Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, self-efficacy, and characteristics of trainees on the transfer of training. Research conducted on the employees of PT. PJB UP MuaraTawar, a subsidiary of PLN, by taking 90 employees as research samples using purposive sampling technique. To analyze data collected using Multiple Linear Regression to prove the research hypothesis. Based on the studies conducted, the results of the analysis show that the work environment, self-efficacy, and characteristics of trainees significantly influence the direction of the training transfer. For this reason, it is suggested that the company pay attention to the work environment, self-efficacy, and characteristics of employee training participants. With the intention of employees can transfer training well and do what has been learned at the training site into work every day.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence and relationship of performance base on three influence such as emotional intelligent, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cluster area Bekasi Juanda-1. The methods which is used in the research is descriptive and causality respondents involved in this study as many as 75 people. The study used saturated sampling. The data collection is done by spreading questionnaire. And the method for the data analysis in this research is regression which are multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24. The result of this research is, emotional intelligent and organizational citizenship behavior has an impact to performance but organizational commitment have no impact to performance.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam studi ini adalah mengembangkan cara yang efektif untuk memberdayakan ekonomi pedesaan berbasis partisipasi warga desanya menuju kemandirian dalam mengelola ekonomi desanya. Program pemberdayaan ekonomi desa hanya mungkin efektif dan berkesinambungan apabila warganya terlibat secara aktif dalam semua proses yang dilakukan mulai sejak dari awal hingga akhir proses, bahkan terus menerus menjadi siklus yang harus dikelola terus menerus. Trisakti School of Management (TSM) melalui program PKM mengambil peran untuk terlibat memberdayakan masyarakat desa agar mandiri mengelola kehidupan ekonominya dengan semua sumberdaya yang dimiliki. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2018 di Desa Parakanlima, Kecamatan Cirinten, Kabupaten Lebak, yang merupakan desa tertinggal/termiskin di Provinsi Banten. Dimana pemberdayaan sebelumnya telah dilakukan melalui proses dan waktu panjang, yang dimulai dari kegiatan Live-in mahasiswa, diteruskan dengan pembangunan MCK, dan gedung “serbaguna”. Melalui musyawarah desa, pembangunan ruangan serbaguna dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan desa, sekolah PAUD, termasuk saat kegiatan pelatihan dan sharing pengalaman tentang manajemen usaha koperasi dilakukan di gedung tersebut. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh key-persons di desa dan antusiasme serta tanggapan sangat positif diperoleh melalui testimoni yang disampaikan. Adanya perubahan peningkatan pengetahuan pentingnya manajemen organisasi, membuka wawasan warga mengenai usaha-koperasi sebagai pilihan wadah perekonomian desa, serta dapat melakukan pembukuan yang benar menjadikan warga termotivasi untuk segera mendirikan koperasi. Sehingga dengan adanya kesadaran dan harapan dengan koperasi, perekonomian desa dapat meningkat dan mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, competence and motivation on employee performance at Hospital. The rapid growth of hospitals and not limited by geography makes competition for health services more complex and employee performance declines related to compensation, inappropriate competencies and low employee motivation. The population and sample are 100 employees. Using Likert scale measurement, data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression in testing the research model and hypotheses. The results showed that compensation and motivation had no significant effect, while competence had a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, hospital managers must pay serious attention to improving the competence of their employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The object used in this study is Dealer Yamaha Flagship Shop Cempaka Putih Jakarta. Sampling using probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 71 respondents. The study was analyzed using statistical software programs. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the hypothesis test data analysis in this study, it shows that motivation has a negative significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. PT. XYZ is the main object of this study with all of its 119 employees as the population as well as the research sample. So that the sampling as research respondents uses a saturation technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, testing three key hypotheses in this study. The research findings show that three independent variables, namely job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant and positive effect on employee turn-over intention. Thus, it is necessary for companies to consider three independent variables to maintain turnover intention within the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation, human resource competence, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 74 respondents. The study was analyzed using a statistical software program. Multiple linear regression is used in this study as the data analysis method. The results of this study showed that the work motivation had no effect on employee performance while human resource competence, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mandiri Matahari Logistics. This study uses all employees as the population as well as the sample of this study and uses a saturation technique to take a sample of 70 employees. Primary data was collected by distributing research questionnaires with a Likert scale. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the research by testing three hypotheses show that there is a significant and positive influence of compensation, work environment and organizational culture variables on job satisfaction variables. Thus, companies need to pay serious attention to the three main variables because they determine employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, training and development and shared leadership on work productivity. The object used in this study is PT.Sayap Mas Utama (Wings Corporate) production unit. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a total sample used as many as 75 respondents. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, data were analyzed by testing research instruments, testing classical assumptions and testing models using statistical software program. The result of the study showed that employee engagement, training and development and shared leadership had an effect on work productivity of production unit employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of production department employees at PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Plant Tambun II. Sampling using probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 104 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is using multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, data were analyzed using research instrument testing, classical assumption testing and model testing using statistical software programs. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a negative effect on employee performance
