Abstract

Self-Confidence is an individual who can work effectively, is able to perform his duties very well and is able to take responsibility for what he does, has plans for his future. The purpose of this study was to obtain a self-confidence profile of MTs Al Bidayah students, while the method used was descriptive quantitative research method. With the questionnaire questionnaire data collection method to obtain a self-confidence profile of MTs Al Bidayah students, where the research subjects were 120 active students of MTs Al Bidayah. The results obtained in this study were 18% of students with low self-confidence, 62% of students who had moderate levels of self-confidence, 20% of students who had high levels of self-confidence. Keywords: : low self-confidence, self-identity

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of treatment, response and constraints of group counseling services with brainstorming techniques on students' interpersonal communication. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMKN 2 Cimahi. namely 3 students. Data analysis techniques used are collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion of data. The results obtained in the study, namely the brainstorming technique in group counseling services are an effort made by BK teachers as assistance to students who have low interpersonal communication, the services carried out are divided into 3 stages, namely the formation stage, the activity stage and the termination stage. Keywords: : Group Counseling, Brainstorming Techniques, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

This study aims to find out online-based group guidance services with role play techniques on students' academic self-efficacy at MTs Al-Badar Gununghalu. This research is based on student problems that occur in schools. There are some students with low academic self-efficacy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The type of approach used is a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation. The subjects in the study were 1 teacher of counseling and 6 students who had low academic self-efficacy. Students who have low academic self-efficacy will affect their learning process. This may affect students to be lazy to study, high anxiety in doing assignments, low self-efficacy towards learning, and a sense of giving up quickly on learning. students are quite effective in overcoming students' academic self-efficacy problems, because it has a significant positive impact on students' academic self-efficacy.Keywords: : Group Guidance, Role Play, Academic Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang konselor mencakup kompetensi akademik dan profesional sebagai satu keutuhandan menjadi hal wajib yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling maupun profesional konselor. Kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki berkaitan dengan penguasaan teori dan praktik. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelatihan konseling cognitive-behavioral sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi calon konselor yang profesional yaitu dengandiberikan pelatihan terkait cara: 1). menantang keyakinan irasional; 2). membingkai kembali isu; 3). mengulang kembali penggunaan beragam pernyataan diri dalam role play; 4). mencoba penggunaan berbagai pernyataan diri yang berbeda dalam situasi riil; 5). mengukur perasaan; 6). menghentikan pikiran ketimbang membiarkan pikiran cemas “mengambil alih”. Dalam pelatihan ini, subjek yang mengikuti pelatihan ini terdiri dari guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang berasal dari daerah Cimahi, Kab. Bandung, Kab. Garut, Kab. Bandung Barat, Kota Bandung, dan Kab. Cianjur yang berjumlah 146 orang berdasarkan pada kecukupan referensi tentang kualifikasi akademik yang didapat dari data-data akademik subjek. Dalam alur rancangan pemberian pelatihan, terdapat beberapa langkah model pelatihan klasik yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam model pelatihan ini, yaitu: 1). mengidentifikasi peserta; 2). menetapkan kesenjangan kebutuhan; 3). mempersiapkan kebutuhan pelatihan; 4). melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan; 5). evaluasi hasil pelatihan.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomena that occur in the school. This ability must be possessed by every individual, especially students to support the success of educational goals and complete learning tasks. Students who have good academic efficacy will have a high level of success in completing their assignments. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In this study using a Likert scale to measure attitudes and descriptions of students' academic self-efficacy. And the subject in the study was 105 students of Mts al-Badar Gununghalu. The results showed that the academic self-efficacy of Mts Albadar students was in the medium category 59 (56%) ), while the rest are in the low category with the number of students 22 (21%), and 24 (23%) students are in the high category. With the conclusion that students' academic self-efficacy is in a state of being reviewed from aspects that affect academic self-efficacy consisting of the level of difficulty, strength, as well as the area of activity and things that cause low academic self-efficacy and need to be improved in order to achieve goals and can complete the task optimally. Keywords: : academic self-efficacy, students,
