Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan nilai moral apa saja yang terdapat dalam film “Koala Kumal” . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumen. Langkah-langkahnya yaitu dengan menyaksikan film dan mencatat data-data yang berkaitan dengan film tersebut. Sehingga memperoleh deskripsi tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian pada film Koala Kumal bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter untuk nilai Kreatif sebanyak 5, Rasa ingin tahu 3, Jujur 3, Kerja keras 2, Disiplin 2, dan nilai pendidikan karakter lainnya menyusul pada nilai 1 point. Para pendidik disarankan dapat menggunaka film sebagai media pengajaran, salah satuny film Koala Kumal. Melalui film , anak akan secara tidak sadar mengambil pelajaran nilai moral dan karakter yang ada dalam film Koala.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of teamwork an organizational learning on job performance of employee at Education and Training Board at Province of West Borneo. The research was conducted by using quantitative survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 71 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of teamwork on job performance. (2) there is direct effect organizational learning on job performance. (3) There is direct effect teamwork on organizational learning. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by teamwork and organizational learning.

Abstract

Learning in schools requires continuous innovation and development. This needs to be done, because students must get quality and creative learning. One method that emphasizes cooperative learning is cooperative learning assisted by scrabble media. The purpose of this study was to describe scrabble-assisted cooperative learning in social studies for grade IX students. The method used is a classroom action research method. The results showed that the use of scrabbled-assisted cooperative learning methods could assist classroom learning in social studies subjects. The increase in value from pre-cycle to second cycle is 12 points. Learning is more dynamic and runs actively. The students are active and always looking for good answers.

Abstract

Digital literacy was not just the ability to operate well, and only know the hardware and software, but more than that. Ability to control emotions, cognitive and social abilities. Online learning required digital literacy. So that students were able to learn well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. In addition to knowing the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, and to found out the obstacles during online learning at home. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken by means of interviews and documentation. Respondents were 2 high school students and 3 junior high school students in Bogor Regency. The result of this study was that the lack of digital literacy in students could result in less than optimal online learning. The role of digital literacy in online learning is very dominant. One of the keys to successful online learning was digital literacy. Barriers that arose in online learning, were more dominant to external factors. Home learning required parental supervision to help with home learning

Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning requires the right media so that the expected results increase. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning on entrepreneurial learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of the YouTube platform on entrepreneurial learning outcomes and to determine the effect of cooperative learning and the YouTube platform together on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The method used is a quantitative method, using normality and homogeneity tests. Respondents were 30 students in class X SMA Alkhlas Bekasi High School, West Java. Retrieval of data by using interviews and filling out questionnaires on students. The results of the research data are processed normally and homogeneously. Cooperative learning variables and the you tube platform have an effect on entrepreneurship learning outcomes by 52.8%. Entrepreneurial learning requires practice and sharpness of expertise for students before graduating.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that adapts to the rapid development of science. An independent curriculum is the answer, and the government is trying to synchronize the needs of industry with education. Teachers as the front guard are the backbone in implementing the independent curriculum. This research is a literature review research. Literature review is carried out by examining various library sources such as books, articles and other online sources that are relevant to the research topic. The process of implementing an independent curriculum still requires strengthening and adjustments. Teachers need adaptation and time so that the independent curriculum is truly realized in theory and practice. Teachers are expected to be able to understand the independent curriculum and continue to develop the curriculum, including the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), which is cross-disciplinary learning to observe and think about solutions to problems in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi yang tangguh adalah pembangunan ekonomi yang berbasis potensi lokal, masyarakat menyadari potensi yang dimilikinya dan mereka dapat mengembangkan potensi tersebut. Para pemuda diharapkan mendapat pembekalan pengenalan dan kesadara potensi lokal tersebut. Dengan kesadaran tinggi dan mau merubah keadaan dengan kkerja keras dan ihtiar yang sunguh – sungguh, niscaya akan membuka peluang yang menjanjikan. Penyuluhan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Yayasan Arrahman Tangerang Jawa Barat. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, praktik, dan diskusi. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan materi tentang pengolahan pisang kepok menjadi pisang goreng . Metode praktik digunakan untuk praktik membuat olahan produk pisang, mulai dari pemilihan pisang sampai dengan pengolahan . Hasil kegiatan siswa sudah dapat memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan pisang ,menjadi pisang goreng dari berbagai rasa, seperti rasa, keju,coklat, strawberry dan lain – lain. Peserta dapat mengenal nilai – nilai kemandirian serta kewirausahaan.
