Abstract

Maraknya peristiwa kekerasan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan yang melibatkan siswi SMA sangat memprihatinkan bagi banyak pihak. Harapan peneliti adalah mampu merubah perilaku mereka dari perilaku sosial yang rendah ke perilaku sosial mereka meningkat. Adapun siswa yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas X.4 SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar dimana jumlah anak yang sebagai sasaran penelitian ada 40 orang, 5 diantaranya mengalami masalah perilaku prososialnya rendah. Setelah dilakukan tindakan, skor yang diperoleh siswa dibandingkan dengan skor maksimal ideal untuk menentukan kedudukan siswa dalam kategori perilaku prososial yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada siklus I secara individual terjadi peningkatan dengan kriteria pencapainan cukup dan secara berkelompok mengalami peningkatan sebesar 32,2%. Pada tindakan siklus kedua secara individu mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu kriteria pencapainan tinggi dan secara berkelompok mengalami peningkatan sebesar 61,0%.

Abstract

Emotional rational counseling is carried out using varied and systematic procedures that are specifically intended to change behavior within the boundaries of goals compiled jointly by the counselor and client. The counselor's duties show that the problem is caused by disturbed perceptions and thoughts that are distracted. irrational and the attempt to solve the problem is to return to the original causes. The operationalization of the counselor's duties: (a) More educative-directive to clients, by providing lots of stories and explanations, especially at the initial stage of confronting client problems directly, (b) Using approaches that can encourage and improve the client's thinking, then improve they are able to educate themselves persistently and repeatedly emphasize that irrational ideas are what cause emotional barriers to clients, (c) encourage clients to use rational abilities rather than emotions, and (d) Use educational and philosophical approaches using humor and “suppressing "As a way of confronting irrational thinking.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic is clear evidence that the transmission of disease is so rapid that the whole world is spared from the viral outbreak while on the one hand everyone has the right to health as a rule that health isa healthy physical, mental, spiritual, and social state that makes it possible for each person to be productive socially as well as economically. Based on preliminary asesses and in pinge village get the following images of problems: 1) there are 22 members of society affected by the pandemic and the return to the village through psychological issues such as being prone to anxiety over the unprecedented conditions, confusion of nothing to do because they are accustomed to working with other people, and some people are concerned about the continued education of their children and the psychological welfare resources typically derived from local wisdom values 2) the general public is unaware of mental health issues.It needs to be psychoeducation on mental health issues to increase understanding or skill in the prevention of psychological disorders and to increase understanding for communities especially families about psychological disorders. The average pretest baseline of public mental health knowledge falls in a medium category with an average of 61%. By psychoeducation of mental health, people's understanding increased with post-test scores averaged 84%. And the conclusion reached by pinge village visitors' knowledge and understanding on mental health has been increased.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to reduce the deviant behavior of class X.1 students of SMA Dwijendra Denpasar, the academic year 2022/2023 through the application of behavioral counseling with self-management techniques. The research subjects were students of class X.1 who had highly deviant behavior totaling five students consisting of five male students. Based on the data and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that (1) there is a decrease in deviant behavior individually and in groups. (2) the score of deviant behavior before the action as a group was 595 and an average of 119; after being given the action in cycle I became 484 and an average of 96.8 with a percentage decrease as a group of 92% with an average of 18.4%. In cycle II, the score decreased again to 310 and an average of 62 with a group percentage of 176% with an average of 35.2%. Thus the results of this study can be concluded that applying behavioral counseling with self-management techniques can reduce deviant behavior in class X.1 SMA Dwijendra Denpasar, the academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Study habits are an important thing to pay attention to because they are one of the main components that support student achievement or learning success. However, quite a few students have poor study habits. This is reflected in the behavior of students who rarely do assignments, are not active in learning activities, do not prepare lesson materials and other behavior that indicates negative study habits. The main aim of this research is to improve the study habits of students at SMPN 8 Denpasar through a problem solving technique group guidance approach. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods. The design used is one-group pretest-posttest. The instruments used are experimental guidelines prepared by researchers and tested by experts and the study habit scale used is adopted by Nawawi (2016). Subject determination uses purposive sampling. The subjects used in this research were eight students who had low study habit scores after a pretest with the study habit scale. The data analysis used is descriptive and inferential analysis in the form of the N-gain Score test and the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest tables, there was an increase in students' study habits scores after being given the intervention, and based on the results of calculations using the SPSS Wilcoxon signed rank test. From this value it is known that 0.012 < 0.05 which means Ha is accepted. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that group guidance on problem solving techniques is effective in improving students' learning habits.
