Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the useful role in mediating the effect of choice on intention to use. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University, located on Jalan Padma Penatih, Denpasar, Bali Province. The sample used in this study used a random sampling technique, where the respondents were students. The number of samples used was 100 people. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modelling (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) based on the variant known as the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that choice has a positive and significant effect on perceived benefits. The perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The choice of food variations has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The perceived usefulness is able to mediate a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application.

Abstract

This examination means to decide how the role financial literacy in moderating the relationship of access to finance and growth. The area for this exploration held in Denpasar. The quantity of tests taken is 100 small medium enterprise (SMEs), with a likelihood inspecting methods are basic irregular examining. Information examination in this investigation utilized the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a condition model for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in view of parts or variations. This examination is to get results which expressed that the access to finance has a positive and significant effect on growth of SMEs. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on growth of SMEs. Financial literacy moderates the relationship between access to finance and growth of SMEs

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a sense of loyalty that customers have to always use the products offered by the cooperative. If customers are loyal to the company, they will not consider using the financial organization's existing products. Furthermore, one of the elements that influence loyalty is trust and commitment. The formulation of the problem here is how the impact of trust and commitment on client loyalty either to some extent or at the same time. The purpose of this study is to determine how the impact of trust and commitment on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. This exploration is directed at KSP Amertha Nadi Jaya Klungkung. The number of samples taken is 87 respondents. Information collection methods are observation, interview, documentation, writing and polling. While the technical procedures of data analysis are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, t test (t test), determination, and f test (f test). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and large influence between trust and commitment to customer loyalty at KSP Amertha Nadi Jaya Klungkung, which implies that the better trust and commitment, the higher customer loyalty to KSP Amertha Nadi Jaya Klungkung.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap semua aspek perekonomian termasuk pariwisata. Khusus untuk Provinsi Bali, dampak ini sangat terasa dan berpengaruh mengingat Bali merupakan destinasi pariwisata utama. Larangan bepergian dan ketakutan akan penyebaran virus membuat jumlah turis domestik dan turis asing menurun drastis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, artikel, laman internet dan materi webinar untuk mengakses data dan informasi terkini terkait dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pariwisata Bali. Upaya-upaya telah dilakukan untuk memulihkan semua tujuan wisata yang terkena dampak, termasuk program CHS (Cleanliness, Health, and Safety) dan meminimalkan kontak fisik (contactless) di semua proses bisnis di industri pariwisata, termasuk pembayaran. Dengan menggunakan teknologi finansial, pariwisata dapat menerapkan proses transaksi untuk mengurangi kontak dengan wisatawan.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic there has been a decline in the number of tourists to Bangli district, it is necessary to make an innovation so that the world of tourism in Bangli district can continue to develop. This study aims to determine the effect of tourism product innovation on tourism image, to determine the effect of viral marketing on tourism image, to determine the effect of tourism product innovation on visiting decisions, to determine the effect of viral marketing on visiting decisions and to determine the effect of tourism images on visiting decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 96 tourists. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance based or component based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study prove that tourism product innovation has a positive and significant effect on tourism image, viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on tourism image, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, and tourism image. has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on MSMEs, one of which was a decline in sales and asked MSMEs to rebuild their business systems to bear the impact of the pandemic. This procedure is a variation step as an option to become and turn into a superior Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy used in this research is subjective exploration, which is research based on the power of scientific description through a careful search of writings and descriptions through external and internal investigations of the problem. Composing with a subjective strategy can indicate a translation that is an item or a consistent result of the information obtained during the review. The results of the review explain that digital promotion of goods makes it easier for clients to get data about an item, and can create web-based exchanges so that they can increase sales transactions, especially for MSMEs.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan konsekuensi dari adanya kegiatan manusia yang begitu beragam. Setiap tahunnya, dapat dipastikan volume sampah akan selalu bertambah seiring dengan pola konsumerisme. Sehingga pengelolaan sampah merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang sangat krusial. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan adapun permasalahan mitra yaitu (1) Masih banyak masyarakat yang enggan untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah baik karena alasan waktu, malas, dan menganggap nilai ekonomis sampah sangat rendah ; (2) Masyarakat belum dilakukan pendekatan secara formal oleh perangkat desa tentang rencana pendirian Bank Sampah. Tujuan dilakukan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah secara umum bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi terhadap masyarakat desa untuk dapat memilah sampah dan menjadikan Bank Sampah sebagai alternatif pengelolaan sampah di Desa Celuk, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Untuk itu metode yang akan digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah metode sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang bagaimana pengelolaan sampah serta pemanfaatan bank sampah melalui partisipatif aktif dari masyarakat di Desa Celuk Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Adapun luaran yang dihasilkan berupa artikel pengabdian pada jurnal, video pelaksanaan kegiatan, peningkatan partisipasi aktif masyarakat untuk terbiasa memilah sampah dan untuk kedepannya dapat memanfaatkan Bank Sampah secara optimal
