Abstract

Semarang merupakan ibu kota Propinsi Jawa Tengah , dalam perkembangan dewasa ini kota ini menjadi salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Jawa Tengah . Lokasi yang sangat berada di antara pusat ekonomi Indonesia yaitu Kota Jakarta dan Kota Surabaya , Kota Semarang menjadi persinggahan yang cukup populer di jalur darat penghubung kedua kota tersebut . Selain di topang dari jalur darat , pembukaan jalur udara langsung dari Kota Semarang menuju negara-negara tetangga menjadikan Semarang di banjiri turis mancanegara , tak kurang 3442 orang pada tahun 2012 mengunjungi Kota Semarang . Pertumbuhan jumlah turis di kota ini berdampak dengan berkembangnya bisnis di dunia pariwisata di Kota Semarang . Dari berbagai macam bisnis tersebut , salah satunya adalah bisnis penginapan . Bisnis dunia pariwisata sangat bergantung dengan pasaran yang akan di bidik . Perkembangan yang semakin pesat menjadikan kompetitor –kompetitor yang ada bersaing di kelas konsumen yang telah ada . Kelas konsumen yang semakin beragam dan berbagai tujuan menjadikan kelas bisnis penginapan semakin majemuk. Dari beberapa yang sedang populer di kalangan masyarakat adalah konsep penginapan bugdet yang digolongkan dalam peraturan pemerintah dapat diartikan berkelas bintang tiga (3) setara . Penginapan bugdet memiliki banyak kompetitor , selain kelas yang di tentukan adalah lokasi . Lokasi sangat menentukan suatu penginapan akan di kembangkan . Lokasi juga padat dimanfaatkan sebagai daya dukung atau ciri yang berbeda agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya .Lokasi yang cocok untuk khasus ini adalah Pantai Marina Semarang .

Abstract

The rapid advancement of computer technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has a significant impact in educational sector. This influence spans all educational levels, from primary schools to universities. A Workshop was conducted to explore the use of AI as an educational aid, based on observations and interviews with theprincipal of Virgo Maria 2 Elementary School in Semarang Regency before the workshop. The goal was to familiarize the teachers with AI technology, highlighting both its advantages and disadvantages. The Workshop included both theoretical instruction and practical application of AI, guided by lecturers from the LPPM team from STEKOM University Semarang. Participants' understanding the usage of AI was assessed through their active engagement during the practical sessions of the Workshop . As a result, the participants are now have ability to utilize AI tools to enhance teaching and learning processes at VirgoMaria 2 Elementary School in Semarang Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACTGrowth rate of pearl goldfish juvenile Carassius auratus relatively slow to reach market size which will take approximately three months. To accelerate its growth can be done by providing exposure of the fish to low-power electric fields (10 V) via 3 ppt salinity water, with the goal of providing the close isoosmotic conditions, and also to streamline the flow of electricity from the electrodes to the body of the fish. This study aims to calculate the survival and growth rate of pearl goldfish juvenile of S sizes (2‒4 cm of body length) which were maintained at 3 ppt salinity water and treated by different exposure time of electric field (zero, two, four, and six minutes before feeding) with 10 volt electric power. Fish were cultured at a density of 2 fish/L in the (20×30×20 cm3) aquaria in volume of 6 L of water. Test fish had an average body length of 4.11±0.05 cm and the average body weight of 2.89±0.05 g. Exposure time of electric field were zero, two, four, and six minutes before the fish are fed, performed every day as much as three times i.e. morning, afternoon, and evening. The research design used was completely randomized design with four treatments, namely 0, 2, 4, and 6 (time for exposure is zero/control, two, four, and six minute) with three replications. The results show test fishes exposed to 10 volt electrical field for zero, two, four, and six minutes, have no significant effect on survival rate (P>0.05). For growth performance, four minute exposure treatment gives the best results compared to controls (P<0.05), supported by an increase in the percentage of the ratio of gut length to body length of the fish and higher feed efficiency.Keywords: long exposure to the electric field, growth performance, pearl goldfishABSTRAKPertumbuhan benih ikan hias maskoki mutiara Carassius auratus relatif lambat, karena untuk mencapai ukuran jual memerlukan waktu sekitar tiga bulan. Untuk mempercepat pertumbuhannya dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian paparan medan listrik berdaya rendah (10 V) ke air media budidaya yang dinaikkan salinitasnya menjadi 3 ppt, dengan tujuan memberikan kondisi mendekati isoosmotik, dan juga untuk mengefektifkan arus listrik dari elektroda ke tubuh ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tingkat kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan benih ikan maskoki mutiara ukuran S (2‒4 cm) yang dipelihara pada media bersalinitas 3 ppt yang diberi perlakuan lama waktu pemaparan medan listrik (nol, dua, empat, dan enam menit sebelum ikan diberi pakan) dengan daya 10 volt. Ikan dipelihara dengan kepadatan 2 ekor/L dalam akuarium berukuran 20×30×20 cm3 dengan volume air 6 L. Ikan uji yang digunakan memiliki panjang rata-rata 4,11±0,05 cm dan bobot rata-rata 2,89±0,05 g/ekor. Pemberian paparan medan listrik dilakukan selama nol, dua, empat, dan enam menit sebelum ikan diberi pakan, dilakukan setiap hari sebanyak tiga kali yaitu pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Rancangan penelitian terdiri atas empat perlakuan, yaitu 0, 2, 4, dan 6 (lama paparan nol/kontrol, dua, empat, dan enam menit) yang diulang masing-masing tiga kali ulangan. Hasil pemaparan arus listrik 10 volt selama nol, dua, empat, dan enam menit, tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada kelangsungan hidup (p>0,05). Untuk kinerja pertumbuhan, perlakuan paparan empat menit memberikan hasil yang terbaik dibandingkan kontrol (p<0,05), didukung oleh peningkatan persentase nilai rasio panjang usus terhadap panjang tubuh ikan serta nilai efisiensi pakan yang lebih tinggi.Kata kunci: lama paparan medan listrik, kinerja pertumbuhan, ikan maskoki mutiara

