Abstract

The management of earnings or Earnings Management defined as management activities for adjusting earnings according to specific objectives. Therefore, empirical evidence showing the impact of Institutional and managerial Ownership, intellectual capital, audit quality on income management is necessary. 14 transportation companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were surveyed in accordance with the research criteria. A purposeful sampling method collected data. The SPSS 23 application tests the multiple linear regression hypothesis. Of the variables used in this study, only intellectual capital has a positive impact on profit management and can be used as one of the indicators in future research to measure income management actions.

Abstract

B.IndonesiaGardu induk 2 STPI terdapat genset yang berfungsi sebagai catu daya cadangan yang berkapasitas 250 KVA, dan membahas optimalisasi kapasitas genset, apakah kapasitas genset sesuai dengan beban yang terpasang. Kondisi saat ini, kapasitas genset yang ada belum diketahui apakah kapasitasnya memadai sebagai catu daya cadangan terhadap beban yang terpasang di asrama curug 1. Untuk memudahkan penyelesaian masalah yang termuat dalam judul , langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data, dengan mendata seluruh beban yang ada di asrama curug 1, single line diagram kondisi saat ini, dan spesifikasi genset di gardu induk 2. Setelah data yang diperlukan penulis melakukan pengolahan data dengan pengoptimalan kapasitas genset terhadap beban terpasang di asrama curug 1. Dengan adanya perubahan desain maka dilakukan pemisahan beban-beban yang ada di gardu 2, maka dibuatlah panel baru untuk melayani genset dan beban prioritas seperti lampu, stop kontak dan pompa, sedangkan beban terpasang yang lain tetap di supply oleh PLN. Disarankan segera menindak lanjuti hasil optimalisasi kapasitas genset untuk melayani beban di asrama curug 1, sehingga dalam kegiatan taruna di asrama berjalan dengan baik. Dengan hasil pengoptimalan kapasitas genset ini diharapkan akan terciptanya sistem catu daya listrik yang baik.B.EnglishSTPI substation 2 has a generator that functions as a backup power supply with a capacity of 250 KVA, and discusses the optimization of the generator capacity, whether the generator capacity matches the installed load. The current condition, the existing generator set capacity is not yet known whether its capacity is adequate as a backup power supply to the loads installed in the curug dormitory 1. To facilitate the resolution of the problems contained in the title, the initial step taken is to collect data, by recording all the loads in boarding curug 1, single line diagram current conditions, and generator set specifications at substation 2. After the required data the author performs data processing by optimizing the capacity of the generator set for loads installed at the curug boarding 1. With a change in design, the separation of loads is carried out In substation 2, a new panel was made to serve the generator set and priority loads such as lights, sockets and pumps, while other installed loads remained supplied by PLN. It is recommended to immediately follow up the results of the generator capacity optimization to serve the load in Curug 1 dormitory, so that the cadets in the dormitory activities run well. With the results of this generator capacity optimization, it is expected that a good electrical power supply system will be created.

Abstract

The water treatment plant of Pontianak Supadio International Airport has 3 purification tanks, each of which purification tanks 1 and 2 function for the purification process and in the third purification tub it is used as a temporary reservoir of processed water from the purification tank 1 before distribution, 1 size purification tub 127.5 m3 of a 2 m purification tank measuring 225 m3 was separated by an inspection line into two parts, each measuring 127.5 m3. Every day in the 1st bath tub and purification tank 2 the mixing process of chlorine and calcium lime is carried out when the water in the tub is full, chlorine and calcium lime are mixed manually using a bucket or container as a chlorine and quicklime container mixed with water then after that the chlorine and calcium lime liquid is poured manually into the purification tub. Therefore there needs to be development by reversing an automated tool to assist the technician's work and to make time efficient, a tool that will be used to function automatically mixing chlorine and calcium lime which has been determined to be in the purification tank.

Abstract

Entry and exit draft access of MPS (Main Power Station) is intended as an alternative to provide security and facilitate the work of technicians in airport services especially in Soekarno – Hatta International Airport. The problem now days is the person who is not licensed can get in and out easily in the MPS building and if the technicians carry goods because of difficult and the stuck of the door when opening or closing. This design consists of Microcontroller that used as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) control or identity identifier and automatic door system. This design is expected to be used properly as expected and can help the technician in performing his works as one of the supporters of fluency and comfort at the Soekarno – Hatta International Airport.

