mata pelajaran Biologi; c) terjadi perbedaan hasil pembelajaran dimana metode atau model pembelajaran PBI lebih tinggi atau lebih baik dari pada metode pembelajaran studi kasus pada mata pelajaran Biologi.

Abstract

The The purpose of this study is to determine the process of design the accounting information system of cash receipts in SD Islam Pondok Duta so that it can help a more computerized so that it can help a more computerized for process of cash receipts and make the accurate financial reports. The data collection method was carried out by direct observation to the research object, that is SD Islam Pondok Duta. System development method are planning of the system stage, the analysis of the system stage, design of the system stage, implementation of the system stage, and testing and use of the system stage.The result of the research is the process of cash receipt and record in SD Islam Pondok Duta still uses a manual system so that a computerized system is made. The procedure for cash receipts In SD Islam Pondok Duta begins with the students bring their tuition cards and deposit their money. The next process is the treasurer to make proof of receipt of money. After the payment process has been completed, the treasurer combines all proof of receipt The proof of receipt is combined to make it easier for the treasurer to make two sets of cash receipts reports for each transaction that occurs.This cash receipts report will be submitted to the principal for review.After know the constraints that occur in the school, the authors design a system using a data flow diagram (DFD) and create a database with an entity relationship diagram (ERD) After all the things have gone through, the next process is to describe the design in a simple way.

Abstract

In Assessment is the process of collecting and processing information to determine the achievement of student learning outcomes. Currently, the assessment system at SMKN 63 Jakarta is still carried out in a simple computerized way using Microsoft Excel and manual recording, causing various kinds of problems. The problem faced by SMKN 63 Jakarta is the assessment in the student data collection process, subjects, grades are not recorded accurately and well-integrated so that in the search process one has to look for student grade data one by one and is slow in reporting student grades. Lack of security in the system is also a problem at SMKN 63 Jakarta because it can be accessed by anyone. Therefore, to facilitate the work of admin staff, teachers, and homeroom teachers in managing student score data so that it can be completed more quickly, precisely, and efficiently in student assessments, a Java-Based Student Assessment Application was designed at SMKN 63 Jakarta. The research method used in the application of student assessment at SMKN 63 South Jakarta is quantitative. In addition, researchers also researched with data collection methods which included field studies and literature studies. And in developing the system, the researcher uses the waterfall method. And testing the system with the black box testing method. This application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and using the JAVA programming language with Netbeans IDE, and MYSQL database using XAMPP

Abstract

In Indonesia, teachers' ability to undertake research is still below average. This is due to a lack of research knowledge and experience among teachers. As a result, teachers rarely conduct research and have never published a scientific paper. As a result, mentoring in the form of formal training in research competence is required. There is, however, no training structure designed expressly for instructors to improve their research competency. The goal of this study is to create a training system that will eventually improve instructors' research skills. The research and development process is based on a modified Dick & Carey development model. As a result, an upgraded teacher competency training system including training modules, training agendas, teaching books, and learning videos has been developed and tested by specialists. Teachers in Indonesia are expected to use the training system to increase their research skills.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi yang tangguh adalah pembangunan ekonomi yang berbasis potensi lokal, masyarakat menyadari potensi yang dimilikinya dan mereka dapat mengembangkan potensi tersebut. Para pemuda diharapkan mendapat pembekalan pengenalan dan kesadara potensi lokal tersebut. Dengan kesadaran tinggi dan mau merubah keadaan dengan kkerja keras dan ihtiar yang sunguh – sungguh, niscaya akan membuka peluang yang menjanjikan. Penyuluhan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Yayasan Arrahman Tangerang Jawa Barat. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, praktik, dan diskusi. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan materi tentang pengolahan pisang kepok menjadi pisang goreng . Metode praktik digunakan untuk praktik membuat olahan produk pisang, mulai dari pemilihan pisang sampai dengan pengolahan . Hasil kegiatan siswa sudah dapat memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan pisang ,menjadi pisang goreng dari berbagai rasa, seperti rasa, keju,coklat, strawberry dan lain – lain. Peserta dapat mengenal nilai – nilai kemandirian serta kewirausahaan.