Abstract

The issue of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2021 proves the seriousness of the government in dealing with sexual violence in universities. One form of prevention in this Ministerial Regulation is the establishment of a Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence. This task force aims to be the main factor of dealing with various forms of sexual violence that can occur in universities, all includes prevention, reporting, to handling. Based on the importance of the existence of the task force, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of establishing The Task Force of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response in universities based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021. This study uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods with data samples taken from the State University of Jakarta. This research data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting a literature review using the theory of effectiveness and the use of law and the concept of roles. This research found that through quantitative research, there is significant correlation between the principles of the Sexual Prevention and Response, The Task Force’s main responsibility, and the objectives of this ministrial regulation. Through qualitative research, from the organizational component and the implimentation of gender-based regulation, this ministrial regulation is proven to be an effective regulation to handling sexual violence.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian penerapan alat gammasilometer Cs-137 pada digester/preheater yang ditinjau dari pengukuran level chip dan ketinggian level berdasarkan perubahan speed discharges screw.. Dilanjutkan dengan proses preheating dengan dilakukan pemasakan serta pengukuran level chip ditinjau dari pemancaran sumber radioaktif ke receiver dan transmitter sehingga, sampai ke layar monitor operator. Seluruh proses yang dilakukan secara continue atau terus menerus. Hasil pengukuran level dan ketinggian didapatkan dari kalkulasi perhitungan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Hasil dari pengukuran ketinggian level terhadap perubahan speed discharge screw diperoleh bahwa semakin cepat speed discharge screw, maka akan semakin tinggi level chip pada preheater. Hal ini berarti, ketinggian level chip berbanding lurus terhadap speed discharge screw. Kata kunci: Gammasilometer, Cs - 137, Digester/ Preheater, level chip, ketinggian level

Abstract

Traditional culture is a vital part of a community's identity, yet in the era of globalization, cultural elements are often threatened by modernization, which can blur local identities. This study explores the application of the Design Thinking method in integrating the Surjan Jogja motif into visual communication design, focusing on how the design can preserve cultural meaning while remaining relevant in contemporary times. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing the five stages of Design Thinking: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 respondents, including designers, batik artisans, and cultural figures, as well as direct observations of the creative process. The results show that 80% of respondents appreciated designs that integrated the Surjan motif, with many stating that the design offered deeper meaning compared to products without cultural context. The study found that the application of Design Thinking produced innovative visual solutions and strengthened local cultural identity amidst globalization. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of integrating traditional elements in visual communication design to preserve local culture. The practical implications of this research are significant, as it provides a framework for the development of culture-based design and opens opportunities for further research on the application of this method in other cultural contexts, thereby offering a practical guide for designers and cultural researchers interested in preserving local culture through design.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems has enhanced predictive maintenance strategies by enabling early detection of faults in machinery. However, centralized AI models often face challenges related to data privacy, latency, and communication overhead in industrial environments. This study aims to develop a decentralized AI framework utilizing Federated Learning (FL) on edge devices to enhance predictive maintenance in a medium-scale manufacturing plant. The proposed system enables local edge nodes to collaboratively train machine learning models without sharing raw data, thereby preserving data privacy and reducing network load. A prototype was developed using embedded edge devices integrated with vibration and temperature sensors to detect machine anomalies. Federated averaging was used to aggregate local models into a global model. Experimental results show that the federated model achieved 91.4% accuracy in anomaly detection, comparable to centralized approaches, while significantly reducing data transmission volume by 68%. This research demonstrates the feasibility of deploying federated learning on resource-constrained edge devices for predictive maintenance in IIoT environments. The findings suggest that decentralized AI at the edge can offer efficient, privacy-preserving, and scalable solutions for industrial applications