Abstract

To support the operation of electricity facilities in STPI Curug in general and especially in the lab of course TLB that require the availability of various facilities and equipment. In addition to basic facilities, there are also supporting facilities such as lighting facilities, visual aid and AGL, vehicle parking facilities, maintenance facilities in general and other facilities that directly or indirectly support STPI-Curug Airport Electricity Engineering activities. This qualitative research involves analysis of electrical power supply system in terms of quantity which includes the capacity of electric power supply prepared, as well as the availability aspect of electrical power supply from PLN is 630VA and the existing capacities is 80KVA while the standby genset capacities needed is 150KVA from the existing capacities this time is 80KVA, electrical power system analysis seen from the aspect of voltage and frequency stability, and plan to reinstall the power supply in the environment STPI laboratories including replacement of Genset Power Cable, Distribution Panels and other fittings. With the results of this study, it is useful to improve the supply of electrical power supply in STPI Curug, improve service to all electric users in STPI Curug, and encourage and improve the smoothness of lecture and laboratory activities at STPI Curug

Abstract

With the draft is expected to be used as the operating system of centeralized airconditioning Split. Based on the existing conditions in the dormitory Curug 1 often the negligence of cadets when leaving the dormitory in the state of air conditioning is still operating. To make it easier to monitor the AC work system when cadets leave the dormitory, the writer tries to make a simple design of this, but does not reduce the functionality of the existing equipment. Abstract

Pontianak Supadio International Airport is one of the airports that provide air transportation services under the management of Angkasa Pura 2. Supadio Airport has a water treatment system to meet all airport water needs. Raw water from the Anak Kapuas River is channeled to the processing basin in the Water Treaetment Plant. The entire water in the reservoir is supplied from a water treatment plant that has been processed to obtain suitable work. However, the purification process and the level of clarity of the water in the purification bath are not properly monitored, resulting in the technician being less efficient. And the final result of the purification process is not necessarily in accordance with the predetermined standard of clean water. Therefore, the presence of a water clarity monitoring system using a Turbidity sensor that directly measures water clarity and displays clarity levels on the screen will improve the technician's performance. With this monitoring system will also get a measured level of water clarity. Thus it can be seen whether the results of the water purification process have met the clear water standards that are in accordance with Indonesia's national standards.

Abstract

B.Indonesia Pada asrama tower Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada, yaitu lampu penerangan koridor asrama dan air conditioner (AC) jenis split. Namun saat ini lampu penerangan koridor yang masih dioperasikan secara manual yang sering kali taruna lalai mematikan kembali lampu koridor ketika tidak dibutuhkan, adapun untuk AC yang pengoperasiannya masih menggunakan timer swicth sehingga pada saat terjadi pemadaman listrik maka timer perlu diatur ulang karena mengalami perbedaan waktu akibat dari pemadaman listrik. Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini maka perlu dibuat suatu rancangan untuk menggabungkan pengoperasian lampu penerangan koridor dan AC yang bisa menyesuaikan waktu secara otomatis apabila terjadi pemadaman listrik. Sistem kerja dari rancangan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 dan modul RTC (real time clock) DS3231 sebagai pengatur jadwal rancangan. Dengan rancangan ini dapat mengontrol lampu penerangan koridor dan AC secara otomatis. Serta dapat menghemat penggunaan energi listrik pada lampu penerangan koridor dan AC. B.English In the dormitory tower of the Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute is have the facilities which are the lights of dormitory corridors and air conditioners (AC) split type. But nowadays the corridor lights are still operated manually which is often negligent the cadets forget to turn off the corridor lights when the time is set, as for the air conditioner a deficiency is when the power outage occurs then the timer needs to be reset because it has a time difference resulting from a power outage. Based on current conditions, it is necessary to create a design to combine the operation of the corridor lights and the air conditioners, which can adjust the time automatically in case of power outage. The system works from the design using an Arduino Mega microcontroller 2560 and a module RTC (Real Time Clock) DS3231 as the schedule design organizer. With this design, it is to control the corridor lights and the air conditioners automatically. And can save the use of electrical energy in the corridor lighting and air conditioning.

Abstract

In this study the author discusses the design of street lighting from Prawyasa Kindergarten to Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque by recalculating manually using formulas and standards in accordance with SNI. After getting the calculation results manually, the calculation results are then simulated in a software Dialux Evo Version 6.1. The output of this dialux software can feature a powerful simulation of street lighting from the Prawyasa Kindergarten path to the Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque in the Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute.
