Abstract

The development of science at this time can hardly be separated from technology, especially information technology, therefore human resources who are involved in any field are required to be able to adapt to existing technological advances. In the world of education, the government has carried out many activities to improve the competence of teachers, one of which is by providing trainings on the use of information technology tools in education and teaching, which will later be applied in schools and other educational institutions. However, based on the reality around PPI Curug, there are still many schools with inadequate technological facilities and infrastructure, one of which is MI Mathla'ul Huda which is on Cijantra Jl. Gunung Batu Cijantra Village, Pagedangan Subdistrict, where some of the students are orphans and underprivileged. The problem arises when there is problem with the computer equipment used while the teachers' knowledge is still minimal. To overcome this problem MI was forced to pay extra for repairs and restoration, which of course became a burden for the school. Therefore, through community service activities this time it is aimed at providing education and training to teachers on how to assemble and install computer equipment. After attending education and training through workshops held by the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic of Curug, the teachers already have the knowledge and skills to install and assemble computers so that when a problem occurs on a computer devices, it can be resolved by themselves, and teachers who are mostly honorary staff can get additional income with the knowledge they get during the workshop.

Abstract

Changing times require people to be able to keep up with technological developments. One of technologies that plays a big role in changing people’s patterns and lifestyles are electronic technology. The development of electronic technology requires human resources who have competencies that are in accordance with the needs of society and industry. Based on observation survey had been done to Rancagong people, they haven’t understand about electronic too much. So that it’s worth to be done the community service at the location. Several subject matters are soldering practice, LED assembly: Seri and Parallel, LED Blinking Assembly, Assembly of Lighting Sensors Automatically and Amplifier Assembly. Implementation of community service involve lecturers/intructors as embodiment in college obligations. In addition, this activity also involves students in order to get experiences and lesson learned directly. Perubahan zaman menuntut masyarakat untuk dapat lebih mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang memegang peranan sangat besar dalam mengubah pola dan gaya hidup masyarakat adalah teknologi elektronika. Berkembangnya teknologi elektronika tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan industri. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan terhadap masyarakat Desa Rancagong, belum banyak masyarakat yang mengerti di bidang elektronika sehingga layak untuk dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di lokasi tersebut. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan beberapa hal yang akan menjadi solusi permasalahan yang ada di Desa Rancagong guna membuka peluang kewirausahaan, diantaranya pelatihan praktek penyolderan, perakitan rangkaian LED seri dan pararel, perakitan rangkaian blinking LED, perakitan rangkaian sensor cahaya otomatis dan merakit amplifier. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen/instruktur sebagai wujud dharma perguruan tinggi. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga melibatkan taruna/taruni sebagai pengalaman lapangan dan media pembelajaran secara langsung.

Abstract

Di dalam praktik Telekomunikasi para taruna teknisi Telekomunikasi dan Navigasi Udara, kebutuhan akan suatu alat praktik mutlak diperlukan sebagai sarana pratikum, karena selain teori, pratikum berguna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang teori maupun pratikum. Pada laboraturium Tower Set terhadap peralatan Transceiver VHF yang digunakan sebagai alat praktik namun belum terdapat osilator sebagai pembangkit frekuensi yang dapat dijadikan saebagi alat pratikum. Transceiver yang terdapat pada laboratorium merupakan satu blok pemancar ataupun satu blok penerima. Salah satu modul dari transceiver adalah modul osilator. osilator merupakan jantung dari sebuah transceiver yan berperan dalam pemodulasian gelombang. Untuk mengamati pembankit frekuensi pada transceiver VHF tidak bisa dilakukan karena tidak terdapat test point. Oleh karena itu penulis membuat rancangan osilator transceiver VHF yang nantinya dapat dijadikan alat pratikum. Jenis osilator menggunakan metode phase lock loop (PLL) karena mempunyai karakteristik nilai output frekuensi yang stabil dan bisa diubah nilai frekuensinya. Pada perancangan ini PLL dirancang dalam bentuk mock up yang sesuaikan dengan karakteristik osilator pada transceiver.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an RFID-based attendance system utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) in the cadets dining hall of the Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPI Curug). Employing the Research and Development (R&D) methodology adapted from Sugiyono, the study successfully integrated unique identification data (UID) from 8 RFID cards into the MySQL database and local web interface. Trial results demonstrate the system's success in accurately recording and managing the attendance data of the cadets. The local web interface provides an intuitive user access for monitoring attendance, while the data export feature enhances flexibility in managing cadets attendance information. Overall, the implementation of this system effectively combines RFID technology with the MySQL database and local web interface, forming a responsive solution for the management of cadets attendance within the campus environment. This system holds potential as a foundation for further development to enhance the efficiency of attendance recording in higher education institutions.
